Study to process of vegetable and fruit tablet which study about 2 types such as banana and kale. The first step; drying banana and kale by thermal processing with hot air oven at 605C for 30 min. Next grinded dried banana (DB) and dried kale(DK) to become powder size 80 mesh Aw 0.270.26 0.290.31 and 0.330.28. After that mixed %DB 25 %DK 37 %DC 37 %grinded sugar 32 %thickness agent 4 and %lubricant agent 2. The physical of V&FT has thickness 1.50.02 mm. diameter 10.03 cm. and weight 2.60.05 g. The resulted about sensory test was accepted by the panelists with the score above 7 (like moderately; 7.320.52) and was accepted all characteristic of V&FT. And V&FT was not found microorganisms that cause food to be rotten.

The aims of this research was to study the general situation in aspects of productivity and marketing of Mao fruits in Sakonnakon. Cost and return marketing channel and marketing margin of Mao fruits were investigated during 2007–2008 using purposive sampling and descriptive analysis. Twelve gardeners who own the average 7 years Mao orchards in Pupan Kudbak Sawangdandin Nikomnam-oon and Warichapoom District in Sakornnakon province informed that the productivity of Mao fruits was 750 Kg/annum in average. The average price of Mao fruits was 25 Baht/Kg. The net returns of Mao fruits was 7216.89 Baht/rai/annum. Marketing channel of Mao fruits were fresh fruits eaten and used as raw material in fruit juice processing plants. The whole commodity of Mao in orchard was traded and distributed by middleman. Earnest money deposit was required. The price of Mao fruits was 25 -35 Baht/Kg for the processing plants. The profit was 9104.50 Baht/ton or 36.41% of net income.

The objectives of this study are to develop a management system for examination bank and an online examination. Working procedures were performed by analysis a traditional working system and problems study of user requirements design of a new working system and a development of the new system. PHP and JAVA programming language operating with MySQL for developments and a database management were used. The new system consists of 6 systems by operating as web application. Users are 3 groups that are teachers students and administrator. In the items analysis stem a reliability value was calculated using KR-20 and KR-21 of Kuder-Richardson. The level of difficulty and discriminating power were identified using choice analysis with 27 percentages of upper and lower technique. The new system was tested with 3 groups of teachers students and administrator. The evaluation was performed using questionnaires. The results of the evaluation shown the contentment is in good level. Accuracy of the system was measured by comparison between a traditional item analysis and the new system. The comparison results were not different. However the accuracy of item analysis results depends on knowledge of the students who are in testing.
