Nutritive values evaluation of moringa leaves meal for broiler feed ingredient
Nutritive values evaluation of moringa leaves meal for broiler feed ingredient

Nutritive values moringa leaves meal were evaluated and compared with luecaena leaves meal which has similar chemical compositions in order to use moringa leaves meal as broiler chicken feed ingredient. Thirty 3-week old chickens were divided into 3 groups of 10 birds (5 males 5 females) each. Each chicken was randomly fed with experimental diet that was composed with cassava powder (for endogenous nitrogen analysis) powdered moringa Leaves meal and powdered luecaena Leaves meal. The chickens were raised individually in metabolic cage where feed and water were provided ad libitum and both feed intake and feces weight were recorded. Experimental diets and excreta were sampled and subjected to proximate analysis for chemical compositions and gross energy. T-test comparison was used for statistical analysis. Results indicated that nutrients utilization of moringa Leaves meal (utilization percentage of dry matter organic matter protein crude fiber nitrogen free extract energy and metabolizable energy) were higher than those of luecaena Leaves meal (P<0.01). However there was no statistical difference (P>0.05) between moringa Leaves meal and luecaena Leaves meal in utilization percentage of ether extract. Moreover usable energy of moringa leaves meal was also higher than that of luecaena leaves meal (p<0.01). Therefore moringa Leaves meal could be one of potential feedstuffs for use in broiler diet production.

The quality and consumer acceptance of corn milk powder with sugar coating and pasteurized process
The quality and consumer acceptance of corn milk powder with sugar coating and pasteurized process

The objective of this research was studied the quality and consumer acceptance of corn milk with sugar coating process and pasturization by selected from three corn milk formula. The first formula was the most appropriate. Then pasteurized corn milk with 3 levels of total soluble solid; 9 10 and 11 Brix respectively. The suitable total soluble solid for pasteurized corn milk was 11 Brix. Physicochemical properties. The color values L * a * b * pH equals 74.95 21.03 34.41 and 07.16 respectively. Protein fat fiber moisture ash citric acid lactic acid and carbohydrates. Percent 2.28 1.48 2.22 68.48 0.26 0.14 0.24 and 25.18 respectively. An average sensory score of an appearance viscosity taste and overall liking from 30 panelists had significant (p 0.05) higher than other treatments. The optimum corn milk powder by coating sugar with the ratio of corn milk : sugar was 50 % (by volume/weight) of sugar was dried in tray dryer at 70 C. The color values L * a * b * were 39.89 -2.10 and 10.38 respectively. The sensory acceptance of corn milk from the market was significant (p 0.05) higher score than reconstituted corn milk powder.

Marketing channel of organic longan in domestic and foreign markets
Marketing channel of organic longan in domestic and foreign markets

This study was aimed to explore marketing channel of organic longan in domestic and foreign markets as well as problems encountered of the northern organic longan group. Data collection was done through in-depth interview and focus group discussion. Results of the study revealed that the northern organic longan group had marketing channel of organic lognan both in domestic and foreign markets. It was found that domestic market employed two channel: selling organic longan directly to consumers and selling organic longan to middlemen. For foreign market it was found that the northern organic longan group sold their yields to middlemen and after that the middlemen sent it to foreign market. In the case of domestic market organic longan was mostly sent to Top Supermarket. For foreign market it was mostly sent to Singapore European and Asian countries. For problems encountered the following were found: an amount of organic longan was inadequate for need of the market; uncertainty of organic longan yields in each year; few organic longan markets; and increased production costs due to high price of gasoline.

Packaging development for chiangmai organic agricultural coop’s organic brown rice
Packaging development for chiangmai organic agricultural coop’s organic brown rice

The objectives of this study were to : 1) explore problem conditions and needs of consumers for organic brown rice packaging of Chiangmai Organic Agriculture Cooperative Limited;2) investigate the packaging model of organic brown rice market competitions ; and 3) develop the organic brown rice packaging model of Chiangmai Organic Agriculture Cooperative Limited. The sample group in this study consisted of 385 organic brown rice consumers giving quantitative data and another 2 giving quantitative data. Findings showed that the following were problems encountered: 1) The brown rice rack was too thin; 2) wood borers were found growing in the brown rice racks; and 3) the label on the brown rice racks was too big. Regarding needs of the informants the following were found: 1) the weight of the rack of brown rice should be 1 kilogram; and 2) the packaging label should be attached in the vertical line of the rack. The statement “organic brown rice” was found to be most important information on the label. For organic brown rice of competitors it was packaged in a vacuum sack with pictures on a label. It weighs 1 kilogram. Developing an organic brown rice packaging model of Chiangmai Organic Agriculture Cooperative Limited to be consistent with needs of consumers and the cooperative.

The internal control of organization in RajamangalaUniversity of Technology Isan, Surin campus

This research was to study about the internal controls of organization in RMUTI Surin campus. The purposes of this research were to study about the internal controls the performing process of organization and the comparison internal control of organization. The samplings for study were internal organizations in RMUTI Surin campus consisting of programs divisions and departments. The results were found that the internal organizations had performing about total internal controls were control status risk assessment control activity monitoring and evaluation and the information and communication at high level. The results of comparison were found that the internal organizations consisting of sub-divisions and sub-programs had internal control with overall and aspect. There was risk assessment higher than divisions. The divisions performed more than four years had information and communication and monitoring and evaluation higher than divisions performed only one-three years with overall and aspect. The internal organizations were sub-divisions and numbers of staffs were not different performances about internal control with overall and aspect.
