The purpose of this research is to study the factors affecting the students๛ achievement and to create the model of the achievement predictive equation on Research Methodology subject Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Chotiwet Campus. This research is a correlation research. The population are the third year (4-year-Programme) students of Chotiwet Campus majoring in Food and Nutrition totaling 133. The results of the study revealed that there were two factors affecting the students๛ achievement on Research Methodology as follows : (1) cummulative grade point average and (2) students๛ problem of how to adjust to the study environment. The above-mentioned factors can be formed as model of the Research Methodology achievement predictive equation as follow yˆ = 11.079+3.349 x1 - 1.081 x7

This research aims to study 1) personal factors affecting the performance of Thai commercial bank employees 2) motivation affecting the work performance of Thai commercial bank employees 3) self-development affecting the work performance of Thai commercial bank employees 4) the work performance of Thai commercial bank employees. The population for this research was 162093 Thai commercial bank employees. The sample size of 383 people was determined using Krejcie & Morgan. The data was collected from Google Form questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The statistics used to test the research hypothesis were T-test one-way analysis of variance the pair test by the Scheffe method and single linear regression analysis statistics. The results showed that most of the samples were female employees between 21-30 years of age a bachelor’s degree single status income in the range of 15001-25000 Baht and a working period of 5-10 years. The respondents had their opinion level of motivation factors happiness factors and self-development factors affecting the work performance of Thai commercial bank employees. It was found that the sample group had the highest opinion level in the overall opinion level. The results showed that the respondents had an opinion level of the work performance of Thai commercial bank employees. It was found that the sample group had the opinion level as a whole at the highest opinion level. The results of hypothesis test 1 revealed that personal factors such as gender age educational level status income and working in different departments had no effect on the performance of Thai commercial bank employees. Statistically significant at the 0.05 level and personal factors such as differences in the working period. Factors affecting the performance of Thai commercial bank employees at a statistically significant level of 0.05 and personal factors such as age education level income working period. When testing the hypothesis classified by aspects the efficiency of work of Thai commercial bank employees differed. Therefore the difference was tested by pair using Scheffe’s method. The results of hypothesis test 2 revealed that motivation affects the performance of Thai commercial bank employees. The correlation coefficient (R) = 0.858 adjusted R^2= 0.753 was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. The results of hypothesis test 3 revealed that self-development affects the efficiency of Thai commercial bank employees. The correlation coefficient (R) = 0.640 adjusted R^2= 0.40 was statistically significant at the 0.05 level.

The research was aimed at studying 1) work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand 2) the influence of work motivation and self-development towards work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand and 3) guidelines for improving work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The questionnaires were constructed as a research tool with content validity and reliability for collecting information from 997 accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS version 16.0 and AMOS version 6.0 with frequency distribution percentage arithmetic mean standard deviation and structural equation model analysis: SEM. The research findings indicated that the accountants in the sample group had maintenance and motivator factors in their work motivation at high level (  =3.56) and they also had professional emotional and physical development in their self-development at high level while their social development was at moderate level. Totally it said the self-development was at high level (  =3.60) and the work efficiency was 60.31%. The urgent guidelines for improving work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand were setting more appropriate working environment such as temperature brightness smell noise cleanliness safety furniture and office supplies. Furthermore the influence of maintenance and motivator factors in the work motivation and self-development had casual relationship with work efficiency of the accountants working for the companies registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand at a statistical significance of the 0.05 and had ability to predict at good level and acceptably because the square multiple orrelation was 87.6% which its acceptance was 40% up presented by structural equation model analysis: SEM as follow: SeD = 0.070 MaF + 0.723* MoF; R2 = 0.528 WE = 0.340* MaF + 0.746* MoF+ 0.450* SeD; R2 = 0.876

This applied research want to study the factors affecting the student‘ learning achievement instudying Data Structure and Algorithm. The samples were selected by stratified random sampling 93 students from 121 students who studied in semester 2/2009 by using questionnaire. The statistics used were descriptive statisticst-testOne way ANOVAPearson correlation and multiple regression at the significance level of 0.05. The findings revealed that the mean of grade point average was 2.69 their average midterm scores were 22.47 out of 35. The purposes of this research were 1) to construct and evaluate the efficiency of the Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) on Nuclear Physics class to have 80:80 effectiveness standards. 2) to compare learning achievement between pre-test and post-test scores after using the CAI 3) to study student’s opinion about CAI. Samples were the second year of Science and Technology students of the Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi in 2011 academic year selected by simple random sampling. The first test was done by one-to-one evaluation and the second one by a small group in order to revise the CAI before implementing within the subject. The efficiency of the CAI was evaluated by experts both in content and production technique of the courseware. The results of this research were shown : 1) the CAI on Nuclear Physics contained the effectiveness at 87.00:85.33 which was higher than the standard criterion set (80:80) 2) the comparison between pre-test and post-test was found that the post-test score of students who studies with CAI were significantly higher than the pre-test score at .05 level and 3) the mean score of the student’s opinion about CAI was 4.35 shown that most of them satisfied the CAI on Nuclear Physics at good level.
