The objectives of this research are to analysis design and develop the Management Information System to Community Products of Tambon Rahaeng Lat Lum Kaew Pathum Thani. Also to install test and evaluate the system. To develop the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method is used. To develop and implement PHP script language and MySQL database management system are used. And the system is installed on the Internet Server. To evaluate the satisfaction the 2 groups are the samples the first is the group of 5 operation users and the second is the groups of 40 general users. Convenience sampling is used for sampling method. Gathered and analyzed the data by statistical processing program for Windows software. The result of research show that the satisfaction of the first group (5 operation users) about input screen a data entry is in a good level (x=4.00). About working process and reporting of the system is in a good level (x=4.15) the satisfaction of the group is a good level (x=4.08). The satisfaction of the group (40 general users) the results appear in the same level to the satisfaction of the first group in every case (x=4.21). So the research results can be concluded that all samples are highly satisfied with this information system. And this system can be installed in real working and suit the user requirement.

This research was aimed to study personal factors related to work performance and internal environment which affected the ability of using information technology of Huachiew Hospital personnel as well as to investigate the relationship between organizational environment and the ability of using information technology of Huachiew Hospital personnel. 170 samples were used. In the collection is a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage mean standard deviation t-test F-test one-way ANOVA. And Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The statistical significance was calculated at the 0.05 level. The results of this study showed that Huachiew Hospital staff Factors affecting the ability of using information technology were at the medium level. In addition the level of ability to use information technology of Huachiew Hospital personnel at the educational level was at a medium level. The study on decision making to attend the information and communication technology (ICT) personnel development program of the Office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Education was aimed to study motivating factors personal factors and relationship of motivating factors and decision making factors to attend the program. The data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. As for inferential statistics inferential statistics such as independent samples t-test analysis was applied to look for the difference between two groups; One-Way ANOVA for three or more and study of relationship between motivating and decision-making factors to attend the training using Pearsons Product Moment Correlative Coefficient. The study results showed that internal motivating factors concerning respect moderately affected the motivation on training. Desire for success special interest and work responsibility highly affected the motivation while external motivating factors such as the superintendent’s reliability the work progress and the organizational policies highly affected the training motivation. Regarding decision making factors training courses trainers audiovisual equipment training period training public relations and the benefits of the training highly affected every aspect of decision making. personal factors gender age educational level position and work experience did not affect the decision-making to attend the information and communication technology (ICT) personnel development program. The research on the factors influencing demand in information technology skill development for the management of Halal food database of medium and small business enterprises in Thailand was aimed (1) to study factors influencing the needs to develop skills in using information and (2) to examine the consistency of the causal model with empirical data. The variables studied included the independent variable the availability of database industry and the connection to external organizations and the dependent variable the needs to develop skills in using information for the management of Halal food database of medium and small business enterprises in Thailand. Quantitative empirical research was conducted. The research instruments were questionnaires developed to collect data from 350 sample Halal food entrepreneurs. The statistics used in this study included the frequency percentage average standard deviation structural equation model and qualitative research. It was found that the model was well consistent with the empirical data. The Chi – Square (χ) value was 198.935 at the degrees of freedom (df) of 169 with the probability p-value equal to .057 and chi - square relative (χ22/df) of 1.177. The index of harmony (GFI) was equal to 0.951 and index root mean square of the remaining standards (SRMA) was 0.039 with the accuracy in estimating the parameters (RMSEA) equal to 0.025.
