Which consists of The physical characteristics of the environment and village the use of space people in the village and the architectural styles and of the various types of buildings within the village. As well as limitations on material selection transportation and construction methods within the area of the landless village. After that the conditions that would affect the architectural style and the ways in which the buildings were built renovated or renovated in this village were established. The surveillance and reports on accidents for the current traffic management are carried out by viewing and inspecting CCTV footage. This method is slow to detect incidents and requires a lot of manpower. Since nowadays communication technology and social media play a role in reporting such incidents this research has been conducted to investigate accidents of interest from text messages reported on social media in Thai. There is currently no research or platform that supports this type of work clearly. This research presented the development of a neuron network memory-learning model to solve the problem of incidence pattern classification and incidence severity identification from social media messages in Thai. Using deep learning models such as MLP CNN Bi-LSTM and LSTM+CNN the study was designed and divided into three experimental patterns. This included examining patterns to identify traffic incidents that may be reported as general news or traffic reporting; examining patterns to indicate the type of incidents such as traffic accidents disasters damaged roads or others other than those mentioned; and examining patterns to specify the severity levels of the incidents such as normal intermediate traffic lane blocking or immovable. The experiments demonstrated the capability of CNN+LSTM learning models with the best incidence detection result at 93.44 %. The CNN model gave the best result in identifying a pattern of incidence at 85.29 % and the LSTM model was best able to determine the severity levels of the incidence at 88.53 %.

The purpose of this research was to develop innovative cleaning and disinfection products in the situation of COVID-19 and to transfer the production technology of innovative cleaning and disinfection products. The innovative product developed is a semi-liquid alcohol gel. The sample group used in this study was volunteered consisting of 10 people. The research tool was the satisfaction assessment form technology transfer and the development of innovative cleaning and disinfection products in the situation of COVID-19. Data were analyzed using statistical software packages. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation. The results showed that. 1. Innovative cleaning and disinfection products in the situation of COVID-19 developed as an innovation of semi-liquid alcohol gel products. Which has a concentration of 73.0 % v/v 2. Most of the trainees were satisfied with the overall technology transfer. Both speakers places periods facilities knowledge and benefits from receiving services are high. 3. Most of the trainees were satisfied with the technology transfer pattern as well as the duration of the training. The study of drought factors to analyze and manage water is very important. The main contributing factor to drought is unusual summer weather wind pressure and air mixtures include water vapor and water droplets. In this factors can be analyzed for rainfall in the lower central river basin area and the preliminary data of the research used to analyze drought from Thai Meteorological Department (TMD). This research analyzes the factors that cause drought including rainfall temperature pressure wind and precipitation. The Multiple linear regression analysis used to determine the relationship of factors causing drought. It was found that rainfall had a statistically significant relationship with temperature and pressure. In addition using the Geographic Information System (GIS) an analysis of rainfall in the lower central river basin from October 1920 to September 2021 to found that from August to October there is a lot of heavy rainfall according to the multiple linear regression equation. Therefore the created multiple linear regression equations can be effectively used in the analysis of drought areas in the lower central river basin area.
