Epoxy is one type of materials for adhesive. It was improved the strength by adding the filler such as iron alumina or silica. Generally the epoxy adhesive was mixed with iron for application in the metal adhesive. The mechanical properties were importance of adhesive. Because it was one factor for lifetime limit. The iron/epoxy was casted in the magnetic field which was alignment with surface of samples. The alignment of iron particles was induced with magnetic fields. The mechanical properties and wear behavior of samples were investigated hardness and wear test. It was found that the alignment of iron particles in the epoxy were improves hardness and wear.

This continued 2nd year researchaims to study the development of the para rubber press machine with wrought pattern for continued 2nd-year. Used natural para rubber mixed in a Ta-kuong by normally practical para rubber farmer style to evaluate the rubber press machine. A machine consists of the 11 roller sets in vertical pathway with press sticks on top. The components are as follows: a water press roller with a slope surface to reduce the diameter around 1-1.5 mm from a center the 3-pair sets of normal press rollers and the 2 duo sets of wrought pattern rubber press rollers with the induction motor at 1430 rpm. The evaluated results produced the dried para rubber sheets thickness at 3.79 mm on average as the 2nd rubber sheet type standardin marketing need. This research work was to study the toughening modification of polylactic acid by the mixing with epoxidized natural rubber (ENR) and the increase of effectiveness of mechanical properties with a compatibilizer. Enhancement of properties in polylactic acid was evaluated by tensile and impact testings Fourier-transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) technique Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) technique and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). For the addition of ENR it was revealed that the increase of ENR contents improved elongation at break and impact strength but decreased tensile modulus and ultimate tensile strength. Glass transition temperature (Tg) percentage crystallinity and the melting point of polylactic acid tended to decrease with the addition of ENR. Chemical change was found that position of C=O peak in polymer blend was slightly shifted as compared to the spectrum of neat polylactic acid. The optimum formulation for toughening modification was ENR content of 30 wt%. Its impact strength was 1982.55 % of neat polylactic acid. For increasing effectiveness of mechanical properties with a compatibilizer it revealed that the addition of Joncryl ® ADR-4300 as compatibilizer improved both tensile and impact properties. The optimum loading of a compatibilizer for improving mechanical properties was 0.5 wt% of polylactic acid. The decreases of crystallinity and melting point of polylactic acid with adding Joncryl ® ADR-4300 might be because Joncryl ® ADR-4300 was also chain extender of polylactic acid and it might be obstructing crystallization. The presence of Joncryl ® ADR-4300 unaffected on Tg value and chemical change.

The establishment of Information Systems to promote the Community Enterprise ion of Ban Tham Sua Village Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi was aimed to build effective information management system to facilitate its management to be more convenient fast and up-to-date in order to increase wider distribution channels and disseminate the activities. Also it was aimed to evaluate the satisfaction with the information community using PHP5 HTML5 CSS3 phpMyAdmin in database design and photo retouching software as a tool for the system development. The questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of the system and website. The samples used in the experiment lived in Ban Tham Sua Moo 3 Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi Province. The constructed system made the operation more convenient. The data were collected and classified by the product type. The research found that the information system to promote Ban Tham Sua community business in Kaeng Krachan District Phetchaburi was constructed with an average efficiency of 4.60 considered as the highest level helping to manage the community enterprise information to enhance product distribution channels and to disseminate the community enterprise activities. The results of the satisfaction assessment on the Information System for Promoting the Enterprise of Ban Tham Sua collected from 30 people was 4.57 the highest level showing that the information system to promote the community enterprise of Ban Tham Sua Kaeng Krachan Phetchaburi can be applied for the future use.
