The study participates selected by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The 98 item questionnaires of rating scales and test was used as the research instrument. percentage mean standard deviation t - test for independent sample F – test Scheffe’s test and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis were statistical method to analyze data. The results were as follows: 1. Knowledge about personal financial management of undergraduates all aspects were in moderate levels that income was the highest while spending and saving was in the lowest rank. 2. Perspective about personal financial management of undergraduates all aspects were in moderate levels that income was the highest while saving and spending was in the lowest rank. 3. There was significant difference for knowledge about personal financial management of undergraduates at the 0.05 level among undergraduates in different gender different academic years different major subjects different monthly income different sources of income and different parent’s occupation. 4. There was significant difference for perspective about personal financial management of undergraduates at the 0.05 level among undergraduates in different gender different academic years different major subjects different monthly income different sources of income and different parent’s occupation. 5. Knowledge about personal financial management of students was positive correlate with perspective about personal financial management of students with statistically significant at 0.01 level.

The study participants selected by simple random sampling. The test with 23 items and questionnaires of rating scales with 24 items were used as the research instrument. Percentage mean standard deviation t - test for independent sample F - test and Scheffe’s test analysis were statistical method to analyze data. The results were as follows: 1. Since income of the members of community were relatively low no extra revenue and debt to be paid. So guidelines for the development on savings were as follows: training to make plan for savings promote to make the household account training to make extra money training planned to spending and training to make the knowledge of investment. 2. This research was aimed to investigate for pineapple leaf paper drying. In this study process of drying the paper as a final step after the other. Paper drying time takes in solar energy to dry naturally for at least 2-3 days or more without natural sunshine. Solar hybrid energy dryer was designed for drying faster than traditional drying. The development of solar hybrid energy dryer ability to operate continuously. The solar dryer receives the heat from sunshine by passing into the solar panel dimension 1 x 2.6 m2 . The panel was installed on the top of the oven which declined 15 degree from the ground. The dimension of the oven is 1 x 1.05 x 1.30 m3 and have added heat to paraphrase another 2 rooms and heater 4 kW with controller and have added heat to paraphrase another 2 rooms. The dryer installed heater 4 kW with temperature controller and blower 0.22 kW serves as the circulation of heat in the oven to constant flow of 0.138 m3 / s. Experiment research test 3 types ; the use of solar energy alone the use of solar heater with a temperature of 50 55 and 60 °C and the heater only at 50 55 and 60 °C with three temperature settings. The variables in the study such as temperature humidity in the dryer humidity and Solar energy affect the pineapple leaf paper drying time. Experimental results from solar heater hybrid with 60 °C temperature setting was dried in minimum period of 3 hours and half at an average initial moisture content 1043.70% db to the final moisture content of 9.12% db. Highest average temperature in the dryer was 64.33 °C with electrical energy consumption 10.5 kWh. The use of only solar drying was dried in maximum period of 5 hours at an average initial moisture content 1070.98% db to the final moisture content of 15.84% db. Highest average temperature in the dryer was 39.89 °C with minimum electrical energy consumption 10.5 kWh.

The objectives of this research are to use waste silk yarn for making women accessories and transfer the created technology to a women community in Surin Province. The required information for product design was collected. Subsequently 15 conceptual designs were made including necklace bracelet and bangle earring and pin. The experts were asked to choose the best 5 designs out of 15 designs. Then the prototypes were made by using waste silk yarn. Finally the most suitable product was selected for further technology transfer to a target group of 55 women who live in Surin. The questionnaires were used to asses the satisfactory of the training. The corresponding data was statistically analyzed. The results from the evaluated questionnaires show that most of the attended women are 31–40 years old and graduated from lower secondary schools. They are merchants and their average earnings are below 5000 Baht/month. Regard to the training program in terms of preparation instructors and overview most of them are satisfied the program in the high level to very high level. The average satisfactory for all of 3 aspects is in the high level.
