. In this study examination of label information physical and microbiological qualities was performed in 30 clear-plastic and 3 opaque-plastic bottled drinking water products distributed in city municipality of Ubon Ratchathani. Results showed that 12 clear-plastic (36%) and 3 opaque-plastic (9%) bottled drinking water samples had no expiry date on the product labels which were discordant to the criteria for drinking water in sealed containers imposed by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand no. 383 (2017). Odorless appearances of all drinking water samples were observed. Values of pH in 4 clear-plastic (12%) and 3 opaque-plastic (9%) bottled drinking water samples were in the ranges of 6.21±0.00–6.29±0.03 which were below the allowable limit (pH 6.5–8.5). All bottled drinking water products contained numbers of total coliform and fecal coliform bacteria less than 2 MPN/100 mL and were devoid of E. coli. Therefore based on the quality of clear-plastic and opaqueplastic bottled drinking water products distributed in city municipality of Ubon Ratchathani 1 5 samples (45%) did not meet standard for drinking water in sealed containers declared by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand (1981 and 2017) owing to no expiry date labeled on the products and pH value below 6.5.

The objectives of this study were to investigate inventory management with logistics systems affecting balanced scorecard (BSC) and to study the balanced scorecard (BSC) affecting organizational sustainability. The population used in this study was under the supervision of the Thai Auto Parts Manufacturers Association. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument for collecting data from accounting executives accounting staff and other related line staff. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean standard deviation and percentage and inferential statistics including Pearsons Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings indicated that 1) Inventory management with a logistic system positively effected operating results. 2) The performance of the organization had a positive effect on the sustainability of the organization. The study showed that agencies or organizations that rely on inventory storage manage their warehouses better when the logistics system plays a role in managing various systems within the warehouse. Organizations do not have to store excess inventory resulting in liquidity. Reduced Inventory costs also result in lower total costs. The selling price can be set lower than the competitors. Businesses earn more profits which positively affects the balanced scorecard (BSC) in all four organization perspectives. When the balanced scorecard (BSC) continues to improve the organization will grow sustainably.

This research is to develop an internal inventory management system. The development of the application to promote active teaching in the 21st century for the lecturers of the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The development of the application will support the work in terms of the mobile application and web applications. This application was modified on a cloud service system. The application consideration takes into account the design of the user interface and easily use. Moreover this application can support the user via smart devices and through a web browser including access control. In the design and development of the application there are two groups of people working together group 1 Teacher and group 2 student. There is an administrator (Admin) to help manage the data within the application prototype. Based on the user satisfaction assessment of the developed application. It found that the satisfaction assessment of the application users to promote the competence of the Faculty of Science and Technology in organizing active teaching activities for skills development in the 21st century was at a good level with a total mean of 4.14 S.D. value was 0.25.
