The purpose of the research was to test the effects of learning orientation and knowledge management capability on innovation excellence and export performance of furniture exporting business in Thailand. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect the data from 185 managing directors of business of furniture exporting business in Thailand. The statistics used for analyzing data were multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research showed that learning orientation had a positive significant an effect on knowledge management capability but it does not a positive and effect on innovation excellence and export performance. In addition knowledge management capability had a positive significant an effect on innovation excellence but it does not a positive significant an effect on export performance. Also innovation excellence had a positive significant an effect on export performance.

This research was to study about the internal controls of organization in RMUTI Surin campus. The purposes of this research were to study about the internal controls the performing process of organization and the comparison internal control of organization. The samplings for study were internal organizations in RMUTI Surin campus consisting of programs divisions and departments. The results were found that the internal organizations had performing about total internal controls were control status risk assessment control activity monitoring and evaluation and the information and communication at high level. The results of comparison were found that the internal organizations consisting of sub-divisions and sub-programs had internal control with overall and aspect. There was risk assessment higher than divisions. The divisions performed more than four years had information and communication and monitoring and evaluation higher than divisions performed only one-three years with overall and aspect. The internal organizations were sub-divisions and numbers of staffs were not different performances about internal control with overall and aspect.

The objectives of this research are to analyze the relationship between securities price and the efficiency of the account receivable management and to study the model of improving the efficiency of the account receivable management of the agricultural business group in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The number of data which had been used in this research was 16 random companies of all 22 companies from the listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand agricultural business group by using purposive sampling method. The researcher used both quantitative and descriptive analysis method by bringing the quantitative data analysis from 2006-2010 to descriptive analyzing which had compared between the selling revenue account receivable value allowance for doubtful bad debt account receivable turnover average collection period book value per share primary earnings per share and securities price. Asian Seafoods Pcl.; changing in the primary earnings per share of Thai Rubber Latex Corporation (Thailand) Pcl. Thai Luxe Enterprise Pcl. Lee Pattana Pcl. and Kiang Huat Sea Gull Trading Frozen Food Asian Seafoods had related to securities price per share.

This applied research want to study the factors affecting the student‘ learning achievement instudying Data Structure and Algorithm. The samples were selected by stratified random sampling 93 students from 121 students who studied in semester 2/2009 by using questionnaire. The statistics used were descriptive statisticst-testOne way ANOVAPearson correlation and multiple regression at the significance level of 0.05. The findings revealed that the mean of grade point average was 2.69 their average midterm scores were 22.47 out of 35. The successful were grade point averagefair expectation of knowledgeand future application.The factors affecting student’s achievementwere basic knowledge of programmingmidterm scores studied resource and facilities. In addition the 2 year programme’ average midterm scores were higher than the 4 year programme ranging from 1.11 to 5.34 at the significance level of 0.05. This research was a study of energy management in public building. The goals of this project are to decrease energy consumption and to enhance energy management system of the building. Regarding the energy survey the building lights are turned on for 24 hr. per day in order to satisfactorily serve the customers. In the study it was found that the energy consumption of electric light on the fourth floor roof can be reduced by changing the light “Floodlight MH. 4x250W” to be “High bay LED 4x150W” For the merit this project can save the energy around 6632570 baht per year and switching towards high-efficiency lanterns and replacing FL. T8 light bulbs installed in the walkways with FL. T5 models. This reduces lighting cost by 361425 baht per year. Moreover the energy management system was analyzed by using SWOT Analysis. As a result we observed the barriers to communication must be overcome to promote energy conservation. One approach is to increase the performance through the use of communication strategies within organizations. This method will help align employees understanding and participating in activities of conserve energy.
