การศึกษาเรื่องการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้าและเครื่องแต่งกาย จังหวัดปทุมธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบถึงการดำเนินงาน ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยศึกษากลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผลิตภีณฑ์ผ้าและเครื่องแต่งกาย จังหวัด ปทุมธานี จำนวน 8 กลุ่ม ผลการศึกษาพบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นการรวมตัวกันเป็นกลุ่มและเปิดให้บุคคลในชุมชนไดเข้ามาศึกษาเรียนรู้เพื่อนำไปประกอบอาชีพแก่ครอบครัว และร่วมในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ของกลุ่ม ปัญหาการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มผู้ปรระกอบการกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้าและเครื่องแต่งกาย จังหวัดปทุมธานี ส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากผู้ประกอบการไม่มีความรู้ ความชำนาญในการบริหารจัดการ การผลิตยังคงยึดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นแต่มีการประยุกต์เทคโนโลยสมัยหม่บ้าง เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบและเป็นการเพิ่มมูลค่าของผลิตภัณฑ์ ภาครัฐขาดการสนับสนุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากกลุ่มไม่มีรูปแบบการบริหารกลุ่มหรือการทำงานกลุ่ม เต็มรูปแบบส่งผลให้การสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐมีน้อย ส่วนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการ วิสาหกิจ ชุมชนประสบผลสำเร็จ คือ นโยบายของรัฐบาลที่เปิดโอกาสให้มีการสร้างงาน สร้างรายได้ แก่คนในชุมชนและความร่วมมือขององค์กรในการร่วมคิด รว่มวางแผน ร่วมปฏิบัติ ร่วมติดตามประเมินผล รวมทั้งการมีภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำกลุ่ม ผนวกกับความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนที่ เกื้อกูลการขับเคลื่อนกลุ่ม ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สำหรับภาครัฐควรให้การสนับสนุนกิจ กรรมการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการอย่างต่อเนื่อง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านเงินทุน ความรู้ในด้านการบริหารจัดการ การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ การส่งเสริมการตลาด และการประชาสัมพันธ์ ส่วนด้านผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจชุมชน ควรมีการวางแผนการตลาด การจัดทำแผนธุรกิจ และสำรวจความต้องการของลูกค้า ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้ การดำเนินงานผลิตสินค้ากลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนมีคุณภาพมีมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ที่สามารถส่งออกจำหน่ายยังตลาดต่างประเทศและสามารถอยู่ได้อย่างยั่งยืน

The purpose of this research is to study the Labor Productivity Rating of workers and the quality of work that has been done by studying dry process bored pile which is 0.50 x 24.00 meters in diameter 170 piles at the construction of a building in Bangkok. Researchers conducted a cycle closed system of dry process bored pile into the four activities are: (1) the movement of the drill into the bored pile position (2) the casing procedure (3) the reinforcement procedure and (4) the pouring of the concrete and casing removal. The results showed that yield of dry process bored pile have an averaged Labor Productivity Rating about 275.31 minutes/pile The Quality jf the research has been divided into two cases: (1) quality of bored pile by testing the integrity of the pile by the Seismic Integrity Testing method in the standards of ASTM o 5882-00 found that 95.30 percent of the piles were in perfect condition and a slightly defective of 4.70 percent and (2) the position of bored pile found to be in accordance with allowable error of 100 percent. The results of the study can be utilized in work planning estimating cost of Labor and monitoring and tracking the progress of the work.

This research examined the green packaging development from banana fiber for instant food products.The purposes wrer to construct approve and develop the sketch design; to develop banana fiber package prototypes that protect food products inside in order to eliminate packaging environment problems; and to save energy in package processing in the next decade.It was found that as for packaging design for instant banana food products such as stand-up pouchpaper box paper cupand zip lock paper bag the satisfaction of every factor was at a good level (4.12) and every packaging pattem conformed to the identity design in structural and graphical packaging As a result of studying structural packaging factorsthey were at an excellent satisfaction level in every packaging pattern including aesthetic and elegant packages(4.63) identity packages(4.56) and souvenir packages(4.53).
