The influence of work motivation and self-development towards work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the stock exchange of Thailand
The research was aimed at studying 1) work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand 2) the influence of work motivation and self-development towards work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand and 3) guidelines for improving work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The questionnaires were constructed as a research tool with content validity and reliability for collecting information from 997 accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS version 16.0 and AMOS version 6.0 with frequency distribution percentage arithmetic mean standard deviation and structural equation model analysis: SEM. The research findings indicated that the accountants in the sample group had maintenance and motivator factors in their work motivation at high level ( =3.56) and they also had professional emotional and physical development in their self-development at high level while their social development was at moderate level. Totally it said the self-development was at high level ( =3.60) and the work efficiency was 60.31%. The urgent guidelines for improving work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand were setting more appropriate working environment such as temperature brightness smell noise cleanliness safety furniture and office supplies. Furthermore the influence of maintenance and motivator factors in the work motivation and self-development had casual relationship with work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand at a statistical significance of the 0.05 and had ability to predict at good level and acceptably because the square multiple orrelation was 87.6% which its acceptance was 40% up presented by structural equation model analysis: SEM as follow: SeD = 0.070 MaF + 0.723* MoF; R2 = 0.528 WE = 0.340* MaF + 0.746* MoF+ 0.450* SeD; R2 = 0.876
Effects of cryoprotectants on qualities of dorab wolf-herring gel and fish balls
The objectives of this study was to evaluate effects of cryoprotectants on Dorab wolf herring gel qualities using sucrose (3 and 6%) with sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP 0.3%) as cryoprotectants at 0 3 and 6 freeze-thaw cycle (-18 C 18 hr. freezing and 5 C 6 hr. thawing). The results showed that added 3 and 6% sucrose in combination with 0.3% STPP to washed minced fish resulted in whiter gel than washed minced fish with no cryoprotectants and unwashed minced fish at 0 3 and 6 freeze-thaw cycles (P0.05). Besides expressible moisture of washed minced fish with cryoprotectants added was found lower than washed minced fish with no cryoprotectants and unwashed minced fish at 0 3 and 6 freeze-thaw cycle (P 0.05). Textural properties i.e. washed minced fish with cryoprotectants gel strength (breaking force g) was higher than washed minced fish with no cryoprotectants at 0 freeze-thaw cycle but gel elasticity (deformation cm.) was not statistically different (P>0.05).
The development of pants patterns for women in particular figures
The purpose of this research was to study Thailand British and German cutting patterns and sewing pants for women with particular figures. The processes were composed of the developmental drafting paper pattern sewing pants and determining the satisfaction surveys. The studies were focused on women having particular pear and round shaped figures as well as the minimum amount of time to develop the cutting pants pattern design. The statistics used were mean and the tested method was performed in randomized complete 3 cutting and sewing ways for 3 types of fabrics including 95/5 polyester & wool blend 100% cotton and 100% linen. These fabrics were applied for developing 9 pants particularly for 5 pear and 5 sphere shaped women and then surveyed for their satisfactions. The results revealed that the designed pants patterns of British style was be able to be made at a short time with the average value of 44.16 minutes. Moreover 5 pear shaped women satisfied the 2nd developing type with the averaged value of 4.82 minutes whereas the other 5 sphere shaped women preferred the 1st developing type having the averaged value of 4.77 minutes. Besides both these two woman groups mostly satisfied 100% cotton pants type with the averaged value of 4.6 and 4.44.
Study on effectiveness of aquatic plants for wastewater treatment
The objective of this research was to compare the effectiveness of water hyacinth and cootail for wastewater treatment by taking water sample from Klong Bangkhen-mai near King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok. The results showed that there was no diifference on water temperature changes in tanks between two plants. pH of water in coontail tanks was between pH 8.69 to pH 8.91 and pH of water in water hyacinth tanks was slightly increasing between pH 7.71 to pH 8.26. The more amount of coontail added the higher DO would be between 9.18 mg/L to 10.02 mg/L. Moreover COD of water was decreasing according to the amount of cootail addition and more effective than that in water hyacinth tank especially in 150 grams coontail tanks but TS in water hyacinth tanks was much more decreasing than that in coontail tanks. TS was between 21.73 mg/L to 25.91 mg/L. COD was between 45.30 mg/L to 48.34 mg/L.
The diversity of species and utilization of plants at the baan tah tongdeang community forest, nabot ,wangchao district, tak province
This research is aimed to study both the species diversity and utilization of plants at the Baan Tah Tongdeang community forest Nabot Wangchao districtTak province. The survey of plant species and the available quantity has been carried out using the quadrat method. The leaders and intellectuals in the community were interviewed using a structured questionnaire. The result showed that the plant with the highest Density (D) and Relative Density (RD) were Tectona grandis L.f. (0.734375/m2 7.742998353) Xylia xylocarpa Taub. var. kerrii Nielsen (0.6875/m2 7.248764415) Grewia eriocarpa (0.65625/m2 6.919275124) respectively. Whilst plant with the highest Frequency (F) and Relative Frequency (RF) were Xylia xylocarpa Taub. var. kerrii Nielsen Grewia eriocarpa and Holoptelea integrifolia Planch. (87.5 4.96) Tectona grandis L.f. and Schleichera oleosa (Lour.) Oken (75 4.26) Pterocarpus macrocarpus Kurz and Bombax anceps Pierre (62.5 3.55) respectively. The Shannon and Wiener’s diversity index (H’) of trees was 3.38 while evenness index was 0.85. The utilization of the plants in the community included 94 species as wood (used as plank furniture firewood charcoal string chemical extraction etc. 62 species as medicinal herbs 47 species as wild vegetables fruits and foods. All of them are utilized in the community. The results of this research would be beneficial for administrative and management as a guideline to preparation a community biological database and learning resources for conservation and sustainable uses of natural resources and environments in Baan Tah Tongdeang community forest.
