This quantitative research aimed 1) to study operation performance of Thai Gem Businesses. 2) To study factors affecting firm performance of Thai Gem Businesses. The research was collected data by using questionnaire with 452 participants from production group of Thai Gem Businesses. The samples were collected conveniently and analyzed by frequency percentage mean standard deviation Pearson’s correlation coefficient and analysis confirmatory with Structural Equation Modeling: SEM. It was one of all statistic techniques to test for causal relationship of variables. The results found that database information management systems have positively affect strategic management and firm performance of Thai Gem Businesses with significant level 0.05. Database information management systems also have positive affect on strategic management of Thai Gem Businesses with significant level α < 0.05. Besides this research results found that database information management systems has positively direct and indirect affecting firm performance by pass strategic management with direct affect on firm performance equal to 0.346 and indirect affect by pass strategic management equal to 0.575. And total affect was equal to 0.921 with significant level. It showed that overall affect of database information management system on firm performance was more than strategic management affect to Firm Performance (0.603) with significant level 0.05. The analysis of correlation coefficient model showed that measurement between latent variables have positive correlation with significant level α < 0.05. The analysis of Structural Equation Model revealed that it wassuitable harmonize with empirical data ( χ2 / df = 1.489 CFI = 0.997 AGFI = 0.957 RMSEA = 0.08 RMR = 0.004) and consistent with the define hypothesis. The research results described the environmental of firm performance approach to strategic management by TOWS Matrix and recommendation on strategic management to solve problems on firm performance of Thai Gem Businesses in order to develop continuous firm performance for competitive advantage.

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the operating status of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. 2) to study the problems of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. 3) to present the development form of knowledge management system of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. This research was a qualitative research. Analytical unit was Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The population was the staffs of Faculty of Liberal Arts. The samples were randomly assigned to 8 persons divided into 2 groups: 4 administrators 4 teachers. Research tools were related documents and semi structured interviews.The process of conducting research was to study and analyze the concept theory from Documents to create an interview form collected data from the interviews and analysThe results were found as follows: 1) the operating status of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts was 3 steps; Steps to determine the authority structure of the responsible person to proceed knowledge management and the process of knowledge management. 2) The problems of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts were 4 sides; (1) By Staffs : The staffs had a lot of obligations lack of leadership Lack of understanding with knowledge management. (2) By organizational structure : Because knowledge management section was not organized into organizational structures it is unclear about budget allocation for activities and allocation support personnel. (3) By organizational culture; it was not conducive to knowledge management. (4) By motivation : Motivation for control of knowledge is management was not clear such as awards. 3) the development form of knowledge management system of the Faculty of Liberal Arts was to consist of 5 keywords; Assignment Creation Usage To give Success. The explanation was as follows; Assignment It means a clear policy and accepted by all parties. Creation it means the creation of staffs to understand knowledge management and the creation of organizational culture into the learning organization. Usage it means to use information technology to help knowledge management and to use knowledge management processes. To give; it means to give a reward for motivation to participate in knowledge management activities. Success; it means all staffs must have the same goal: the success of being a truly learning organization.

Development of Software Management System for Laundry Shop. The Object is to use the theory in database course to develop the online database and to use the computer technology to manage the laundry system for increasing the effectiveness for working. The system was developed as the web application with PHP and Bootstrap and MySQL is employed to act as the database. The system can show the customer status and price to the website and smartphone.

This study was aimed to investigate the management process (POSDCoRB) that influenced the effectiveness of the organization consisting of work satisfaction and work quality accomplished at the scheduled time as well as the adaptability of the residential construction business in Bangkok Metropolitan. SMEs companies were selected according to registered capital from 1 million to 5 million baht only the companies with the profitability and unexceed total revenue of 30 million baht in 2016. 160 samples were used to respond to the questionnaire. Descriptive statistics Pearsons Product Moment Correlation Inferential statistics analysis stepwise multiple regression analysis were applied in the data analysis. It was found as follows. 1) The level of the management process of the residential construction business in Bangkok was high as well as planning and budgeting. However the process of people allocation organization direction coordination and reporting were relatively moderate. 2) Respondents in the residential construction business highly agreed upon the effectiveness of the organization work quality scheduled time achievement while the effectiveness of the organization in terms of satisfaction the organization adaptability were moderate. 3) The management processes had the highest correspondence with the effectiveness of the organization in terms of the coordination and adaptability of the organization followed by the budget which was related to the quality of the work. Finally 4) the management process concerning the coordination budget and organization management influenced the organization effectiveness of the residential construction business in Bangkok at the statistical significance of 0.01.

The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the level of internal organization factors and the level of total quality management of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon; and 2) to study the influence of internal organization factors that affect affecting the total quality management of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This was a quantitative research which its samples group was consisted of 277 Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon employees. Data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed by frequency percentage mean standard deviation Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results were found that : 1) the total of internal organization factors and the total quality management of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were at the high level ; 2) six factors of internal organization factors that affect the total quality management of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon which are style shared values system staff structure and strategy. These factors could explain 84% of variance to total quality management at RMUTP predict the total quality management.
