This research aims to develop the guidelines of an automated educational recommending system through various social media in form of chat robots (Chatbot). This is under the assumption that the Chatbot can assist the human workload in responding to Students’ frequently asked questions (FAQ). With the Chatbot inquirer students would be responded in fast and accurate to the inquiries. The prototype of this system is built on the Dialogflow platform to connect to the Line Application. The prototype was tested via users and received “good” level of the overall user’s satisfaction.

This research aims to research develop and develop a web-based tourism management application in Kanchanaburi province. The propose of this research present a comparative study of the Reliability Improvement of Electrical System for Electric Mass Rapid Transit Train which describes in term of the power supply efficiency including voltage imbalance that could indicate how much the electric power quality is being more or less. The electrical system to be used in the Mass Rapid Transit system has 4 types of connection between three (3) phases of Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) transformer and station transformer which is Single phase V-Type Scott and Le- Blanc to be considered for the different transformer connections type could be carried out and resulted in the most unbalanced in power supply as well as properly solution for power supply mitigation of voltage imbalance. From foregoing the data analyst was discovered that a single phase connection could cause the most unbalance voltage but on the other hand Le-Blanc connection is the least unbalance which could be reduced the impact on the Mass Transit Train and increase the credibility of consumers in order to continuity implement service usage.

Nowadays Eye tracking technology is the next challenges of human computer interaction (HCI). This technology can help people all over the worldaccess computers through systems that use gaze control and especially important for people with physical disability. This research presents a system of assistive technology base on an eye-tracking interface while supported the communication system for independent living of persons with disabilities usability. The primary method of this system consists of a selection of pictogram buttons on three websites which used a low-cost eye-tracking device. The evaluation used the throughput of standards for computer pointing devices as a measurement of user performance to look at an on-screen target and dwell on it for 500ms for selection. The results showed that ten participants with a disability can be pointing and selection their overall mean throughput was 1.08 bits/s. Moreover the overall users of respondents were rather satisfied with the system. Consequently eye tracking technology is a great tool for interaction in the web application for a user with a disability.
