The purposes of this study were to 1 ) study problems of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission in terms of supplying controlling and exterminating the inventory and 2 ) examine solutions to problems to improve of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission to operate more efficiently effectively transparently and verifiably. The research population consisted of 5 0 direct staff members working in the field of office supplies in the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires and statistics used for data analysis included percentage mean and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that the problem of the administration of the inventory administration of the Office of the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission in the overall was moderate. When considering each aspect it was found that the inventory control aspect was the most problematic for the lack of places to store deteriorated items and exterminate within a specified period of time. The solution was to create a manual and schedule to operate the inventory more effectively. Secondly there was a problem with the cost of the inventory needed by the users that was always higher than the government standard. To solve this problem a survey on the material requirements of the internal units should be conducted before ค setting a budget for the materials to meet the current market price by all parties involved in the budget plan. Finally for the extermination of the inventory the problems were related to the responsible committee who had clear knowledge of the rules and practices of their roles and duties. Training regarding in the inventory administration should be arranged for regular and continuous understanding

The purpose of this study is to observe the value information in order to set up decision making in varieties selection for from farmers in Tharua Agriculture Cooperative Ltd. of Ayutthaya Province. This research use questionnaires as the medium to collect the information from 160 target consumers. As the result of the research this can be concluded as follows; Most of the target consumers are male gender age 14 – 50 years old and educated in Primary School including rice farming worker who have earnings below 10000 baht per month. This target group is very concerning on the factor that show product’s marketing image and products as well as the price and the purchasing locations of products but not very much From the research it shows that consumers of rice seed is concerning on marketing factors as follows. The result shows that consumers of rice seed purchase the product because of the image officials products are reliable quality packaging and brand of the products. Price factors for the research we can tell that the consumers variable methods of payment available including cash credit card etc. and the prices are suitable with quality of the products. ง Purchasing location from the research it shows that consumers of rice seed is very easy to buy where to buy close to home released in the right moment. Merchandise factor as rice seed of Tharua Agriculture Co-operative Ltd. use loans in order to advertise their products which affects buying decision staff recommendation the exhibit has made clear pay more attention at the highest level. This research was aimed to study employees’ loyalty in manufacturing industry as well as motivation influencing their loyalty. The samples were 360 employees working in the Food manufacturing industry in six districts in Nonthaburi. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data which were analyzed by statistics including percentage mean standard deviation. to test the hypothesis T-test one-way Anova and Multiple Regression Analysis were applied. It was found that most employees werefemale over 36 years of age with lower degrees than bachelors degrees 10000 - 15000 baht monthly income and more thansix years of work experiences. In the overall they had average motivation in performing their work in terms of incentives and supporting factors. Most employees were highly loyal to the organization as a whole namely awareness feelings and expressions respectively. The hypothesis testing determined the statistical significance level at 0 . 0 5 revealed that different genders showed different feelings however they were not different in terms of expressions perceptions and loyalty to the organization. Different ages differed in terms of expressive behavior feelings perceptions and loyalty to the organization.

This paper investigates household behavior with regard to consumption and precautionary saving under income uncertainty for durian farmers in Nonthaburi Province using both quantitative and qualitative research methods. A sample of 300 famers provides data collected by questionnaire and examined using the descriptive statistics of percentages mean and standard deviation as well as the inferential statistics of Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results show that durian farmers have an average income of 1039939.66 Baht per year and average debt of 574871.10 Baht per year. Focusing on precautionary saving behavior durian farmers save approximately 1000 to 5000 Baht per month by way of bank accounts premium saving bonds and human financial assets. In addition they exhibit a medium level of knowledge about philosophy of Sufficiency Economy including saving. However no relationship is found between level of saving and education. Hence the government should increase durian farmers’ knowledge concerning Sufficiency Economy including saving thus embracing improved human well-being as a developmental goal
