This research aims to design and construct small-scale angular rotary macadamia nut cracker machine using angular rotary striking mechanism. The proposed machine can crack 3 sizes of macadamia nuts - 17-22 mm 23-28 mm and 29-34 mm diameter with no need for separation size before feeding into the machine. Results of the experiment showed that the proposed angular rotary macadamia nut cracker machine could be used exactly as designed. Its average efficiency in separating sizes before cracking was 83% with overall productivity of 7.75 kilograms per hours. With regard to cracking process it was found that weight of the cracked macadamia nut was 29.75% of the whole macadamia fruit. The other 70.25% was weight of the shell. Furthermore it was also found that regarding quality of the cracked macadamia nuts the whole-nut quality was 39% the half-nut quality was 44% and the broken- nut quality was 17% respectively.

In this study water quality standard of bottled drinking water distributed in Ang Thong Province was investigated. The results showed that clear plastic bottled drinking water presented completely label information and MFD./EXP. clearly appearance and odourless presented in all samples while Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) of tested clear plastic bottled drinking water samples were in a range of 1±0.00 to 277±0.00 mg/L. Coliform bacteria and fecal coliform bacteria of all tested water samples were less than 2.2 MPN/100 mL and E. coli and total heterotrophic bacteria were not found in all samples. pH values of 18 tested samples were less than 6.5 (60.00%) plastic bottled drinking water samples. Tested opaque plastic bottled drinking water samples showed completely label information and MFD./EXP. clearly appearance and odourless found in all samples while TDS of tested opaque plastic bottled drinking water samples were in a range of 12±0.00 to 13±0.00 mg/L. Coliform bacteria and fecal coliform bacteria of tested water samples were less than 2.2 MPN/100 mL and E. coli and total heterotrophic bacteria were not found in all samples. pH values of 3 tested samples were less than 6.5 (100.00%). Indeed assessment of both types of bottled drinking water samples distributed in Ang Thong Province Thailand based on 6 qualities assessment of standard for drinking water in sealed container set by Ministry of Public Health of Thailand revealed that the tested clear and opaque plastic bottled drinking water samples met the standard for 40.00% and 0% based on pH respectively.

Proportional plus integral controller has been widely used in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive system due to its simple structure while achieving zero steady-state error. However finding out the optimal parameters of the controller is not an easy task. For this reason this paper presents an automated optimization of proportional plus integral controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system using genetic algorithms. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness than ones of the trial and error method.

The objectives of this research are to develop the welding process of copper tube for refrigeration in air conditioner by using rotation brazing table. The key design is the use of rotary head for nitrogen and rotary head for cooling water in assembly jig nitrogen discharge to prevent the internal welding soot to remove the soot that may occur during welding from piping system and to cool down the profile quickly. The result of water cooling to prevent that damage due to the heat of welding. The result from designing and creating of rotation brazing table to substitute stationary welding found that there is the reduction of machine cost by 11.61% or 46000 Baht/machine reduction of usage space 8.75 square meters or 74375 Baht increase of productivity by 93.48% reduction of nitrogen consumption by 98.20% or 2593 Baht/month reduction of support tool in production 75000 Baht per one rotation brazing table reduction of tiredness from working by 30.24% or equal to 137 manual works per day and reduction of usage of consumable material that can cause of greenhouse gas in form of trash such as cloth glove 1.40 KgCo2 per year leather glove 12.5216 KgCo2 per year nitrogen gas 0.1784 TonCo2 per year and water 0.54 KgCo2 per year. All of these can support the competition and dynamic change of industrial air conditioner in the future sustainably.

The objectives of this research of 1) to develop weaving Indigo-Dyed mudmee cotton pattern with tricks Tessellation 2) to design special occasion dresses 3) to study the satisfactions of women in Bangkok with special occasion dresses by using weaving Indigo-Dyed mudmee cotton pattern with tricks Tessellation. Actions are carried out by studying concept from tricks Tessellation in order to design mudmee patterns in 3 patterns consisting triangle pattern square pattern and hexagon pattern and take them to natural indigo dye. Then woven fabrics for cutting special occasion dresses consisting cocktail dress formal evening dresses and informal evening dresses in number of 9 models. To study the satisfactions of women’s work in the age of 25-35 years old in Bangkok in number of 399 persons. Instruments for using are Questionnaires data analysis statistics percentage average and standard deviation The result found that the most of the samples reply to the questionnaires are in the ages ranging from 25-35 years being single working in private business enterprises earning from 15000 baht to 25000 baht per month holding bachelor degree being used or buy clothing from weaving Indigo-Dyed mudmee cotton. The points on the consideration for deciding to buy dresses are modernity pattern and the beauty. The analysis statistics with the special occasion dress found on the high level of satisfaction in every special occasion dress (average 4.08) in order to the highest level of satisfaction followed by 3 patterns. The first is the square pattern cocktail dress (average 4.22) the second are triangle pattern of the formal evening dress and the informal evening dress (average 4.15 equal)
