The purpose of this research were to study the needs in the instruction development ot the Faculty of Science and Technology in Raiamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon according to the students and the teachers perception. The study target groups consist of 220 students and 45 teachers. The tool used was the questionnaires. The data anaalysis was the percentagethe mean and the standard deviation. It was found that the needs in the instruction development according to the students perception was the building area at the hign level. and the minimum need was the assessment and evaluation of the instruction.The needs in the teachers perception is the budget management As for the teachers needs it was shown that the administrators should buy sufficient instructional materials and they should find external budget to develop the faculty in various topics effciently. As for general administration their needs were that the administrators should develop the faculty information system to be always up-to-date.

This research aims at developing an integrated system for the study of the graduates in the computing needs of professional establishments. By ICT which was developed for use as a tool to get their opinions and needs of workers and enterprises and the characteristics of graduates with skills five areas: ethics knowledge skills and intellectual relationships and responsibilities and numerical analysis of the communications and information technology. According to the National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education 2552. The sample comprises establishments and practitioners in the computer profession 60. Tools used in the research was a questionnaire to measure the needs of enterprises and practitioners with graduate skills in 5 areas. The questionnaires were constructed with content validity and reliability as a tool for collecting data from 306 establishment where graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon have worked for. The statistics used for analysis were frequencies distribution percentage mean standard deviation and structural equation model analysis: SEM. The research finding indicated that most of the establishment in the sample group were limited companies running on industrial business with a starting capital of 1-5 million baht. The 21-50 employees with diploma vocational and high vocational education have been working there. Each shareholder of these establishment is completely Thai and the target clients are both in and out of Thailand. In most establishment there are more Bachelors degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon than Masters degrees. The trend of demand for graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment in 2011 -2013 is the ones who graduated Bechelors degree in Engineering faculty and Masters degree in Administration Business. In general desirable qualifications of Bechelors degree and Masters degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were needed at high level. The establishments general information correlated with needs for Bachelors degree and Masters degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment at the statistical significance of 0.05%. Moreover d irable qualifications of graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needed by establishment correlated with needs for Bachelors degree and Masters degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment at the statistical significance of 0.05%

The objectives of this research were to 1) study perceived problems of students for educational management of Business Administration Faculty Rajamangala University of Technology Phranakhon 2) compare perceived problems of students for educational management classified by gender students year and field of study and 3) study needs of students for educational management of Business Administration Faculty. The sample studied were 341 undergraduate students selected by proportional stratified random sampling categorized by students year of study and simple random sampling was also used. The data was collected through questionnaires constructed by researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were mean standard deviation one way analysis of variance and Scheffes multiple comparison method. The results were as follows: 1.Problems concerning instructors content of study and method of teaching were less perceived by students. Evaluation and measurement teaching and learning management infrastructure concerns and instructional media and instruments were perceived as problems at intermediate level. 2.Students from different year and field of study and from different gender had statistically difference of perceived problems for educational management. 3.The highest needs for educational management concerning instructor aspect was love and understanding from teachers. Regarding the aspects of study contents method of teaching evaluation and measurement and teaching -learning management the highest needs were applying knowledge using an interesting instructional media evaluating according to contents organizing suitable study schedule of each term respectively. Enough and clean toilets as well as enough educational equipments were the highest needs for the aspects of infrastructure and educational media and instrument respectively.
