The purport of this research was develop innovative froms the patern and colour of Napo Buri Ram Silk and relay the pattern action training in Technology. This research was the development research The tolls of the research were compose of ๕ patterns The questionnaire the opinion assessment the procedure training assessment the samples of this research were the group of ๑๐๐ interested persons and ๒๐ trainees of community groups in Napo Buri Ram Silk province. The statistics were frequency value percentage value the standard deviation. The result of this research was the assessment innovation from the pattern Napo Buri Ram Silk for ๕ patterns from the group of interested persons. There were ๓๑-๔๐ years old of female in government officers bachelor’s degree and incomes were ๑๕๐๐๑-๒๐๐๐๐ baht. The thought that the garment products were A-women patterns E-women patterns C-women patterns B-women patterns and D-women patterns were the most suitability in the pattern the design and the color. The Generalization was ๔.๔๖ ๔.๔๑ ๔.๓๕ ๔.๓๒ and ๔.๑๑. The procedure training assessment the trainee majority groups was ๓๑-๔๐ years old of female the occupation were elementary education level and income ๕๐๐๑-๑๐๐๐๐ baht. Before training they had the knowledge and the ability in design cut and sew and decorate garments from cotton garments in low level. After training they had the knowledge and the ability in design for ๓ mains in high level and they required to train in the next time in the most level and the work evaluation was succeed in practicing work of the trainees.

Population and sample in this research is Silk Weaving Group Ban Na Pho Buriram province. The main materials used for the construction of the packaging is paper the material consists of a ribbon rope and plastic sheeting. Method of producing packaging structures are molded by hand and structural packaging not glued.

This research aims to study the wisdom on costumes of Thai-Chinese minorities in order to develop and integrate on costumes of Thai - Chinese minorities and transfer technology to target groups by training and workshop. This research is for the purpose of Research and Development. The instruments used in research were included 10 prototype costumes training assessment questionnaire regarding costumes of Thai-Chinese minorities Lao-Song or Tai Song Dam and Zhuang. The sample consisted of 100 interested people from Thai Song Dam Loincloth Weaving Group in Tambon Donmanow No.39 Moo 2 Tambon Donmanow Songpeenong district Suphanburi Province and 2 groups of 20 trainees each from Thai Song Dam group in Tambon Ban Don Amphoe U Thong Suphanburi Province and Thai Song Dam group in Tambon Bang rakam Amhoe Bang rakam Phitsanulok Province. The statistics tools used in data analyzing were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The research result in prototype costumes evaluation in a mixing Tai Song Dam weaving and Zhuang style found that most interested people who responded to the questionnaires were female aged 31 to 40 years employee below a Bachelors degree and having an average income 5001 to 10000 baht. These interested people had a positive attitude level in Prototype costume No.10 regarding pattern design application and the overall average were at 4.79 4.78 and 4.28 respectively. The transfer of technology evaluation regarding training workshop on costumes of Tai Song Dam and Zhuang were combined with 2 groups of 20 trainees each from Thai Song Dam group in Tambon Ban Don Amphoe U Thong Suphanburi Province and Thai Song Dam group in Tambon Bang rakam Amphoe Bang rakam Phitsanulok Province. The results showed that most respondents from Thai Song Dam group in Tambon Ban Don Amphoe U Thong Suphanburi Province were female age above 40 years weavers having a primary school certificate and having an average income below 5000 baht. Before initiating the training workshop most trainees had pattern design skills sewing skills and decorating were at moderate level. After the training workshop showed significant improvement in the high level. And most respondents from Thai Song Dam group in Tambon Bang rakam Amphoe Bang rakam Phitsanulok Province were female age above 40 years weavers having a primary school certificate and having an average income below 5000 baht. Before initiating the training workshop most trainees had pattern design skills sewing skills and decorating were at moderate level. Affter the training workshop showed significant improvement in the high level.

The purposes of this research Design and development from remnant fabrics by for Bann Ta Kien Ngam Community enterprises Nakhon Na yok province to study the technique and procedure of applying and designing from fabric knit in textile products . Therefore the researcher realize that the remnant fabrics which is unused in garment and apparel manufacturing process to be reused by transform to increase the value of products such as Textile home furnish to decorate the living room which is designed by hand Tufted machine and develop to be products and product design is nature design style. The processes can be divided into three parts which are surveying information creating the prototype and analyzing the products from fabric knit. The information are collected by using the questionnaire from the sample group to study about the general information and the opinion from the sample group for applying remnant fabric knit and transform to be the new products that are summarized that the using of remnant fabric to create the textile home furnish products for decorate the living room’s decoration is 49 percent. Thus the researcher choose the products that are appropriate with remnant fabric quality such as carpet cushions and backrest pillows And the second process is creating the prototype by using the technique of hand Tufted machine to create the designs for each product. Then the research survey the opinion of the sample group to for prototype. It can be summarize that the beautiful interesting design is 66 percent the beautiful and appropriate design is 56 percent the appropriate color using is 52 percent and the utility of the product is 60 percent.

Purposes of the Development of cotton hand woven Based on Integration of Local Wisdom to Economic & Ecological Designare to develop the patterns of fabrics and the hand-woven cotton products by integrating local wisdom with the development of Eco-Design products; and to pass on the knowledge in development of hand-woven cotton by integrating local wisdom with the development of Eco-Design products to the cooperative women group in Ban Nong Bua Dang Chaiyaphoom province. This research aims to study the base of local wisdom concepts from the people in Nong Bua Dang sub-district in Chaiyaphoom province; to develop the knowledge in local wisdom integrated with the development of Eco-Design products; to design 10 fabric’s patterns for producing the model of Eco-Design products; and to pass on the knowledge in development of hand-woven cotton by integrating local wisdom with the development of Eco-Design products to the cooperative women group in Ban Nong Bua Dang Chaiyaphoom province. For analyzing the data researchers use the descriptive analysis method to analyze the local wisdom concepts of cotton hand-weaving in Nong Bua Dang community Chaiyaphoom province. Also we analyze those with the questionnaires surveying “the satisfaction for the development of pattern styles of hand-woven cotton and the Eco-Design products for building a career” and “the opinions and satisfaction for the development of designing fabrics’ patterns for producing the apparel product models from the local wisdom concepts integrated with the development of Eco-Design products”. The 2 samples are: 25 people from the cotton weaving community in Nong Bua Dang sub-district who are interested in developing the hand-woven cotton products and Eco-Design products; and 100 women 25-35 years old who live in Bangkok and surrounding areas. The collected data will be applied in designing 10 fabric’s patterns for producing the models of Eco-Design products. The results show that the cotton weaving community has developed the styles and patterns of the products after gaining the experiences from the campaign in woven fabrics development of both public and private sectors and integrating those with inheriting the local wisdom. The local wisdom which is the strength of the community includes natural-dyed cotton weaving that can improve the concept to the development in designing the fabrics’ patterns for producing the models of apparel products from the local wisdom concepts integrated with the development of Eco-Design products. This can increase the value of the hand-woven cotton and can be developed to be produced in the fashion apparel products.
