The purpose of this research was to investigate the motivation of the personnel working in the Bureau of Supporting Industries Development Department of Industrial Promotion and to study the organizational commitment and the relationship between work motivations. The sample used in this study consisted of 59 personnel in the Bureau of Supporting Industries Development Department of Industrial Promotion. The author used Quantitative Approach by survey method using data collection by questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by using the parameters: Percentage μ σ and . When analyzing data from the questionnaires it was found that most of respondents data was male. The age range was 51 years and over. They were mostly government officials most of whom had more than 26 years of work experience. Their salary ranged from 15001 to 20000 baht and most of them were motivated by motivation factors in a high level. The motivation for supporting factors was moderate. The respondents organizational commitment variables were at a high level. When testing the motivation variables it was found that the variables that positively correlated with organizational commitment were job characteristics job responsibilities career path in Policy and Administration salaries and benefits interpersonal relationship and working environment.

The purposes of this study were to 1 ) study problems of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission in terms of supplying controlling and exterminating the inventory and 2 ) examine solutions to problems to improve of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission to operate more efficiently effectively transparently and verifiably. The research population consisted of 5 0 direct staff members working in the field of office supplies in the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires and statistics used for data analysis included percentage mean and standard deviation.

The purposes of this study were 1.The purpose is to study the consumption of noodles personnel Government Complex 80th December 5 2550. 2.To determine your satisfaction with the products of the noodle shops personnel Government Complex 80th December 5 2550. 3.To compare satisfaction with the products of the noodle shops personnel by sex age. Education level the average income per month sample used in the study. Customers noodle shop run by the Government Complex instruments used in the study was a questionnaire with the reliability ranged from 0.70 to 0.80. The statistics used to analyze the frequency percentage average standarddeviation and statistical t-test and F-test. Results found that consumers had a habit of consuming noodles. The factor affecting decision to consume any kind of noodles is the taste .The most popular type was pork noodles. Food most eaten with noodles were fresh vegetables. The number of people eating together was 4-6.The time most used for consumption was 11:01 - 13:00. The number of times consumed was 1-2 times per week. Each time most consumers consumed 1 bowl. Satisfaction difference were statistically significant at the 0.05 level by age and average income per month. Education did not affect difference in satisfaction.

This research was aimed to study personal factors related to work performance and internal environment which affected the ability of using information technology of Huachiew Hospital personnel as well as to investigate the relationship between organizational environment and the ability of using information technology of Huachiew Hospital personnel. 170 samples were used. In the collection is a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage mean standard deviation t-test F-test one-way ANOVA. And Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The statistical significance was calculated at the 0.05 level. The results of this study showed that Huachiew Hospital staff Factors affecting the ability of using information technology were at the medium level. In addition the level of ability to use information technology of Huachiew Hospital personnel at the educational level was at a medium level.
