The Study on factors affecting the participation of personnels in education quality assurance in Rajamangala University of Technology Pra Na Khon aims to find out the factors affecting the participation of personnels in education quality assurance in Rajamangala University of Technology Pra Nakhon and to study the co-relation between personal and organizational factors and the participation in education assurance in Rajamangala University of Technology Praha Khon. The sample groups 166 persons used in this study are personnels in RMUTP both academic and supporting staffs derived by stratified sampling and simple random sampling. The collection of data came from questionnaires and then analyzed by percentile means standard deviation and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of study found that - On Personnel Factor the participation in education assurance of personnel in RMUTP on Attitude group from comparing within the group found that there were statistically insignificant difference and statistically significant (∞= 0.05)so the RMUTP shouldn’t employ personnel factor on attitude in the participation in education assurance at present. -On Personnel Factor the participation in education assurance of personnel in RMUPT on self- capability perception group from comparing within the group found that there were statistically insignificant (∞ = 0.05). So the RMUTP shouldn’t employ personnel factor on self-capability perception in educationassurance at present. - On Organizational factor the participation in education assurance of personnel in RMUTP on CEO’s policy group from comparing within the group found that there were statistically insignificant difference ( ∞ = 0.05). So CEO of the RMUTP shouldn’t employ the organization factor on CEO’s policy in education assurance at present. - On Organizational factor the participation in education assurance of personnel in RMUTP on the leadership of the organization group from comparing within the group found that there were statistically insignificant difference (∞ = 0.05). So the leader of the organization shouldn’t employ the organization factor on the leadership of the organization in the participation in education assurance at present. - On Organizational factor the participation in education assurance of personnel in RMUTP on organizational culture group from comparing within the group found that there were statistically insignificant difference (∞ = 0.05) . So the RMUTP shouldn’t employ the organizational culture in the participation in education assurance at present.

The purpose of this study was to Evaluation of Curriculum for the Bachelor of Science Program in Computer Technology of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The CIPP Model was used as evaluated model. The samples in this research were 125 undergraduates 14 Instructors 17 graduates and 11 employers of graduates. The 4 questionnaires of rating scales was used as the research instrument. Percentage mean standard deviation were statistical method to analyze data. The results were as follows: 1. The samples agreed with the Context Evaluation in the aspect of curriculum objectives curriculum structure curriculum content were in moderate levels. 2. The samples agreed with the Input Evaluation in the aspect of Characteristics of undergraduates and Characteristics of instructors were in high levels supporting education was in moderate levels. 3.The samples agreed with the Process Evaluation in the aspect of curriculum Management. teaching Management experience training were in high levels . 4 . The sample’s satisfaction towards Input Evaluation in the aspect of professional knowledge and Professional Characteristics were in moderate levels Ethics was in high levels .

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the factors leading to the effective of Co-operative Educational Programs to develop the Co-operative educational programs of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) more effectiveness and efficiency. The populations of this research were 2064 people included the Co-operative Education student Co-operative Education supervision and the company’s staffs that looked after the students who were attended to the Co-operative Education project. The research tool was questionnaire and the data was analyzed by using frequency percentage mean standard deviation T-test Independent One-way ANOVA and analysis of the difference with the method of Sheffe by determining the level of significance statistic of 0.05.

The study of needs for graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment in Bangkok was aimed at studying 1) needs for graduates from Rajamangala university of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment 2) desirable qualifications of graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needed by establishment and 3) casual relationship of establishment’s general information desirable qualifications of graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needed by establishment and needs for graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment in Bangkok. The questionnaires were constructed with content validity and reliability as a tool for collecting data from 306 establishment where graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon have worked for. The statistics used for analysis were frequencies distribution percentage mean standard deviation and structural equation model analysis: SEM. The research finding indicated that most of the establishment in the sample group were limited companies running on industrial business with a starting capital of 1-5 million baht. The 21-50 employees with diploma vocational and high vocational education have been working there. Each shareholder of these establishment is completely Thai and the target clients are both in and out of Thailand. In most establishment there are more Bachelors degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon than Masters degrees. The trend of demand for graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment in 2011 -2013 is the ones who graduated Bechelors degree in Engineering faculty and Masters degree in Administration Business. In general desirable qualifications of Bechelors degree and Masters degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were needed at high level. The establishments general information correlated with needs for Bachelors degree and Masters degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment at the statistical significance of 0.05%.
