A Study of Media Exposure Behavior to Relation with Elderly of Self-reliance in Bangkok Metropolis
The objectives of this research were to study the behavior of elderly in Bangkok Metropolitan 1) media exposure 2) self-reliance 3) the personal factors of self-reliance and 4) the correlation of media exposure and self-reliance. The data were collected from 400 elders who were people aged 60 years and over residing in Bangkok Metropolitans. Data analysis employed frequency percentage arithmetic mean ( ) standard deviation (S.D.). Statistics used for hypothesis testing included t-Test One-way Analysis of Variance and Chi-square. The results of study showed that: Among the elderly was the media with the highest exposer television broadcasts radio broadcasts publication internet and activity media was exposed in low level which the personal media was in averages level. The elderly’s self-reliance was at middle level. Hypothesis testing resulted as follows: Elderly with different education income and member in family reported different perception of self-reliance with a statistical significance at .05. However there was no significant difference at .05 among the sample group with different gender and resident status. The six media: television broadcasts radio broadcast publication internet activity media and personal media showed the correlation on self-relia
Qualifications, Communication Processes with Customers and Marketing Communication Tools Appication of Successful Showroom Salespersons:Case Study of Boonthavorn Ceramic Co.,Ltd. Pinklao Branch
ABSTRACT This independent study has 3 main objectives to study the following aspects: 1) the qualifications of successful showroom salespersons 2) the communication process of successful showroom salespersons 3) the application of marketing communication process as the tool to enhance successful showroom salespersons sales’ techniques. Samples were 10 successful showroom salespersons and 5 showroom sales supervisors of Boonthavorn Ceramic Co.Ltd. Pinklao Boonthavorn Ceramic Co.Ltd. Pinklao Branch . The study was conducted through the observation and interview to gather data for analyzing and presenting as an essay. The independent study yielded the following results: 1) The qualifications of successful showroom salespersons were indifferent from the ideal qualifications of regular salespersons based on Boonthavorn Ceramic 4 core values strategies for building personality. These core values are related first to friendliness as being friendly and helpful person; whereas creativity represented constructive ideas while passion is the determination and enthusiasm and last the expertise that involved skills in performing tasks. Furthermore more qualifications were found as parts of specific personality of successful showroom salespersons such as having a sense of humor and ability to read the house plan. 2) The communication process of successful showroom salespersons mainly focused on the analytical process of customers qualifications by classifying customers based on customers’ buying preferences and habits with follow-up customer service plans that tailored to each customer’s needs. 3) The successful showroom salespersons applied the communication process that Boonthavorn Ceramic Co. Ltd. had been developed for specific sales. Nonetheless they were unable to fully comprehend the proper function and use of this marketing communication tool to derive at full benefit because of their reactive communication with other departments so sale efficiency was under achievement. The above-mentioned statements could be reviewed and edited for the preparation of introductory documents manuals and training materials to further improve overall potentials of showroom salespersons. Furthermore the company had developed the transparent guidelines for managing different departments namely Sales Marketing Communication and Human Resources so they could integrated their performances for better results.
Heavy metal adsorption of waste waters from chemical laboratory using firebrick. Case study : Faculty of Science and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon
The purpose of this research is to study the heavy metal removal from wastewater from laboratory by using adsorption process with firebricks. Waste water was collected among three courses of laboratory such as analytical chemistry principle chemistry and chemistry for engineers. The optimized absorption efficiencies of multi-elements with stirring time volume ratio and temperature were 2 hours 10 g/100 mL and room temperature respectively. It was found that absorption efficiencies of lead (Pb) copper (Cu) zinc (Zn) chromium (Cr) were 65.1 54.8 63.4% and ND respectively.
The Study and development of certain microorganisms with high capability in nanosilver particle biosynthesis
This research report is manipulated that summarized the moment of research project in the subject of “The Study and Development of Certain Microorganisms with High Capability in Nanosilver Particle Biosynthesis”. This project had been take time in 12 mounts. We focused on the isolation of microorganism that from manufacturing process and forming in gems and jewelry industry. Results showed that the initial silver refinery microorganism performed only in terms of Pseudomonas genus especially in AgNO3 solution. In contrast Bacillus genus was not clearly effective silver refinery. These results could be the basis information for establish and develop system for silver refinery and/or silver quality improvement with biological process especially microorganisms in future.
Productivity improvement of washing tables by setting standard time: a case study of stainless manufactories
The purposes of this research are to study and improve the productivity process of washing tables by setting standard time a case study of stainless manufactories. Nowadays the manufacturers don’t know the production capacity. That leads to the problems of manufacturers’ work control and late product delivery to the customers. The study is proposed to improve work procedures by designing operation process chart (OPC) the setting of operation stations Operation process chart time (OPC TIME) and finding the standard time in product manufacture. As for the operation process and the standard time setting the research revealed that the standard time of welding station in assembly process for the frame table sink tap nozzle high neck sink flick and welding station of all assembly parts were the first the second the third and the fourth respectively. The researchers’ suggestions were to add 2 welding machines and 2 workers in assembly process so as to work more efficiently so that it can decrease the total processing time from 855.24 minutes/set to 645.91 minutes/set or 24.47 % reduction.
