Music piracy is the copying and distributing of recordings of a piece of music for which the rights owners; composer recording artist or copyright-holding record company did not give consent. In order to understand the situation in Thailand the purpose of this paper is to determine factors affecting the unauthorized buying and downloading of copyrighted music. The research tools employed in this study are a questionnaire to enable statistical analysis from the desired sample of 410 subjects and focus group interview 30 subjects from every region in Thailand. The findings show that subjects are influenced in their decision to unauthorized buying and downloading of copyrighted music because of integrated marketing communication; advertising sale promotion public relations and direct marketing in the neutrul level. However the Chi-Square Test results further show with a level of significance at 0.01 that consumers’ decision with regard to unauthorized buying and downloading of copyrighted music depends on price law social acceptance and religion belief which are confirmed by focus group interview. Hence these are a key factor in influencing consumers to enroll for music piracy in Thailand that the rights owners and the policy makers should consider for to prevent or stop this illegal behaviour.

Fashion Thesis Creative design set inspired by Lestegodon caves. the study aimed at the layout and texture characteristics of the Stalactites and stalagmites Stegodon elephants and fossils and to design creative sets which was inspired by the cave of Lestegodon The instrument used in this study was an analysis Fossil of the Stegodon’s elephant Stalactites and stalagmites And colors of the fossilized from Stegodons elephants and colors of Stalactites and stalagmites and surface of Stegodon elephants cave walls stalactites and stalactites and fossils In order to design the creative set Which was inspired by the cave of Lestegodon. From the study and analysis of data it was found that the structure color and surface of fossils in the Lestegodon cave which is designed each set by bringing the fossil pictures inside the Lestegodon cave by collage art which positioned as a color scheme that is caused by natural processes and creates a technique. The dress is applied to the fashion trends in S/S 2020 to be used as a guide to designing a creative wear.

This thesis fashion is intended to study the development of a apparel model that reflects the beauty of wisdom. Silk cloth by study of patterns and Yotkan woven silk weaving to develop a ladies style costume. By bringing the appearance of the material and that can be taken and the pattern and color of silk to blend with clothing techniques. On the costume make the wearer elegant and reduce the cost of Dasuea fabric from the silk cloth. The tools used in this study are two analytical types including material and weaving equipment with 2 aspects of analytical analysis. 1) Layout 2) pattern and type fabric analysis silk prairie with 2 side analysis criteria 1) pattern 2) color focuses on physical characteristics and overall analysis to create a apparel model. The outcome of the study showed that the appearance of the material and weaving equipment looks as a geometric shape. There is a clear layout and appearance of silk fabric Khit and Jok fabric providing a beautiful pattern and the information that has been applied to the apparel design by pay attention to the theme and choosing the right silk cloth to cut into the clothes to make the costumes look beautiful and attractive. It also reduces production costs.

This study presents the design and creation of smart door lock system with random- touch numpad. The aim of the project is to increase the door security. The developed system can be separated into two parts i.e. door lock system and Chatbot system. The door lock system is operated by microcontroller to control the solenoid through the electric relay module and to notify the door status through Line application. The Chatbot system is developed for Line application. It can be used to change and retrieve the door password.

The purposes of this study ware to reduce travel documentaries: Conquer the Forest and to study the satisfaction toward travel documentaries: Conquer the Forest. The data collected from 100 people who was tourism visiting at Thong Pha Phum District Karnchanaburi province. The statistics to analyze data employed frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The results of the study showed that the satisfaction of tourism to travel documentaries: Conquer the Forest was at a high level (x ̅=4.17).
