As a result students who deal with the registration documents follow up with their advisors about the status of the registration documents. head of department and branch coordinator through online channels such as Line Messenger email etc. which resulted in advisors head of department and branch coordinator There is an increasing workload. from the problems mentioned above Therefore the researcher proposes a research project on the development of a registration document tracking system for students of the Faculty of Business Administration. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon In order to reduce the workload of teachers and staff in answering questions about the status of registration documents for students The results of the research showed that the registration document tracking system can help increase the efficiency of teachers and staff. It also gives students the convenience of tracking the status of documents submitted for registration and processing.

This research has the objectives for studying the information and communication technology (ICT) usage of university students and relationships between factors of information and communication technology (ICT) usage those affecting the digital university policy of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Samples are students who are studying bachelor degree in 9 faculties at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and are systematically randomed from the population of 11899 at 95% confidential level with the sample size of 387 from the calculation. Questionnaires about the information and communication technology usage of the students related with the Digital University policy have been used in this research. Descriptive statistics used in this research are Frequency Percentage Means (𝑥𝑥̅) and Standard Deviations. Referential statistics used are t-test Independent and One-Way Analysis of Variance. The research found that different personal factors including genders ages classes and faculties did not vary the opinions of the students about their planned behaviors. Different personal factors including genders ages classes and faculties did not vary their opinions about the intention of information and communication technology usages. The samples used to collecte data were personnel students of the Faculty of Science and Technology and establishments related to the occupation of students in both government and private sectors and the research instruments were 2 sets of questionnaires including the 1st set a questionnaire to survey opinions on the development approach of the Faculty of Science and Technology and the second set of questionnaires for enterprises to explore the need for building and develop entrepreneurs in the new era with characteristics that meet the needs of the establishment. The results obtained from the statistical data analysis are guidelines for the development of the Faculty of Science and Technology in creating a proactive strategy to develop the faculty and up-to-date personnel skills training. Access to technology and innovation to step into a university in technology and promote the creation of appropriate innovations to create and develop entrepreneurs effectively.
