These researches were to determine the preparing and drying on physical and chemical properties of germinated khaohang rice from KDML105. Two factors on study were preparing germinated khaohang rice (chill at 5 oC and frozen -20 oC) and drying method (tray drier and infrared drier). The results on expansion (%) and texture of cooked rice found that there were not significant influence interaction and two main factors. But main factor on infrared drying method were affected to the highest head rice yield (%) and lowest on Chroma (C*). As same as gamma amino butyric acid (GABA) had the highest 23.37 (mg/100g) and preparing germinated khaohang rice had between 20.50 to 22.21 (mg/100g). The pasting properties reducing sugar total phenolic scavenging activity of DPPH free radical (%) and resistance starch were significant influence interaction.

The resulfs showed that formulation of carageenan was 10 gram because texture had elastic and softness appropriate. Ratio core pineapple juice : Phufa tea was 60 : 40 percentage had sensibility in color order and flavor for Phufa tea and add fiber from core pineapple was 10 gram because texture had elastic softness and easily suck. The consumer acceptability indicated of target consumer accepted the product. Consumer accepted like very much 41% and interested to buy product 83%. The physical attributes were as follows : L* a* b* value 75.20?0.01 1.31 0.01 28.43 0.02 and respectively Aw = 0.973 0.00 and hardness 5.42 0.45 (N). The chemical analysis of product contained pH = 3.52 0.02 Total soluble solid (TSS) = 15 0.00 (?Brix) and crud fiber content 0.602%. The research of A Performance Analysis of a Sufficiency Economy philosophy Practice of the handicraft maker’s group in Hu-Rae is an applied research that indicate a result of guideline from a Sufficiency Economic Philosophy. The purposes to analyze the before-and-after performance of marketing management with a community’s participation project regarding to a Sufficiency Economy philosophy for product development. This research focuses on the study of a performance of the handicraft maker’s group in Hu-Rae by doing in-depth interviews before and after marketing management with a community’s participation project applied with the Sufficiency Economic philosophy for product development. In doing this the following components are applied as indicators: moderation reasonableness self-immunity conditions of knowledge and morality and comprise with the marketing mix (4Ps) which are product price place promotion. The research result reveals that the performance result referring to Sufficiency Economic philosophy is in a high level and after the research project is implemented the performance result is increase for all aspects. The condition of knowledge is considered to be the highest which receives 4.30 points. A practical implication of this research will be beneficial to a management of community network.

The purposes of this research were to make artificial wild orchids from joint-vetch to imitate the natural one. Researchers studied joint-vetch dyeing Thai wild orchids forming from joint-vetch Thai wild orchids selecting by considering appropriate appearance shape and composition and five experts gave the opinions on the chosen researched orchids. The development of wild orchid product from joint-vetch was transferred to housewife’s group in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The satisfaction of the research product was investigated from 60 target groups. The overall satisfaction of the participants after attending the training course was at the high level (4.73). Other aspects were found that the average mean (4.74) of the facility was at the highest level. The average mean (4.73) of the knowledge application was at the highest level. The average mean (4.71) of the product was at the highest level. The average mean (4.68) of the instructor was at the highest level. The average mean (4.35) of the understanding was at the high level.

This paper is proposed a compressor of spilt type air conditioning modification for using with variable speed drive to control room temperature. This technique is implemented by modified reciprocating compressor of 220 V single phase air conditioner 12500 BTU to 3 phase 220 volt in order to connect with inverter variable speed drive which has input 220 V single phase and output 3 phase 220V. The result of experimental is found that modified compressor can be operated in normal condition at maximum speed. The suction pressure is 65 psig discharge pressure is 250 psig and mean of motor current is 6.48 Ampere. The proposed modified compressor can be applied with conventional split type air conditioning by change the starting method from direct start online into soft start with variable speed drive
