The aims of this Guidelines for the Development of Teaching and Learning Models in the Department of Fashion and Apparel Design Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were to compare the department of fashion and apparel designs teaching and learning outcomes and to find guidelines for the development of teaching and learning management styles in the department of fashion and apparel design. To gather feedback on teaching and learning satisfaction from current students enrolled in the 2020 academic year faculty members and alumni a convenient random sampling of 104 people willing to participate in the online survey was used. Cronbachs alpha coefficient was 0.980 which was quite confident. Four external experts provide feedback on the training. The frequency percentage and mean were used to analyze the data. The results were summarized as follows: The majority of those who responded were alumni (50.96 %). The average degree of satisfaction in teaching was at its highest (mean 4.23). Other components of the situation were excellent. (mean 4.12) curriculum (mean 4.11) learning facilities and infrastructure (mean 4.03) and educational aid were the averages (mean 3.85). In the department of Fashion and Apparel Design the average satisfaction with teaching and learning was compared. There was no variation in classification based on the respondents status. The findings of the data analysis based on respondents feedback and course reviews Department of Fashion and Apparel Design Bachelor of Home Economics (Course revised 2017) from external experts It was used as a guideline for the development of teaching-learning management styles in the field of study by: (1) the curriculum the name of the curriculum the adjustment of the philosophy objectives and the addition of elective courses in the curriculum for students to choose according to their interests; (2) Instructors adjust the use of teaching methodologies evaluation course content and teaching media knowledge exchange team teaching and online teaching are all options learner-centered teaching activities are critical and devise a self-improvement strategy. (3) in terms of educational aid to sign an MOU contract with the establishment obtaining a budget for the purchase of learning equipment and maintenance to be in good working in order to be used. (4) learning facilities and infrastructure provide books that are relevant to the subject. Improve the computer system and internet signal utilized in teaching. And (5) other areas such as the number of channels available for the courses public relations efforts. Collaboration with former students Follow-up on scholarship recipients participation in activities Field trips and study tours Suggestions for future study The findings should be analyzed using the principles for developing teaching and learning management styles. every academic year to provide the findings in order to develop the curriculum further.

Teaching and learning in the 21st century is not as focused on lecture notes as in the past. Learning with digital technology is considered a learning style suitable for the new generation. Because it is a model that can use technology to be useful in teaching and learning both inside and outside the classroom. Result in new learning styles such as massive open online courses (MOOCs) or other learning channels such as video computer games social media and audio media (OKMD 2019). It is therefore a good opportunity for students to be able to choose a learning style that is suitable for themselves. According to a study by Jiratan Prayaruwong (2019). It was found that learning English using digital media technology allows learners to develop and develop proficiency in English. It can be used to study and search for knowledge and information by oneself in the 21st century and achieve complete and effective lifelong learning skills. Therefore teaching and learning English integrated with digital technology and practical training it is a suitable idea for the development of English communication skills of Thai youth in the 21st century and in line with the education reform policy the national strategy for the development and enhancement of human resource capacity of Thailand at present (Nattaphon Teepsuwan 2019).

It is a must for Thai citizens in this digital era to be able to absorb internationalization skills to survive in the connected world. The study entitled The development of a 3D application for teaching English with integrated digital technology and practical training aims to develop a 3D application for integrated English teaching with digital technology and practical training. Academic literature about 3D application systems the achievability of problems and instructional system design frameworks were reviewed. Additionally in- depth interviews were conducted with 10 key informants using a snowballing technique. The informants were English-teaching experts teachers and social science students. The main findings from the in- depth interviews revealed that most participants did not use HMD VR to learn and practice English language skills while traditional styled teaching was used more often. There had not been much technology-integrated learning compared to language- related games and applications were used. Moreover VR was not applied much to English learning. Accordingly with the devices of Unity Oculus Blender and C# language the development of 3D applications for teaching English with practical training has been developed as an appropriate and optional tool for Thai students with an educational opportunity in English communicative skill practice in the virtual world and accessibility to the useful technology.

The research proposes to find an optimum ratio of solvent based white ink for flexible package development by studying and comparing the qualification of white ink on plastic film. The process consists of separating the white ink ratio into 5 sampling group ratios and then examining ink quality by its’ solid content and grinding. The viscosity is controlled in 16 second and then measured by Zahn’s cup no. 3. The sampling ink is printed and inspected printing quality by (1) E*ab and opacity on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic film and oriented polypropylene (OPP) and (2) bond strength by extrusion. The result shows that sampling ink with hardener substances and ink and varnish ratio is at 90:10 certifies in all aspects compare with other sample. Indicators are the net present value (NPV) Benefit/Cost Ratio: B/C Ratio Pay Back Period and internal rate of return of investment (IRR). The Feasibility Study found that the projects are the net present value (NPV) of 5053593 baht payback period of 1 year 8 month and rate of return on investment (IRR) was 54.79 %. B/C ratio = 1.25

This research aims to study the teaching style in various subjects. To study the teaching and learning management system based on a new way of life (New Normal) to develop teaching and learning styles and teaching management system based on a new way of life (New Normal) of the Faculty of Liberal Arts to be effective and in accordance with the strategic plan of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Data collection was conducted between October 2020 and September 2021. This was a survey research that used a questionnaire tool. It consists of 4 parts: 1) general information of students which is demographic characteristics 2) students opinions on online teaching and learning in the situation of COVID-19 3) students opinions on online examinations in the situation of covid-19 vid 19 and 4) students opinions on teaching and learning and online exams in the situation of COVID-19 with the research sample being students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon a total of 590 students. Data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic characteristics. The results showed that General information of students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon found that most of them were female. Studying in the first year. Most of them use mobile phones to study online. Use mobile phones for online exams. and like the teaching style in the classroom The level of students opinions towards online learning in the situation of COVID-19 was at a high level meaning that the students thought that the university should have more measures to help alleviate the burden of online learning expenses followed by more. Come students feel that online learning increases home expenses such as increased electricity bills. phone bill increase Students feel that studying online at home has a greater impact on themselves. Respectively and the level of the students opinions towards studying the online exam in the situation of COVID-19 was at a high level which was the problem with the internet signal during the exam at the most followed by the suitability of taking the exam for each subject in Google Form overall suitability of online teaching in each course The suitability of the applications used in the online exams for each subject respectively.
