The objective of this study is to examine Banking Sector’s anomaly in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET): The influence of Market Capitalization and P/E ratio. The study focuses on 11 stocks in banking sector from January 2012-December 2016 to tally 26840 samples. The factors of this study are the return of these stocks the return of SET the market capitalization and P/E ratio of banking sector in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The study classifies these stocks into 4 groups as following - Low market capitalization group - High market capitalization group - Low P/E ratio group - High P/E ratio group The multiple linear regressions with Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) are used in analysis at the statistically significant level of 0.1. The result shows that all 4 groups do not have statistical relationship with the return of banking sector in SET. The conclusion of this study is that there is no anomaly of banking sector from the influences of market capitalization and P/E ratio.

This research has two objectives to 1) to analyze the components of ecotourism of Tahin Community Tahin Sub-district Sathingphra District Songkhla Province and 2) to study Ecotourism Supporting Strategies of Tahin Community Tahin Subdistrict Sathingphra District Songkhla Province. This research use mixed methods ; the qualitative and quantitative research. For the qualitative research conduct by in-depth interview 23 key informants which is the tourism management leader in Tahin Community the qualitative data was analysed by componential analysis. The quantitative research using accidental sampling 362 stakeholders in Tahin Community area and was statistical analysed by mean. The results of the research found that 1) component of ecotourism of Tahin Community for tourism aspects are : the community is unique for tourist place because the tourist attraction are various and traditional especially : culture for live their life The Palm Paddy Sea way which are attractive to tourists and the community is also historically valuable. 2) the strategy of promoting ecotourism Tahin Community they should promote tourist attractions or tourists activities the most (X ̅ = 4.26) followed by the tourist service (X ̅ = 4.13 ) and the tourism marketing (X ̅ = 3.95 ) respectively.

The Purposes of this research were to 1) study the impact on the motivation of the personnel. 2) To study the satisfaction that affect the motivation of the personnel. 3) Study on ways to enhance motivation in the operation of personnel. The survey sample size was 285 persons. Sampling Data were collected by questionnaire data and analyzed with Average Standard Deviation Interpretation of descriptive analysis. All of three topics the results showed in a moderate level. Suggestion about motivation of employees. First the board of directors should have obligingness with employees. Second also boost workers morale equally. Last the incentive approach is very satisfying with the universitys policy to encourage all personnel to make concrete progress in the profession.

The objective of this research was to study (1) generality of planning organizing leading controlling and management (2) the influence planning organizing leading controlling involvement management. This study was conducted by applying 2 research methodologies both quantitative & qualitative. Quantitative approach questionnaire was used to collect data from 59 of the man who breeding red-whiskered Bulbul in shelters by purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. To the qualitative approach in-depth interview was conducted with the man who breeding red-whiskered Bulbul in shelters and used to observed behavior during competition of red-whiskered bulbul by researcher. The results indicated that the procedure to set step check man readiness bird readiness had the influence 42.2 percent the management of the business of breeding red-whiskered bulbul in shelters

The purposes of the study on service quality influencing behavioral intention of Government Housing Bank users (headquarters) were to explore opinions behavioral intentions and service quality that influenced the Government Housing Bank (Head Office) users’ behavioral intention. The samples used in this study were 222 customers who came to the Government Housing Bank from 9.00 am to 11.00 am and 1.00 pm to 3.30 pm. They were chosen by the systematic sampling method. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested with correlation coefficient (R) and regression analysis at significant level of 0.05. It was found that Government Housing Bank (headquarters) users were mostly females between 31 and 50 years old with bachelor degrees working for the state enterprise and earned the average monthly income over 30000 Baht. The level of the quality service was high revealing the service with attention trustworthiness reliability and intention. Tangible services and behavioral intentions were at a high level including the buying intention word-of-mouth behavior complaint behavior factors on price sensitivity and the service quality which influenced the behavioral intention of the government housing bank (Headquarters) users at the 0.05 level of significance.
