In this study pH physical and microbiological qualities of clear and opaque plastic bottled drinking water produced in Buriram Province Thailand were investigated. Samples of bottled drinking water (N=22) were 8 clear plastic bottles and 14 opaque plastic bottles. Results showed that pH value of all samples were in a range of 6.04 ± 0.03 to 7.61 ± 0.01 in which 7 samples were not acceptable according to the criteria for drinking water in sealed containers declared by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand. Coliform bacteria in all tested samples were less than 1.8 MPN/100mL and none of E. coli was detected. Therefore consumers of bottled drinking water produced from Buriram province should be aware of health safety because some drinking water products were unacceptable in terms of pH value.

This paper presents an assessment of the quality of electricity transmission and distribution system to supply power to the industrial area. The objective is to analyze the power quality that customer in the industrial area need high level. By analyzing the power quality of Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) in transmission system 115 kV distribution system 22 kV and 400/230 volt in Rojana industrial park from power quality meters. The study concluded that the phenomenon occurs continuously consist of RMS voltage power frequency voltage unbalance short term flicker long term flicker Harmonic meet the standards applied to all. The phenomenon occurs temporary consist of transient voltage dip voltage swell interruption in the conclusion the power quality problems caused by voltage dip most especially with loads which are sensitive to voltage. From the moment the measurement showed that the voltage dip on transmission system 115 kV maximum of 19 times. The voltage dip that occur including three voltage level of 30 times there are events that do not pass SEMI F47 standard 12 times or 40%.

This Research purposes assessment of lightning performance on transmission system 69 kV in Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA). The case studies illustrated the lightning strike to direct top pole in order to guideline considering the critical flashover voltage value of insulator is able to withstand it and improvement lighting protection in the future. This solution analyzes using the Alternative Transient Program-Electromagnetic Transient Program (ATP-EMTP). The result found that voltage across insulator before and after improvement lightning protection by external ground wire. Factor effect to voltage across the insulators is the tower footing resistance wave of lightning current and interval between towers. It depends on relation with front time of wave. The analysis economics is very important. This Research is studying interruption cost of outage since back flashover so analysis the break even point of the installation external ground. The result found upon improvement lightning protection by installed external ground. The pay back period of that is 9 years installed ago. This result can conclusion is external ground able reduction interruption costs of outage.

The objectives of this research are: (1) to investigate the potential of agrotourism project sites in Bangkok and its vicinity that are officially recognized as following the principles of the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy; (2) to create a good relationship between the researcher and the local community tourism academics experts and farmers. This study was conducted by means of semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. The participants are stakeholders including community leaders and agricultural owners. Content analysis was employed to analyze the qualitative data. Descriptive statistics (percentage and mean) was employed to present the quantitative data. The results of this research reveal that: (1) The strengths of the agro-tourism project sites include knowledge of the new agriculture theory and the expertise of owners. (2) The weaknesses include lack of services for tourists rest areas and parking. (3) Base on all 34 indicators of 4 factors the overall averages scores of both agricultural sites are in the intermediate level at 2.24 and 2.11 respectively. (4) The most important factor determining the potential of agro-tourism sites is good attractive location and the least important factor is lack of service.

The objectives of this research are to study the credit considerations criteria the opinion about credit analyzing for SMEs business of the credit analysts and the problems of the credit consideration process of SMEs business in Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited and Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited. The sample groups are 181 credit analysts of Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited and 219 credit analysts of Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited. The collected data by questionnaire. The result of this study is the main information which the questionnaire answerers use for credit consideration are the personal document of borrower. The most important information use is the current account statement. The financial statement which is used in credit consideration the most important is income statement. The objective of using financial statement in credit consideration is analyzing the solvency. The important transaction in financial statement which is used for credit consideration are profit/loss and revenue/expense. To give priority to the qualitative analysis the result is the majority of questionnaire answerers give priority to collateral the majority of questionnaire answerers give priority to the statement of cash flow. The opinion about the problem of credit consideration process the result is the majority of questionnaire answerers give priority to look for the customers. The result of assumption test is the overall qualitative analysis quantitative analysis and problems in credit consideration process are different.
