The objectives of this research are to study and compare the problems of studying of Home Economics Profession Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The study is divided into Problems of students education administration academic students affairs and the environment in the university. The independent variables in this study are gender year level department and students’ achievement. The sample were 381 of students who studying in the first academic year of 2014 The sample were taken from a stratified random sampling and collecting data by using questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The findings found that the overall problems was at the low level at the mean score of 2.37. The problems area of students were at the low level at the mean score of 2.32. The problems area of education administration were at the low level at the mean score of 2.40. The problems area of academic were at the low level at the mean score of 2.23. The problems area of student affairs were at the low level at the mean score of 2.35 and the problems area of environment in the university were at the moderate level at the mean score of 2.55. After comparing all the problems of studying with the independent variable; gender department and students’ achievement it was found that the difference was not significant. year level of studying were significant at the level of 0.05

Thailand has become a member of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) which aims to stimulate economic growth social progress sociocultural evolution and also cooperation among its members. The main goal of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is to transform the region into a single market and production base to become more stable and prosperous. Hence in order to prepare ourselves to the changes in a very near future it is essential to encourage and support students to improve their working skills and knowledge to enter the ASEAN community confidently. In order to examine on the acknowledgement and the preparation in terms of working skill for ASEAN undergraduate students in the first year of Food Service Industry Program were chosen by using purposive sampling. Fifty-five questionnaires were collected. The result shows that most of the students at 75.47 percent are female 52.83 percent of them are eighteen years old and 43.39 percent use internet regularly. The evaluation on students’ knowledge capability and working experience which are considered to be beneficial for entering the ASEAN community shows that most of the students are very well prepared in both personality and potential. Moreover the majority are also very well educated about ASEAN in terms of economic growth social progress sociocultural evolution. The research also analyzed on the differences on gender of the students and channel of the resources about ASEAN that may have an impact on their knowledge and potential. The result shows that there are no significant differences between each gender and channel (P ≤ 0.05).

การวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร (ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ได้รับการรับรองหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตวิชาชีพครู จากคุรุสภาเป็นแห่งแรก) จำนวน 45 คน โดยใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพของชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู มีประสิทธิภาพ เท่ากับ 88.97/88.43 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้ 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนด้วยการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการใช้ชุดการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ขอใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้กับความเป็นครู มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅=4.30S.D.=0.69)

The objectives of this research are to study and find the relation between the attitudes towards Home Economics Profession of students of the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and personal factors internal factors and external factors. The sampling group having been used is 310 undergraduate students of the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Tools used are questionnaires; data analysis is descriptive and inferential statistics. The result of the research reveals that: 1. The attitudes of students towards Home Economics Profession on the aspect of the idea and trend to express their behaviors are in a good level while the aspect of their feelings are in a mean level. 2. Level of class in which students are studying motivation in being enrolled to study Home Economics Profession pride in being Home Economics students recognitions on the role of Home Economics Profession methods of learning and teaching and Home Economics Profession Learning and Teaching Curriculum arrangements have the relation with the attitudes towards Home Economics Profession of students where as the subject having been studied has no relation with the attitudes towards Home Economics Profession of the students.
