The purpose of this research were 1) Development and production of the cotton fabric suitable for use in the kitchen apparel chef Thailand 2) test the suitability of the fabric from the fabric used to make kitchen apparel chef in Thailand. Tools used in the study are the fabrics used to make clothing chef woven pattern 2/1 for 3 structures 1) Cotton100 2) Polyester Microfiber and 3) TR. Being three fabrics to test of the fabric aspects of the durability of color to light color fastness to washing colorfastness to perspiration strength of the yarn yarn number weight yarn yarn twist yarn thickness weaving and resistance to abrasion properties of the fabric the effect of moisture. The quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics from assessment and feedback of chef’s uniforms by the establishment of a laboratory in the kitchen by cooking in Thailand 15 Thailand kitchen. The chefs were wearing 3 sets each 5 days per a types of them for 15 days. Each of chef’s uniform made from the different types of fabrics. The objectives of this research are to construct and determine the quality and efficiency of a simple vibration experiment package. This experiment package design was based on free body diagram of content and main knowledge analyzed from behavioral objectives. Quality of the experiment package was assessed by 12 experts in 4 aspects which included theoretical sheet experimental sheet exercise sheet and experiment device design. The efficiency evaluation was performed by a sample group of 18 students. The exercise sheet was done by the students after finishing each teaching topic and examination sheet was done after finishing all teaching topics. Results showed that quality of the constructed simple vibration experiment package was in a high level of 4.8. Efficiency of the experiment package was 80.47/81.85 which was higher than specified in the research hypotheses. Therefore the experiment package could be applied to teach in any classroom with high students learning outcome.

The purpose of this research were to create and determine the efficiency of computer assisted instruction lesson on electronic circuit multimedia for secondary school students (grade 9) Triamudomsuksanomklaononthaburi school. The research sample consisted of 120 students of secondary school students (grade 9) during semester 2 in the academic year of 2012. The data were analyzed using mean standard deviation level of difficulty and discrimination power. The results found as follows : The efficiency of computer assisted instruction lesson electronic circuit multimedia for secondary school students (grade 9) is 80.15/83.35 and the students’ satisfaction with the computer assisted instruction lesson electronic circuit multimedia was at highest level ( = 4.60 S.D = 0.74)

The purpose of this research was to construct the efficiency of the Computer Assisted Instruction Package for Computer Instructional Package for Drawing 2 Dimension Subject for students in Vocational Certificate Education Level using subject by evaluating the efficiency of the Computer Assisted Instruction Package of the Students to the Computer Assisted Instruction Package for Drawing 2 Dimension Subject with the tools. The sample group was 30 students of Machine Shop Department in Vocational Certificate Education Level Pathumtani Technical College. Analysis by Index of Consistency Level of Difficulty Discrimination Power Average and Computer program. The result of this research was the efficiency 81.14/82.50 higher than the rule of 80/80. This could be concluded that the computer self study packagefor Drawing 2 Dimension Subject using can be used as a learning package efficiently.
