This thesis presented the design and construction of an adaptive active band-pass filter by using a tachometer circuit. The main part was the multi voltage-mode filter circuit based on an operational transconductance amplifier which could automatically adjust the center frequency to adapt to the input signal frequency by the tachometer circuit. The frequency error value in the center frequency was set to be ≤ 3% of the input signal. Furthermore the proposed filter could support the input signal in the frequency range of 10 Hz - 10 kHz. From the simulation and experimental results of the proposed prototype filter it could respond to the frequency according to the theory of the band-pass filter and the error in choosing the center frequency which was 1.45 % and 2.6 % respectively (below the set error value of 3 %). Therefore the proposed filter could be used for real application. The working principles of the proposed prototype filter could also be applied to the noise attenuation circuit of an electrocardiogram machine. Moreover this research could be used as a guideline study for those who want to develop other types of adaptive active filters for higher efficiency.

The objective of this research was to study the satisfactions of students attending Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics Food Service Industry Program (2-year transfer program in cooperation with enterprises). To compare the satisfaction of teaching and learning genders exhibts and status before admission. To compare the satisfaction of work with the coporation genders exhibts and status before admission. The target population of this study is the students attending Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics Food Service Industry Program (2- year transfer program in cooperation with enterprises) between 2013-2017 is 139 persons. This study use self-administered questionnaire. The statistical tools used in this study are Percentages Mean Standard Deviation t-test. The analysis of difference between the average satisfactions of teaching and learning not significantly different. The analysis of difference between status before admission satisfactions of teaching and learning not significantly different. The analysis of difference between the average satisfactions of work with the coporation significantly different. In the coordinator of the coaches. Environment and facilities And the benefits and benefits of the establishment. The analysis of difference between status before admission satisfactions of work with the coporation not significantly different. Teaching and Learning Approaches for Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics Food Service Industry Program are 2 approaches: 1) Solutions for establishment of cooperation of enterprises. The establishment should cooperate with the educational institution. To get students to practice is to help the school. The establishment should cooperate with teachers and teachers. 2) The solution to create the cooperation of the school. Schools should establish relationships with establishments. The school should organize a seminar. And teachers to have a standard level in teaching as well. And develop the curriculum to meet the needs.

The study was aimed at 1) studying the operation of the professional group in the Bang Sa Community in Amphor Laem Singh Chanthaburi Province and 2) studying the factors that strengthen the professional development in the community. 3) guidelines that promote the strengthening of professional development for the community. The study applied the combination of the quantitative and qualitative research methods. The sampling subjects were the villagers who weave mats from kok plant or reed mats as their supplementary profession. They had not received any constructive professional development. The quantitative data collected were computerized into percentage means and standard deviation. The qualitative data were analyzed for content and subject matter. It was found that 1) the operation was done by the group of housewives who actively participated consulting among each other and dividing the roles and responsibilities such as planting reed cutting reed dyeing the raw material with organic substances designing new patterns on reed fiber and transforming the products. The operation was done based on the folk knowledge that had been passed from generation to generation without using modern technologies. 2) The factors that strengthen the professional development for the community are 2.1) the non-interest loan; 2.2) the experts who can help in designing a variety of fashionable products; 2.3) the sale distribution to distributors & shops or through the website; 2.4) the design of modern patterns that attracts consumers; 2.5) the advertising by the government in many platforms such as TV ads radio ads print ads in newspapers and magazines and product trade exhibition (expo) or festivals like Muang Thong Thani Expo. 3. Guidelines to promote the strengthening of professional development for the community are as follows 3.1 Establishment of community enterprises. Membership Registration To make money together 3.2 Processing of new products that meet the standards Group to produce standard products to meet the needs of the market. To create products or new products. The uniqueness of Laem Sing district. Chantaburi province To enhance produce quality and certifies quality standards for products 3.3 A professional group of reserves 3.4 The amount of capital required to bring a group of professional procurement of materials to members of woven reed mats as its reserve (stock). To support the distribution and resolve shortages 3.5 The need to develop new and advanced packaging to optimize the value of its products 3.6 The study promotion and sponsorship and development group to Develop products to meet customer needs. Channel Marketing and increased sales of the bands career woven reed mats. Laem Sing Chantaburi province. To encourage the development for sustainability. Raise the working group members to understand 3.7 Preparation of accounting systems in a systematic way. Which requires the Commission and members of the profession can be understood together. This research aimed to transfer the participatory rice parachute innovation for rice entrepreneur group by using principles of KM: Knowledge Management in Action in Community (Action Research). Forty people of Uttraradit Province were purposively sampled to participate in five phases of the activities. The first activity was the Education of Knowledge the second activity was the Knowledge Work Rally the third activity was the Cooperative Work Shop the fourth activity was the Mind Mapping Work Shop and the fifth activity was the Evaluation Program. Statistics used in data analysis was descriptive statistics and qualitative information was analyzed by using content analysis method. The information was calculated by percentage mean ( ) and standard deviation (S.D.). Most of the samples were male with the age ranged from 41-50 years. Most farmers were married and their educational level was between Primary 4 and Primary 6. The average household labor amount for rice parachute agricultural practice was four people. Their experiences regarding to the rice parachute innovations were less than three years but 73.5 percent of them were interested in the innovations. Most of them were members of the agriculturist groups followed by the members of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives. Most of them were farmers who have learned the innovations regarding termite soil grinder soil sprinkler and rice-seeder. As for the overall satisfaction towards KM: Knowledge Management in Action in Community most of them had the highest level of satisfaction and understanding with mean of = 4.56 SD= 0.49. In conclusion the participatory innovation transfer project by providing the know-how to the communities using the KM Principle: Knowledge Management in Action in Community was at the highest satisfactory level.

Problems and Barriers for cooperative Education Student Trainee Recruitment according to the Work Place’s concept : A Case Study of Undergraduates of Business Administration Faculty : A Case Study of Undergraduates of Business Administration Faculty, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

This research is to study the problems and barriers for cooperative education student trainee recruitment according to the work place’s concept the aspects of training management training format training students’ qualifications and training students’ knowledge. The population are owners of various workplaces who accept 180 fourth year undergraduate students in training. Questionnaires are used to collect data statistically analyzed by Percentage Mean and Standard Deviation. The findings of the research reveals problems and obstacles as follow : 1. For the training management aspect the workplaces are not able to cooperate with the university to set aims and prepare the students before training the workplaces do not recognize purposes of the university’s training course the suitable positions for the students are not provided by the workplaces. 2. For the training students’ qualifications the students are unlikely to make decision in their performances’ problem solving no self-confidence and carefulness in their performances. 3. For the training students’ knowledge the students are unable to analyze and plan their performances; they have not a good command of both written and spoken English and Thai. In addition they lack of vocational skills.
