ปัจจุบันการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมและความเจริญก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีมากขึ้น มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาด้านวิชาชีพและเทคโนโลยี จึงดำเนินการศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของคณะ เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ในการจัดการศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพยิ่งขึ้น และเป็นไปตามความต้องการของผู้เรียนโดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยได้แก่นักศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ระดับปริญญาตรีปีการศึกษา 2551 จำนวน 450 คน จำแนกเป็นนึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 จำนวน 167 คน ชั้นปีที่ 2 จำนวน 121 คน ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 75 คน ชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 87 คน โดยแจกแบบสอบถามจำนวน 450 ชุด และได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนในฉบับสมบูรณ์ จำนวน 450 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยเปอร์เซ็นต์ของจำนวนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป SPSS การแจกแจงความถี่และร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบค่ามี (t-test)

The objectives of this research were to 1) study perceived problems of students for educational management of Home Economics Technology Faculty Rajamanga la University of Technology Phranakhon 2) compare perceived problems of students for educational management classified by gender students year and field of study and 3) study needs of students for educational management of Home Economics Technology Faculty The sample studied were 291 undergraduate students selected by proportional stratified random sampling categorized by students year of study and simple random sampling was also used The data was collected through questionnaires constructed by researcher The statistics used for data analysis were mean standard deviation one way analysis of variance and Scheffes multiple comparison method The results were as follows : 1 Problems concerning instructors content of study and method of teaching were less perceived by students Evaluation and measurement teaching and learning management and instructional media and instruments were perceived as problems at intermediate level The high perceived problems of students were infrastructure concerns particularly the lack of gymnasium stadium and first-aid centre 2 Students from different year and field of study and were different gender had statistically difference of perceived problems for educational management. 3 The highest needs for educational management concerning instructor aspect was lending equity to all students Regarding the aspects of study contents method of teaching evaluation and measurement and teaching -learning management the highest needs were complete and update knowledge practical based teaching evaluating after teaching and appropriate study schedule respectively Enough and clean toilet as well as enough educational equipments were the highest needs for the aspects of infrastructure and educational media and instrument respectively

The Purposes of this research were to study and compare the problems and the requirement of students were arrangement the educational administration in instructor content teaching method measurement and evaluation educational administration building place and audiovisual aids and service in Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design. The samples were used every fields and every years students in Faculty of Industrial Textiles and Fashion Design who study in 2008. The tools used consisted of 400 questionnaires of samples group. Statistics used to analyze the data were frequence value percentage value standard evaluation analysis of variance T-value and F-value in hypothesis test and differential comparison.The results were as follows: 1. The students of the faculty of Industrial textile Fashion design satisfied in education management i.e. instructor content teaching method and measurement and education was high level. It was found that the teaching method was the most satisfactory.!t showed X= 3.81 and S.D = 0.67 The satisfaction of students in education administration building place and audiovisual aids and service was average level. The building place was worst satisfied. It showed X= 2.67 and S.D = 0.81 1.The open-ended questions of this research showed that the requirement about building place was the most interesting especially the clean restroom and maintenance it showed 23.13% and small sport area was 16.33%. The students also commented that the sport area should not be a car park for the instructor. The third comment was the dirty canteen that showed 15.65%. The student complained that the canteen should contain various food. 2.From the comparative analysis result in problems and the requirement of students were the administration study of the Faculty of Industrial Textile and Fashion Design as the follow the hypothesis of the research that gender education year age the study field were different no problems and different requirement statistics significance were 0.05

This survey research was to identify need to participate in recreation activities of Rajamangala Univeristy of Technology Phra Nakhon students. Three hundred ninety first year through fourth year students from 9 different faculties. Multistage random sampling was used for the sample’s representation from the population. A standard questionnaire was used for testing this study purpose. This three sections questionnaire includes general information regarding subjects’ gender age year of study area of study student income to average per month for students and so on. The main 35 items rating scale type questionnaire was to identify types and need of activities from the university. The last session is a 4 items open-ended question asking for students’ recommendations. Frequency and percentage were used for data analysis. The statistical analysis revealed that male and female students moderately need university participating service in management and need highest on university service personnel. Male students however moderately need on facilities and equipments while female student do highest. On the participation need of recreation activity by class levels analysis only first year student’s highest need the rest of every year students moderately do. Students from first year to third year moderately need recreation service on management while forth year students and third year students from 2 years program highly need this service. In addition forth year students from 2 years program showed highest need to this service. However first to third year students moderately need on personal service only first and second year students moderately need this service. The second and forth year student and students from 2 year program were highly need this service. Lastly first year student highly need service on facilities and equipments while third year students moderately need this service. The rest of student class levels do need this service highest. By the area of study student taken analysis both science and social science areas students moderately need university recreational service. They however highly need on personal service. Students in the area of science moderately need service on facilities and equipments while social science student’s highest need this service.

การศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาและความต้องการของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของคณะ เทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชนจำนวน 300 คน โดยจำแนกเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 จำนวน 100 คน ชั้นปีที่ 2 จำนวน 83 คน ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 57 คน และชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 60 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่และร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย x และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD.) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1.การจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ในภาพรวมอยู่ ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย x=3.110SD=0.642) 2.ความต้องการในการจัดการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1)ด้านผู้สอน พบว่าส่วนใหญ่ต้องการผู้สอนที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถตรงตามรายวิชาที่สอน 2)ด้านเนื้อหา พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการเรียนรู้เนื้อหาที่มีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะนำมาใช้ในชีวิตจริง 3)ด้านวิธีสอน พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดย เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาฝึกปฏิบัติในสิ่งที่เรียน ใช้สื่อประกอบการสอน หรือมีการแนะนำหนังสือ พาไปดูงานจริงเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษามีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน 4)ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล พบว่าส่วนใหญ่ต้องการให้มีเกณฑ์ในการวัดผลที่ชัดเจน มีการวัดผลตรงตามเนื้อหาที่เรียน ให้นักศึกษามีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดเกณฑ์การวัดผล 5)ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการให้มีการจัดตารางสอนในแต่ละภาคการศึกษาที่เหมาะสม มีการฝึกงานที่เหมาะสม มีการจัดลำดับก่อนหลังของรายวิชาใน แต่ละภาคการศึกษาเป็นอย่างดี 6)ด้านอาคารสถานที่ พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการให้มีโรงอาหารที่รองรีบจำนวนนักศึกษาได้เพียงพอและสะอาด มีห้องคอมพิวเตอร์และคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เพียงพอและเหมาะสม มีห้องน้ำเพียงพอและสะอาด มีห้องปฏิบัติการเพียงพอและเหมาะสม มีที่นั่งเล่นพักผ่อนเพียงพอ และไม่ร้อนแดด 7)ด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และบริการ พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการให้มีอุปกรณ์ที่เพียงพอ 3.การทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยการจัดการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1)เพศต่างกันมีปัญหาและความต้องการในการจัดการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 2)ชั้นปีต่างกันมีปัญหาและความต้องการในการจัดการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายคู่พบว่า แตกต่างกัน 4 คู่ ได้แก่ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 กับ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 กับ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 กับ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 และนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 กับ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 3)อายุต่างกันมีปัญหาและความต้องการในการจัดการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายคู่พบว่า แตกต่างกัน 1 คู่ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาที่มีอายุระหว่าง 18-20 ปี กับ นักศึกษาที่มีอายุระหว่าง 21-23 ปี 4)สาขาวิชาต่างกันมีปัญหาและความต้องการในการจัดการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
