The purpose of this research is to study Quality of work life affecting Organizational Commitment of private companies’ employees in Lopburi Province. Sample size in this research is 400 samples. Questionnaire is a tool for data collection. Statistics for data analysis are percentage mean standard deviation t-test one-way analysis of variance and multiple regressions analysis. Research results are as follows: Organizational commitment in the dimension of Strong belief in and acceptance of the organization’s goals has the relationship with Development of Human Capacities and Social Relevance. Organizational commitment in the dimension of Willingness to exert considerable effort on behalf of the organization has the relationship with Adequate and Fair Compensation Development of Human Capacities and Work Life Balance. Organizational commitment in the dimension of Strong desire to maintain membership in the organization has the relationship with Adequate and Fair Compensation Growth and Security and Social integration.

The organizational environments have been dynamically changed. Chief executive officer must turn an ailing organization around by rethinking a new mission. With global competition and trend of environmental performance improvement the green management then becomes substantially strategic orientation. The new management techniques such as Total Quality Management and Lean Management are introduced to the organization for achieving its new mission. The researchers use case studies method to describe the causal relationship between productivity derived from continuous improvement initiatives and green management by presenting four empirical cases. The results of all cases were measured by differentiation and integration criterion and then quantified by the concept of Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing. Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon all 4 aspects are procurement Control and distribution of parcels Maintenance And the distribution of supplies to study guidelines for the development of parcel management for parcel workers Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Classified by problem condition and procurement development approach by collecting data between October 2019 and September 2020 it was a survey research using questionnaire tools which consisted of 3 parts: The respondents which were demographic characteristics 2) problem conditions and procurement development approach and 3) other recommendations. Personnel under the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon number 100 people. The data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic characteristics. And use statistical statistics for the analysis of related factors. The study found that Problem condition and procurement development approach Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Procurement side Chief supplies officer and the supplies staff have knowledge and understanding in the performance of their responsibilities which are clear transparent fast and prompt to use. Procurement follows regulations at every step. Meet the desired purpose Control and distribution of parcels Chief Master at Supplies And parcel staff to advise on the control and distribution of parcels There is an annual inspection of parcels to be in accordance with the prescribed rules. Complete and correct in accordance with regulations Procurement Act B. E. 2560 Supplies Maintenance There is a record of the equipment history for the benefit of use and maintenance. And the parcel officer has to record and maintain the parcel efficiently and can be used all the time. Parcel distribution The damaged parcel is sold in accordance with the regulations. The parcel officer has knowledge and understanding in the process of disposing of parcels correctly.

The study on credit card usage behavior of support staffs at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were aimed to investigate1) personal factors of support staffs at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2) credit card usage behavior of support staffs at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and 3)The relationship between personal factors and credit card usage behavior of support staffs at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire; and the sample group in the study was 260support staffs working at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. To analyze data descriptive statistics including frequency percentages and cross-tabulation distributions were applied. The hypotheses were that personal factors were related with credit card usage behavior of support staffs at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The results revealed that the support staffs at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were between 30 to 39 years old. They held bachelors degrees and worked as the university employees. They were single who earned total income per month of 20001 - 30000 baht. There were 2 - 3 members in the family and had been working for over 5 years. Most of support staffs at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon had 1- 2 credit cards with the duration of 2-3 years. The credit card limit was 20000 - 39999 baht. The type of the credit card was Visa card and the amount of monthly credit card spending was 2001 - 5000 baht. Regular cards used were issued by Krung Thai Bank (KTC). The value of goods or services for each spending was 1001 - 3000 baht at the most. Types of products or services that credit cards were used regularly were daily life products. The reason for using a credit card was its convenience for paying for goods or services (cash carried reduction). The channels to receive news that attracted applicants for credit cards were from bank employees and the opportunity to use credit cards to receive reward points to redeem discounts and prizes. Channels of spending via credit cards were through automatic credit approval machines with the frequency of spending of 1 - 3 times per month to pay for goods and services and installment payment for products and services on a periodic basis. The hypothesis test results disclosed that personal factors of the support staffs of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon had a relationship with credit card usage behavior the bank cards regularly used the value of goods or services for each use and the opportunity to use credit cards.

The purpose of this research is to study the relationship of corporate governance including corporate governance scores business size number of committees of the Board of Directors the proportion of independent directors to the total number of directors the number of meetings of the Board of Directors per year to operating results including gross margin net profit margin return on total assets return on equity ratio. The data was collected from the financial statements and the annual report form (Form 56-1) during the period 2013 – 2017 of 22 transportation and logistics service industry groups which are listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Descriptive statistics correlation statistics and multiple regression equations were used in data analysis. The study indicated that corporate governance including the corporate governance score and number of committees of the Board of Directors and the number of meetings of the Board of Directors per year Related to the operating results including gross margin net profit margin and return on equity at a 95% confidence level.
