The purpose of this study was to study and compare financial planning of undergraduate of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in 4 aspects: the income spending saving and investment. The undergraduates were classified by gender academic years and faculties. The samples in this research were 445 undergraduates. The study participates selected by simple random sampling. The 52 item questionnaires of rating scales was used as the research instrument. Percentage mean standard deviation t - test for independent sample F - test and LSD analysis were statistical method toanalyze data. The results were as follows: 1. The undergraduates financial planning all aspects were in rarely levels that the spending was the highest saving and investment was the lowest. 2. There was significant difference for undergraduates financial planning in each aspect and all aspects at the 0.05 level among students in different gender. 3. There was significant difference for undergraduates financial planning in spending. saving and investment at the 0.05 level among students in different academic years. 4. There was significant difference for undergraduates financial planning in spending saVing investment and all aspects at the 0.05 level among students in different faculty.

The purposes of this research were to investigate quality of work life for lecturers in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon each of six aspects : economics healthy working condition competency development advancement relationship with peers and total life space ; and to compare the quality of work life in overall and each of six aspects among lecturers with different gender marital status work experience educational level and family income. The sample of the study consisted of 228 instructors in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the academic year 2008. The instrument used for collecting data was a four - rating scale questionnaire with 62 items. Arithmetic mean standard deviation t - test one-way analysis of variance and Scheffes method were utilized for dada analysis. The results of the study indicated that: 1. The quality of work life for lecturers in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in overall and each of six aspects was an the high level. 2. There was no significant difference in overall and each of six aspects of quality of work life between male and female lecturers. 3. There was no significant difference in overall and each of six aspects of quality of work life for lecturers with different marital status. 4. There was no significant difference in overall and each of six aspects of quality of work life for lecturers with difference work experiences. When examining in each aspect the quality of work life in adequate and economics of teachers with 10 years of more of work experiences were statistically significant higher than those with less than 10 years work experiences at .05 leve 5. There was no significant difference in overall and each of six aspects of quality of work life for lecturers with difference educational level When examining in each aspect the quality of work life in adequate and economics for lecturers with bachelors degree was statistically significant higher than those with master degree or higher at .05 level. 6. There was no significant difference in overall and each of six aspects of quality of work life for lecturers with difference family income. When examining in each aspect the quality of work life in competency development and relationship with peers of instructors with high family income was statistically significant higher than those with low family income at .05 level.

The objectives of this research are 1 to study the facultystaffand students of Rajamangala University of Technology phra NakhonBangkok Commeraial Campuss assessment of services rendered by Academic Resource Center (ARC) and awareness of various kinds of services;2 to compare the sub-samples rating and awareness; and 3 to study the problems and recommendations regarding ARCs servies voiced by the sample. Data from 507 surveyed samoles were analyzed by using descriotive statistics i.e.percentagemeanand standard devition; and t-test.

Questionnaires were used to collect data from 1139 Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn personnel. Eight Hundred and seven questionnaires were returned.

To study the relationship between the educational framework and the life long studying on working period of the participants around Bangkok city suburb and urban of 300 persons. The results we found that among the requirement to change their certification and to improve their knowledge on professional to require more of the subjects on industrial management field Human relation and the advanced technology subjects on a top of requests. The most requirements from the alumni want to change the certifications to Mechanical engineering to require Mechanical mechanics I Air-conditioning. The highest requirement from the alumni want to change the certifications to Computer engineering field to require the subjects on Data communication Computer network and practice. The more requirements from the alumni want to change the certifications to Electronics and Telecommunication field to require the subjects on Electronic analysis Microware engineering and practice. The highest requirements from the alumni want to change the certifications to Industrial engineering field to require the subjects on Engineering management Maintenance engineering and Production and planning. On remarks among requirements to further study from all participants they want to study on higher degree of education 131 persons or 43.7 percentages of population to improve their performance 93 persons or 31.0 percentages and want to get more benefit from further studies is 76 persons or 25.3 percentages.
