Nowadays it is rapid technology advancement. The faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needs to update the bachelor degree programs and produces graduates that meet the requirements of the target markets. Work integrated learning education is one of the most effective education that is suitable for this situation and the future. This research is a study of faculty of engineering’s strategy base on work integrated learning for professional graduate production. The research results acknowledge the work integrated learning education type that is implemented in the faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. In addition the results can be applied to the modification of the engineering curriculum or the new engineering curriculum design.

Panicum repens is a species of grass. The paper has been made from non-wood materials for long times. This research was used Panicum repens for made grass pulp as non-wood fiber. The influence of alkaline concentrations on properties of pulp from Panicum repens was investigated under room temperature. Alkaline concentration levels were varied at 0% 5% 10% 15% and 20% respectively. Moreover Paper pulp from Panicum repens was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). This research has controlled the length of fiber approximately 0.5- 2.5 cm before soaked with alkaline concentration at 1 hour and soak with water for controlled pH value at 7-8. Paper pulp was formed on a sieve. The result showed that color of paper pulp made from Panicum repens was light brown and green. SEM showed that alkaline concentration affects the physical properties of paper pulp. Moreover true density of paper pulp was also investigated in this research.

The purpose of this study is for 1.) Study the proper quality of whey protein and sweetener in gummy jelly 2.) Study about nutrition value of reduced calorie gummy jelly fortified with whey protein 3.) Study consumer acceptance of reduced calorie gummy jelly fortified with whey protein by assessing from sensory and physical quality and chemical composition. The results showed that the proper quality of whey protein is 20 percent and the sweetener ratio (sugar:xylitol) is 0:100. The testers gave the scores for consumer acceptance on the appearance color smell taste texture(elasticity) and fondness of the products and the scores are 7.44 7.14 6.90 7.64 7.90 and 7.76 respectively. The chemical composition analysis in 100 grams gave the energy 261.60 kilocalories carbohydrate 88.57 grams protein 9.84 grams fat 0.09 grams and fiber 0.54 grams Consumer acceptance of reduced calorie gummy jelly fortified with whey protein from 120 people the results show that who knew gummy jelly and had it before is 93.4 percent who knew whey protein and had it before is 37.5 percent who thought the reduced calorie gummy jelly fortified with whey protein is interesting product is 35.9 percent who accepted the reduced calorie gummy jelly fortified with whey protein is 99.1 percent who would accept the reduced calorie gummy jelly fortified with whey protein if it gives lower energy than general gummy is 97.5% and who will buy the Reduced sugar gummy jelly fortified with whey protein is 97.5%

The purposes of this research were : 1) study in business fresh flowers entrepreneurial community in Pak Khlong Talat Market Phra Nakhon district Bangkok metropolitan area 2) study the problems in the business of fresh flowers entrepreneurial community in Pak Khlong Talat Market Phra Nakhon district Bangkok metropolitan area 3) compare the level of difficulty business operators of fresh flowers in Pak Khlong Talat Market Phra Nakhon district Bangkok metropolitan area by type of fresh flowers available during the operation store location cost of registration average sales per month and how to promote and 4) provide guidelines for the development of entrepreneurial business fresh flowers in Pak Khlong Talat market Phra Nakhon district Bangkok metropolitan area. The samples entrepreneurs fresh flowers in Pak Khlong Talat market Phra Nakhon district Bangkok metropolitan area 97.The instrument used in research questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test ANOVA one-way and data analysis was descriptive. The results showed that: 1) The operator of the flowers sold in the country including orchids and other flowers such as Globe Amaranth Solidago Lotus Tuberose Dahlia Cutter Gardenia Authurium. The operation for a period of 5-10 years the flower shop in Agricultural Extension Market. The first two items in order from most to least found that the side with the highest mean score. The management staff and raw materials were minimal marketing and finance. 3) Compare the problems of the business operators of fresh flowers in Pak Khlong Talat Market Phra Nakhon district Bangkok metropolitan area found that the duration of the operation store location how to promote different. There were problems in the business no different and just different. The statistical significance was at level.05 and 4) The development of business entrepreneurs found that fresh flowers established flower business in the country improving the ability of operators to be strengthened. There should be educating its were employees sent by international or both in the country and abroad to seek new knowledge also be careful financial management as a loan (NPL) should be minimal selection of quality fresh flowers regularly were a sustainable climate and should have a planned to make sales each year. So that the development will has been working in a better way.

The purpose of this thesis were: 1) to develop skills practice sets with a Macramé plant hanger for students with learning disabilities. 2) to examine the effect of using a Macramé skills practice Kits to make the Macramé plant hanger for students with learning disabilities. The sample group were 3 students with learning disabilities in home economics department Saowabha Vocational College. The instruments used in this research were student behavior observation forms Expert interview and Macramé skills evaluation forms. The findings revealed that: 1) Practice sets for Macramé work with Macramé plant hanger for students with learning disabilities had 2 sets with 8-10 patterns. Which skill training set A consists of Macramé methods handouts and the skill training set B consists of Macramé methods video. 2) The results of the study were the 1st student can be used the both sets. Which they were finished their works in time and had a good quality Macramé work pieces. And the 2nd and 3rd students can be used the skill training set B to be made work pieces with correct pattern more than the skill training set A set.
