The research analyzes benefit cost and break even point including sensitivity of making biodiesel production factory from palm fatty acid. Biodiesel production system of Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR) is used for this study. It is found the present net value has been a deficit of 27024966 baht. The sensitivity of the project has been analyzed by increasing selling price of biodiesel of 5% and 7.5% but reducing material price of 10% and 20%. It is found the present net value still has been deficient. The project will payback at 5th 8th and 10th year be with selling price of biodiesel. is about 31.71 baht per litre. Therefore the cost of palm fatty acid should lower than 2.89 3.05 and 3.82 baht per kilogram. If selling price of biodiesel about 33.30 baht per litre the cost of palm fatty acid should be lower than 4.65 4.82 and 5.58 baht per kilogram. respectively.

This research aim to develop a product for women dressing from waste woven fabrics. Community Enterprise Group Sewing and fabric art Khao Kaeo Srisomboon Subdistrict Thung Saliam District Sukhothai with a purpose study the patterns of women dress. Design and develop a model for women dress from the modern waste cloth that can be used in daily life efficiently and transfer technology to develop products for women dress from different forms of woven fabrics to interested parties or textile entrepreneurs in Sukhothai Province to develop and promote creative economic products of the community. The research results were summarized as follows. 1. Design and develop a pattern for women dress from waste woven fabrics Resulting in a modern product form It can be used effectively in daily life. The research team designed the product of the dress with the idea of using art and culture combined with the use of waste cloth from the design process to create a contemporary product that looks modern suitable for the gender and age of the users. Including product use opportunities as well which the community can make and generate income is another way in this research There has been a development of a pattern for a womans dress outfit from leftover woven fabrics. Thai art conservation Which the community can make and generate income including the community the design and development of sewing is a prototype product. Cloak hats bags and shoes totaling 4 products 5 prototypes total 20 prototypes and selecting one prototype for transmission. 2. Secondary education Representing 63.33 percen They are housewives accounting for 33.33%. Monthly income is 5000-10000 baht 33.33%. Experience in sewing and dressing. Most of them used to do distribution as a career. Representing 73.33 percent 2) ask the satisfaction of the trainees. It is a question that asks about satisfaction with the course. The objectives of this research were to 1) design and develop patterns from Sino-Portuguese architecture 2) design a blazer-style sweater and decorate it with innovative tattoo stitching 3) to survey consumer satisfaction towards Developed patterns from Sino-Portuguese architecture with innovation of sewing tattoos for decorating blazer style jackets. This research is undertaken by Accidental Sampling to 120 students in Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The data were analyzed using percentage mean and standard deviation statistics. The results of the study of A pattern development from Sino-Portuguese architecture by quilting innovative for decorating on a blazer jacket were found that the fabric is suitable for making pattern designs and sewing sweaters is a UV coated cloth as the outer body and choose to use Nylon cloth as the inner layer because both types of fabrics are thin. and use 1-inch polyester fiber as the middle layer. Moreover the patterned plastic sheet makes sewing a tattoo nice and easy. Because the plastic sheeting time is shorter not long and the presser foot presses into the groove preventing the fabric to be sewn to move. and beauty more accurate beautiful patterns are more accurate. The embossed pattern is more pronounced than using paper blocks. To create a pattern in a tattoo can be stored as a pattern for sewing many times. In terms of satisfaction with the development of patterns from Sino-Portuguese architecture with the quilting innovation of pattern for blazer style jackets it was found that there is a high level of overall satisfaction with total mean of 4.45. When considering each design all design is in high level while the most satisfaction is model 2 Square pattern mean 4.48. There is satisfaction in model 3 natural pattern with mean 4.47 Model 1 circle pattern with mean 4.44 and model 4 mixed pattern with mean 4.43 respectively.

The purpose of the study was set to analyze the current situation of human resource cost management of tourism business of community enterprises in the lower central region. The study was examined through the perspective of a group of experts scrutinizing future feasibility of human resource cost management of tourism businesses of the lower central region community enterprises. The data were examined by delphi techniques with the data collected through the interviews and questionnaires from three different data collections. The data analysis was completed using means of descriptive median and consistency then confirmed the result with by the interquartile range calculation. It was found that the key components included 1. Mechanism skill cost 2. Management skills cost and 3. Effectiveness skills cost for the determination and validation of future forms of human resource cost management model in tourism business of community enterprises in the lower central region as examined and approved by the experts in all three skills for the feasibility of the future application
