การผลิตสื่อวีซีดี เรื่องการออกแบบและพัฒนารูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอจากผ้าไหมสุรินทร์

The purpose of this study was to produce a VCD on Design and Development of Textile Products from Surin Silk for the training program entitled “Design and Development of Textile Products from Surin Silk : From Folk Wisdom to Internationalization” The instruments of the study created by the researchers were : the VCD a learners’ test an experts’ evaluation form and a questionnaire on learners’ satisfaction. Fifteen people in Surin were randomly selected for the efficiency test of the VCD. The tests measuring E1 and E2 were taken after they had learned one lesson from the VCD. The result revealed that the VCD had the efficiency at 82.66 / 84.33 which was higher than the 80/80 criterion and was rated “much satisfied”.

Development of Structural Design for Hang Khra Rok Silk.
Development of Structural Design for Hang Khra Rok Silk.

The aimed of this study are to 1) Pattern design development of silk loincloth (hangkrarok silk) of Community Silk-Weavers Groups in Huairat district Buriram province. 2) The study of customer satisfaction of developed silk loincloth (hangkrarok silk) by Community Silk Weavers Groups in Huairat district Buriram Buriram province. The procedure of this research is population of Community Silk-Weavers Groups in Huairat district Buriram province. All population is 8 (Tam-bon) districts. In pattern design development processing it used pattern design of silk loincloth (hangkrarok silk) by 18 patterns design sketching as instrument and selected 9 patterns design sketching by 5 specialists. For corresponded with colors using of silk yarn and to combine twist silk yarn pattern design development with weaving technique apply and pattern design development with applying of structure weaving. In order to taking sketch to weaving by the random sampling from population is Community Silk- Weavers Groups in Huairat district Buriram province. The random sampling is 1 group. The weaving proceed had to progress to get the pattern design specialist selected; there are 9 patterns. In conclusion of this research 9 patterns design selected and progressed with the development step and get the products of silk loincloth (hangkrarok silk) as follow the 9 patterns design selected was 100 percent. And then the researcher process in next step was taking developed silk loincloth (hangkrarok silk) for studying the satisfaction of silk loincloth (hangkrarok silk) of Community Silk-Weavers Groups in Huairat district Buriram province. by taking a random purposive sampling there are 320 samples. To study in 3 parts as follow 1) colors 2) patterns and 3) the structure of patterns design developed silk loincloth (hangkrarok silk). The result of this research is the customers had the satisfaction in the parts of colors pattern and the structure of patterns design developed silk loincloth (hangkrarok silk) in high level. Thus the researcher recommended that having the afterward researching for the sustainable silk textile development.

การลอกกาวไหมด้วยยางมะละกอ
การลอกกาวไหมด้วยยางมะละกอ

Degumming process is a fundamental process for silk yam and silk fabric finishing. The main objective is scouring the substrate such as silk gum (sericin) wax and fatty acid from silk fiber. The principle of degumming process is destroying the peptide linkage of amino acid in sericin structure into a small molecule which is soluble in water. The hydrolysis reaction performed by acid alkaline enzyme surfactant as soap and high pressure steam process. The conventional methods favor degumming with soap and sodium carbonate. This process has a problem on the surface area of silk. Proteolytic enzymes can answer this problem but it seldom use because of a specific condition and high cost. For this reason the insteading of papain enzyme from dry latex of Carica payapa Linn. was decided to use for silk degumming at any condition study. This research was concerned with the silk degumming using papain enzyme form dry latex of Carica payapa Linn. The degumming process was performed at the temperature vary from 55 -85 degree Celsius time fromlO to 40 minutes and the amount of dry latex ranging from 0 to 4% owf in order to study the suitable condition for degumming and surface morphology. The efficiency of degumming process was evaluated by determination of tensile strength and stainiqgJest with dire~~ dyes (C.1. Direct Red 80~StaIDing result.will be opposed to degumming efficiency. The result was revealed; the appropriate conditions for silk degumming with dry Carica payapa Linn. s latex were recommended as follows : the amount of dry latex solution of 4 % owf at 75 degree Celsius for 30 minutes. The degummed fibers leaves lustrous soft and surface smooth. This condition does not have effect to tensile strength and fiber surface.

Development of Batik Painting Technique Silk Fabric via Natural Dyes
Development of Batik Painting Technique Silk Fabric via Natural Dyes

The aim of this research is to paint silk fabric with batik technique using five natural dyes from margosa bark lac mango leaves marigold and otaheite gooseberry bark. The pre-mordant and after-mordant techniques were used in this work. Ten mordants Aluminum potassium sulphate Copper (II) sulphate Sodium dichromate Tannic acid Tartaric acid Tin (II) chloride and Calcium acetate-monohydrate were applied. The batik fabrics were characterized in color strength rubbing fastness washing fastness light fastness and stiffness. The result indicated that silk fabric painted with natural dye from margosa bark could use all 10 mordants to improve color strength and gave various shades of color. The silk fabric painted with natural dye from lac could not use all 10 mordants to improve color strength but it gave various shade. The silk fabric painted with natural dye from mango leaves marigold and otaheite gooseberry bark showed that almost 10 mordants gave higher color strength and various shade. The mordanting technique would give good fastness and reduce the stiffness of batik fabric.

Silk Degumming with Dried Latex of Carica Papaya Linn
Silk Degumming with Dried Latex of Carica Papaya Linn

Degumming process is a fundamental finishing process for silk yarn and silk fabric. The main objective is scouring the substrate such as silk gum (sericin) wax and some impurities from silk fiber. The principle of degumming process is breaking the peptide linkage of amino acid in sericin structure into a small molecule which is soluble in water. The hydrolysis reaction performed by acid and alkaline but they have a big problem on the surface area of silk. Proteolytic enzyme be used to solve this problem but it has some disvantages such as it was using a specific condition and expensive. For this reason this research chooses papain enzyme form dried latex of Carica payapa Linn. to degum the raw silk. The efficiency of degumming process was evaluated by determination of tensile strength and staining test with direct dyes (C.I. Direct Red 80). The result was revealed; the appropriate conditions for silk degumming with dried Carica payapa Linn.’s latex be recommended as follows: the amount of dried latex solution of 4 % owf at 75 degree Celsius for 30 minutes in this condition was not harm to strength and fiber surface. The degummed fibers still had lustrous soft and smooth surface.
