This research study the purposes of the research are to : 1) to study the standard formula Hin Fon Thong dessert. 2) to study the recipe of Hin Fon Thong dessert. Developed with Partially substituted riceberry rice flour for rice flour has been accepted and 3) to study nutrition and nutritional value between the standard formula Hin Fon Thong dessert. With development of Hin Fon Thong dessert partially substituted riceberry rice flour has been accepted. This study aimed to develop a more nutritious dessert to answer modern needs and to conserve custom through old Thai dessert. Experts in various related aspects were interviewing. Method of preparation was adapt using scientific principle to produce a dessert as close to the original recipe as possible. It was further developing through the use of riceberry rice flour in place of rice flour which was the main ingredient of the dessert. Acceptability was test when varying ratio between riceberry rice flour and rice flour were used. Four levels of rice flour and riceberry rice flour were 75:25 80:20 85:15 and 90:10. Sensory test used the 9 - point hedonic method The results showed that : The top score is the 85:15 with the lowest score was at 8.03 and the highest score was at 8.33. The analysis continues to test on the general public with other components: taste product design and willingness to buy the product. By using percentage statistics. Average score was over 50:100. The survey shows that most people moderately like the dessert. It was recommended that it should slightly reduce the sweetness should be slightly reduced. By comparing the original rice flour Hin Fon Thong and the new 85:15 ratio of riceberry rice flour Hin Fon Thong the difference is the in oreased amount of highly nutritious substances like vitamin E beta carotene omega - 3 folate polyphenols tannins gamma - original. and antioxidants gained from the new riceberry rice flour recipe. Calculated from the INMUCAL Nutrients program Therefore one unit that is suitable for the riceberry rice Flour Hin Fon Thong is 5 - gram or equivalent to 1 piece.

The purpose of this project is to reuse the wasted cloth into a street wear style cloth. We will use a 100 people as our target group. The materials for the project are : 4 types of reused street wear cloths and a survey. From the study we have sum up to a conclusion. We have prepared 4 street wear cloths targeting ladies age from 21-23 and 25. These participants needs to have at least a under grads Degree with an incomes of 15000 bath or lower per month. The question in our survey consist of : That these reuse street wear cloth can reduce the amount of wasted cloth and it can also be brought Into a main line of cloth wearing. It can also be also be worn on a daily bases. It is also quite pretty and Attractive. It is useful and it can help to give more value to those wasted cloths. This type of clothing is suited for ladies from 21-25 years of age. And it can also benefit them. Does it have a modernized way of Decorations? And will it benefit to those who live around us. and the results are all came in as a High rating from 4.4 4.42 4.35 4.34 4.33 4.29 4.28 4.27 and so on. The detailed conclusion to the street wear cloths are : the design sample 1 sample 2 sample4 Sample3 are scored accordingly 4.34 4.25 4 3.54 in orderly fashion. The cutting sample 1 sample 2 sample 4 sample 3 came as a high rating scoring from 4.28 4.25 4.19 3.7 accordingly. The sample 3 came in as medium score of 3.46. the patching sample 1 sample 2 sample 4 sample 3 came as a high score rating 4.38 4.36 4.04 3.76 accordingly the coloring sample 1 sample 2 sample 4 came in as high score from 4.4 4.33 4.05. but sample 3 have only received a Medium score 3.5. for over all scoring sample 1 sample 2 sample 4 sample 3 all got high scores of 4.34 4.29 4.05 3.59 accordingly.

The objective of this paper is to construct the solar car prototype. The car uses flexible solar panels with the battery as a power source. Thereafter the performance of the solar car is tested in the actual condition. This solar car’s body was developed by fiberglass and the internal structure was made from the steel. This car uses the 2 kW brushless DC motor to be the prime mover and the motor is driven by the regenerative dc converter. The power sources are 480 watts of the flexible solar panel with a charger to charge power to four of 12V 33Ah battery. The total weight of the solar car is 173 kg. The solar car’s weight including driver is about 233.4 kg. The solar car test drive is on 10 km distance. The result found that the car has: (1) the average speed is equal to 45.98km/h by using only battery (2) the average speed is equal to 51 km/h when the battery is combined with solar panels. This knowledge should be applied to develop the next version of the solar racing car.

The objectives of this research are to develop the welding process of copper tube for refrigeration in air conditioner by using rotation brazing table. The key design is the use of rotary head for nitrogen and rotary head for cooling water in assembly jig nitrogen discharge to prevent the internal welding soot to remove the soot that may occur during welding from piping system and to cool down the profile quickly. The result of water cooling to prevent that damage due to the heat of welding. The result from designing and creating of rotation brazing table to substitute stationary welding found that there is the reduction of machine cost by 11.61% or 46000 Baht/machine reduction of usage space 8.75 square meters or 74375 Baht increase of productivity by 93.48% reduction of nitrogen consumption by 98.20% or 2593 Baht/month reduction of support tool in production 75000 Baht per one rotation brazing table reduction of tiredness from working by 30.24% or equal to 137 manual works per day and reduction of usage of consumable material that can cause of greenhouse gas in form of trash such as cloth glove 1.40 KgCo2 per year leather glove 12.5216 KgCo2 per year nitrogen gas 0.1784 TonCo2 per year and water 0.54 KgCo2 per year. All of these can support the competition and dynamic change of industrial air conditioner in the future sustainably.

The creation of nightgown decorated by woven silk yarn scrap from Baan Krua Cottage Industrial Village in Ratchathewi Bangkok Thailand. Objectives are: 1) to study the weaving technique using the silk yarn scrap 2) to design a nightgown decorated with woven silk yarn scrap and 3) to study the overall satisfaction of nightgown designs which utilize silk yarn scrap. The sample population in this research is 250 women found on Silom Road central Bangkok. The research instrument is a questionnaire with 9 prototype nightgowns decorated with woven silk yarn scrap. The collection consists of 3 sets one set with 3 short nightgowns another set with 3 long nightgowns and the last set with 3 short nightgowns with long tails. The research methodology is to hand out the questionnaire to 250 non-specific women on Silom Road. Data analysis is done by statistic percentage average and standard deviation. Results of studying the survey show that most of the sample populations are women age between 31 -35 years old with bachelor degrees or the equivalent. Most are married and work as state enterprise officers. Incomes are between 20001 - 30000 baht. Most of them have bought a silk nightgown before and chosen to buy at department stores. The reason that they do not prefer silk nightgowns is because most in the current market are not innovative enough. Most of the sample populations have never seen a nightgown decorated with woven silk yarn scrap before. The results of studying the satisfaction of the sample population found that for the short nightgown set most of the sample population prefer number 2 standard deviation is 4.48. For the long nightgown set most of the sample populations prefer number 2 standard deviation is 4.44. And for the short nightgown with long tail set most of the sample populations prefer number 2 standard deviation is 4.46.
