Recently the consumption rate of vehicle is continuously an increase as an economic growth. This not only causes the massive traffic but also effects on the accidental capacity especially the road accident between car and pedestrian. The most of victims who dead are Vulnerable Road Users are crashed by the front-end structure. Regarding this problem; the possibility of the Pedestrian Crash Simulator has studied and established following the Euro New Car Assessment Programs in Pedestrian Protection. This simulator can be adjusted in 3 axles of tested position. Besides the body forms are used as impactors which are pushed the high speed drive unit via the iron less linear motor. In addition the simulator can be adjusted from 0 to 65 of degree comparing the horizontal line. As a result the limitation of the Pedestrian Crashed Simulator is linear speeds because of budget limitation. The highest of performance is not more than 3000 mm/s with 19.46 mm/s2 of speeds and acceleration respectively. However this simulator can be developed the ability by addition of the power unit and control equipment. The highest acceleration should be 35.06 m/s2 within 1.76 m. of magnetic track rail to equivalent the specified condition of the EURO NCAP (in Pedestrian protection). The purpose of this research is to study the effect of safety measure to construction productivity for ceiling activity by studying a construction of buildings in Bangkok. The safety system composed of (1) stable scaffolding system (2) providing clean and not slip walkways on the scaffold (3) installation of handrails not less than 0.90 meters in height (4) installing stairs (5) providing personal protective equipment for workers (6) are responsible for scaffolding and (7) scaffolding permit document. Cost of the safety system is 23908 baht or approximately 33 baht/m2. Productivity rates for prior and after the used of safety system are 1.57 and 1.41 m2. /person/hr. respectively. The productivity declines for approximately 10.19 % the working time for ceiling could take longer for 10.45 % and labor cost could increase for 10.19 %.

This research presents a study of the use of classified fly ash and ground rice husk ash as a pozzolanic material in producing high-strength concrete. Portland cement (CT) is partially replaced with classified fly ash and ground rice husk ash by weight of the cementitious materials. Compressive strength porosity and chloride penetration were investigated. The results show that the compressive strength resistance to chloride and low porosity of high-strength concrete improves substantially with partial replacement of Portland cement with fly ash and rice husk ash.

The objectives of this research are to propose a linear mixed model (LMM) with spatial correlation for an analysis of rice yields in Thailand to estimate the rice yield in each month of all provinces in Thailand to investigate factors influencing on the rice yields and to construct the maps of rice yields. A linear mixed model (LMM) in which the spatial effects follow the conditional autoregressive model (CAR) is used. The estimated rice yields are used to construct the rice yield maps. The dependent variables are the rice yield in each month of each province. The data are secondary data at a provincial level. The factors considered are rainfall averaged temperatures and regions. The results show that the factors influencing on the rice yields are rainfall averaged temperature and region. The amount of regional effects ordering from largest to smallest values are northestern region southern region western region central region eastern region and northern region respectively. The top ten provinces and months with high yields ranking from largest to smallest values are Ubon Ratchathani in November (1328000 ton) Surin in Novermber (1070000 ton) Si Sa Ket in Novermber (1023000 ton) Buri Ram in November (939400 ton) Nakhon Ratchasima in November (907500 ton) Roi Et in Novermber (852800 ton) Chiang Rai in Novermber (769800 ton) Khon Kaen in Novermber (692800 ton) Maha Sarakham in Novermber (676200 ton) Udon Thani in Novermber (620600 ton) respectively. The rice yeilds maps are easy for readers to identify which areas have high or low yields. They are a useful tool for planning decision making and implementing plans to help rice famers to increase their rice production.

The research is study motives the affect participation in quality assurance personal of Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon from example group of 182 people which classified by sex ages position educational degree field of work and working life. This research is used themethod is collecting data by question tool themethod is questionare tool fo collected data that could be two categorized include knowledge skills and attitudes. The questionnaire is five rating scales that analyze the result by frequency percent average the average of standard deviation and T-test independent by using one way ANOVA. The results were as follows : From one hundred percent of the personnel of Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon whom 63.70 persent classified by the educational field and 36.30% support line are ready to enter into Asean community which could be seen average in whole picture. After considering in three aspects the result appeared that knowledge and skills of personnel are also average. However the attitude of personnel was considered in a high level. Hypothetic test result was found that there was no difference among the personnel with difference sex ages educational degree field of work and working life in their readiness in entering Asean Community. position
