The purposes ofthis research were to study and compare the need of the lecturers welfare and benefit organizing in Rajamangala University ofTechnology Phra Nakhon under the Teacher Reforms of the Ministry ofEducation in four aspects namely lecturers life-quality improvement moral and mental supports profession stability and salary and other fringe benefits improvement. The sample consisted of lecturers of Rajamangala University ofTechnology Phra Nakhon employed during the academic year 2008 selected by stratified random sampling technique; and the sample size of228 lecturers was chosen according to Krejcie and Morgans tables (Krejcie and Morgan 1970 : 607-910). The tool used for collecting data was Likert 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were percentage arithmetic mean standard deviation t-test one-way ANOVA and Tukey-Kramer test. The research revealed as follows. 1.The lecturers needed high level of welfare and benefit organizing in the overall aspects and in each aspect namely lecturers life-quality improvement moral and mental supports profession stability and salary and other fringe benefits improvement. 2.The lecturers who had different sexes ages and marital status also had different needs in overall and each aspects without significant difference. On the contrary the lecturers with different educational qualifications had different needs in overall and each aspects with significant difference at the level of .05. The lecturers who had different working experiences also had different needs in overall aspects with significant difference at the level of .05. When considering each aspect it was found that the lecturers needed their life-quality improvement compared to moral and mental supports differently with significant level at .05. When doing pairwise comparison it was found that the lecturers with under Io-Year-working experience had higher needs than and had different needs from those with 10 to 20-year-working experience.

As the Faculty of Architecture and Design Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon has a vision of a leader in the development of professional education on architecture and design for graduates who will meet international standards of scientific and technological competence it continually develops the quality of education and facilities to provide the educational management that meets students needs. This study aimed to state the problem and needs in educational management and focused on 300 of students of the Faculty of Architecture and Design in academic year 2009 consisting of 108 of the first year students 86 of the second year students 51 of the third year students and 55 of the fourth year students. The study methodology was done by 300 of questionnaires. Data were analyzed by the SPSS program for mean frequency and percentage. T-test was for standard deviation.

The purpose of this reserch was study status problems and needs in media utilization of instructors of Rajamangala Institute Technology Chotwet Campus. Reserch gathers information from population 47 instructors. Quastionnaires were reserch tools. Percentage mean and standard deviation were used for data analysis. The result revesled that There was moderate in media utilization Tesching method and instruction were used moderately such as description discussion and demonstration highly used fechnique was experiment. Tools and equipments were used wodeklately such as loud-spesker overhead transparency projector were used highly. Instructional medias were used moderately highly used matenak were transparencies. transparent pens boards and resl meterials. The problem in media utilization was moderately perparation and buying had a moderste problem. High problem was lack of comveniency to produce educational media such as personel officers tools materials equipments buildings places and lack of budget in order to buy educational media. Chosen and use in educational media had a little bit problem but there weremoderately level in time consuming to prepare themselves and complicated to move. Quality and quantity of educational media had a moderste problem such as places rwewnt suitable with media utilization couldnt control the light of projectors amount of educational medias weremt sufficient with needs. SeNice had a moderate problem highly problem were lack of personnel to make photoes slides cassette videotape and lack of personnel to produce graphic chart and portary works for teaching compose not enough. The need of media utilization was highly in tools and equipments. Moderately needs were overhead transparency projectors and transpatent pens. The following needs were opaque projectors and projectors videotapes. Service had highly needs such as buying high quality educational media as a teaching compose The following was preparatory necessary educational media such as overhead transparency projectors loud-speskers and microphones permanency in all of class rooms.

The research aimed to study the further study needed at diploma degree and bachelor degree and to investigate the haracteristics of graduates in diploma degree and bachelor degree in accordance with business Enterprises needs. The populations were 1170 of the third -year diploma students in Home Economics Arts and Commercials Program from vocational schools under the Department of Vocational Education 297 of the second year diploma students from educational institutions under Rajamangala Institute of Technology Ministry of Education 1050 of the second year diploma students from educational institution under the Department of Vocational Education 1170 of the upper secondary school students from educational institutions under the Department of Elementary Education Ministry of Education and 146 enterprises. The research instrument was the questionnaire concerning further study needed by students and business enterprises needs in graduates. The data analysis was perfornled by frequency count percentage and mean. The major results were as follows: 1. The needs of diploma students for further study in Commercials program were in Business Computer and Packaging Design respectively. The needs of diploma students for further study in Arts program were in Packaging Design and Business Computer respectively. 1.3 The needs of bachelor students for further study in Home Economics program were in Food and Nutrition Food and Nutrition-Food Product Development and General Home Economics-Art and Craft Business respectively. The needs of bachelor students for further study in Commercials program were in Infonnation Technology and Hotel Program respectively. The needs of bachelor students for further study in Arts program were in Industrial Product Design and Packaging Design respectively. 2. Further study needed by the second year diploma students 2.1 The needs of diploma students for further study in Home Economics Arts and Commercials program were mostly found in the 18 year-old female ones. 2.2 The needs of diploma students for further study in Home Economics program were in Food and Nutrition-Food Product Development General Home Economics-Art and Craft Business respectively. The needs of diploma students for further study in Commercials program were In Infonnation Technology Industrial Product Design and Clothing and Textiles respectively. The needs of diploma students for further study in Arts program were in Industrial Product Design Clothing and Textiles and Information Teclmology respectively. 3.Further study needed by the upper secondary school students 3.1 The upper secondary school students were mostly the 17 year-old female ones. 3.2 Further study needed at diploma degree by the upper secondary school students was found in Business Computer the most. Food and Nutrition. Industrial Product Design Clothing and Textile Home Economics Administration and Home Economics Communication Arts were found less respectively. Further study needed at bachelor degree by the upper secondary school students in Food and Nutrition Food and Nutrition-Food Product Development Industrial Product Design and Information Technology were found respectively. 4. Business enterprises needs in graduates 4.1 Entrepreneurs were mostly managers in service business enterprises. 4.2 Business enterprises needs in diploma graduates in Food and Nutrition was found the most. Business Computer Clothing and Textile Home Economics Administration and Industrial Product Design were found less respectively. Business enterprises needs annually in Food and Nutrition and Home Economics Administration were found the most. 4.3 Business enterprises needs in bachelor graduates were in Hotel Program Food and Nutrition InfoDl1ation Technology and Food and Nutrition-Food Product Development respectively Business enterprises needs annually in Hotel Program Food and Nutrition and General Home Economics were found the most. 4.4 Desirable characteristics of graduates needed by business enterprises were to be academically expert vocationally expert English literacy specialists and computer literacy respectively. Special characteristics of graduates needed were to be responsible honest friendly creative and leadership respectively.
