The research on the Knowledge Management Resulting in Performance Effectiveness of Personnel in a State Enterprise in Bangkok is aimed to 1) Study knowledge management of personnel in a state enterprise in Bangkok. 2) Study effectiveness of personnel in a state enterprise in Bangkok. 3) Study knowledge management which results in performance effectiveness of personnel in a state enterprise in Bangkok. The sample groups selected by the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling consisted of 142 staffs of a state enterprise. The researcher received 142 returned questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis consisted of percentage mean and standard deviation. T - test and F - test were used to test the hypothesis. Moreover the Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis was conducted at the significance level of 0.05. Data analyzing results found that most of the sample groups were females aged 26 -30 and educated at the bachelor degree. Employment duration of the sample groups was 11-15 years. In general the perception of knowledge management within an organization was at a high level. The hypothesis testing results found that different personal factors on educational background and status caused difference in the deviant working effectiveness on quality and quantity respectively. Knowledge management of staffs in this state enterprise resulted in working effectiveness

The study was aimed to investigate motivating factors of state enterprise community relation personnel work efficiency of a state enterprise community relation personnel and the relationship between motivating factors and work efficiency of a state enterprise community relation personnel. The population used in this study was 96 personnel working in a community relations unit. The statistics used in the data analysis included frequency percentage mean and Rho (ρ) to test the correlation coefficients. The results of the study revealed that most respondents were married males who were over 51 years old with bachelors degree earning 20501 baht income salary. The duration of their work was over 20 years in the professional position levels of 4 to 7. It was found that the personnel’s work efficiency was at a high level. When looking into each aspect it was found that the relationship of work advancement and work policy and administration was moderate while the aspects in terms of income responsibility acceptability security governance job description personal life relationship with the management and work condition were relatively low with the 0.05 statistical significance

This research purpose is to study the relationship between good governance and the efficiency of waste reduction and the enterprise performance in the perspective of balanced scorecard. The population studied is 308 successful enterprises that received the Outstanding Corporate Governance Award from the Department of Business Development at the national and provincial levels from 2016 – 2018. The sample group is 179 entrepreneurs and enterprise employees using questionnaires as a tool for data collection. The statistics used for data analysis are percentage mean standard deviation correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research results showed that good governance participation and cost effectiveness had a positive relationship with the overall enterprise performance. The moral principles had a negative relationship with the enterprise performance as a whole with statistical significance at the level of 0.01. The efficiency of waste reduction had a positive relationship with the overall business performance of the enterprise with statistical significance at the level of 0.01. The good governance accountability and efficiency in reducing waste are positively correlated with overall performance with statistical significance at the level of 0.05 and with the statistical significance at the level of 0.01 respectively

Development of table cloth products from Batik tie-dyed cotton fabric with waterproof finishes aimed 1) to study waterproof finishes process to Batik tie-dyed cotton fabric 2) to test physical properties of Batik tie-dyed cotton fabric and 3) to study satisfaction of consumer to table cloth products from Batik tie-dyed cotton fabric with waterproof finishes. Prototype of table cloth products and questionnaire was used as the tools in this research. The samplings for this study were the 323 consumers from accidental sampling in Faculty of Home Economics Technology and Faculty of Architecture and Design Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Data was analyzed by percentage mean and standard deviation. Reported of physical properties testing of Batik tie-dyed cotton fabric with waterproof finishes as follows; colorfastness to water testing changed in color was grade 4-5 dimensional changes after laundering testing decrease 1.14 percentage in the length and 0.48 percentage in the width colorfastness by hot pressing testing; dry pressing damp pressing and wet pressing changed in color was grade 4-5 and water resistance testing found that surface area having wet patches small. The results from study satisfaction of development of table cloth products from Batik tie-dyed cotton fabric with waterproof finishes were found that; the sample age between 21-30 years bachelor degree education level status of student and monthly income 100001-20000 baht. Consumers purchased and used Batik tie-dyed product categories of clothing agree with table cloth products from Batik tie-dyed cotton fabric with waterproof finishes and selected to buy after this product launch to market from personal preference reason. Color and design price appearance and special properties are the reasons to choose. The total satisfaction to products was highly satisfied (mean 3.65).

The objectives of this study were :1) to evaluate the basic information :2) to determine the operational status and problems and :3) to study the potential development guidelines for the operation of community enterprises of food processing groups in Samut Prakran Province. Samples selected by stratified random sampling technique were 112 members of community enterprises in Samut Prakran Province. These samples was drawn from the presidents of community enterprises of food processing in Samut Prakran Province which were assessed as the good level in potential operation. Data collection were done by using questionnaire technique while the data were analyzed with frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The results revealed that the assessment of potential operation of the community enterprises of food processing groups 268 in Samut Prakran Province were at the good level of 114 the average level of 117 and the improvement level of 20. The community enterprises had strong intention to the strengthening of communities and the supportive system from the partite participation consisted of knowledge and developing budget. The overall of operational status was at a high level while the overall of operational problem was at a low level. The potential development guidelines for the operation of community enterprises of food processing groups in Samut Prakran Province were ;1) planning approach: making master plan for all sub-district ;2) organization structure approach: overall operation review with all of members ;3) personnel management approach: creating morale for work performance of personnel together ;4) marketing approach: producing products to meet market needs ;5) production approach: supporting the production knowledge by government sectors and ;6) accounting/ financial approach: making real income and expense accounts.
