Recently Baan Pasang Wiwat Pineapple Leaf Community Enterprise Nanglae Sub-district Muang District Chiangrai has used a spherical cooking stove made of stainless steel to cook pineapple leaves. The cooking capacity was 40-50 kilograms each time and the cooking time was approximately 4 hours. The fuel was wood which was used for about 50 kilograms during the whole cooking process. The researcher has thought of saving the quantity of wood burned for coking by designing a new stove which would function like a charcoal kiln. It was a closed stove which would be automatically closed when the wood changed to charcoal to prevent the oxygen from entering. Then the fire would be put out and only the charcoal remained. The experimental result was that the minimum quantity of wood could be used to cook 10 kilograms of pineapple leaves and the process took 3.5 hours. However it is still difficult to find wood for use as fuel because it is rare and expensive. To solve such problem the researcher has developed and designed a pineapple leaf cooking stove which uses rice hulls as fuel. Rice hulls are easy to find and cheap so it is perfect for use as alternative fuel. In addition the size of the newly developed stove fits is suitable for completely cooking pineapple leaves by using one lot of rice hulls. After boiling 50 kilograms pineapple leaves with the stove powered by rice hulls by adding an amount of 21 kilograms of rice hulls the result was that the boiling time reduced from 4 hours to 1.5 hours. The cost of rice hulls used for each boiling was only 7.50 baht.

The research on local wisdom in local Phetchaburi food of elderlies in Ban Huay Sai Nue to transfer and enhance learning capacity through online learning system is both quantitative and qualitative. It aims to collect local wisdom in local Phetchaburi food from both knowledge and direct experience of elderlies in Ban Huay Sai Nue Cha-am City Municipality Phetchaburi province in order to transfer the local wisdom to youths in Ban Huay Sai Nue and nearby areas as well as to develop local food recipe and procedure in both image and video formats through online learning system to enhance learning capacity of youths and other people. The target group was members of elderly group in Ban Huay Sai Nue which was divided into the major target the minor target and the recipents of technology transfer. Tools used in this reearch included a structured interview form and food recipe recording form. The research was divided into 4 main steps: selection of local wisdom collection of local wisdom transfer of local wisdom and distribution of local wisdom. Results of the research show that the target group selected 12 food recipes 8 dessert recipes and 2 drink recipes. The local wisdom was demonstrated by 9 members of elderly group in Ban Huay Sai Nue. The technology was tranferred to 40 students on Tessaban 6 School Ban Huay Sai Nue Cha-am City Municipality. Results of achievement test showed that trainees’ post-training knowledge was significantly diferent from pre-training knowledge at statistical level of 0.05 and satisfaction in the training process was highest in overall.

จากการทดลองวิจัยพบว่าดินลูกรัง ที่ใช้ในการททำวิจัยเป็นดินชั้นคุณภาพ A4 ประเภทของดินทรายแป้ง (Silty Soils) โดยมีอัตราส่วนผ่านตะแกรงเบอร์ 4 เทากับ 99.20% อัตราส่วนผ่านตะแกรงเบอร์ 10 เทากับ 96.20% อัตราส่วนผ่านตะแกรงเบอร์ 40 เทากับ 92.34% และอัตราส่วนผ่านตะแกรงเบอร์ 200 เทากับ 72.08% ดินลูกรังมีค่าพิกัด Atterberg พิกัดเหลว (Liquid Limit) เทากับ 17.49% พิกัดพลาสติก (Plastic Limit) เทากับ 15.08 % และดัชนีมวลดิน (Plasticity Index) เทากับ 2.41% องค์ประกอบทางเคมีของดินลูกรังพบว่าดินลูกรังมีซิลิกอน ออกไซด์ (SiO2) อลูมิน่า ออกไซด์ (Al2O3) ไอรอน ออกไซด์ (Fe2O3) เป็น 58.60 % 25.50% 13.00% ตามลำดับและพบสารประกอบ Silicon Oxide (SiO2) : Quartz ดินลูกรังมีผลการทดสอบหาความหนาแน่นปรากฏมีค่า 2.69 g/cm3 ความถ่วงจำเพาะ 2.32 ค่า Loss on Ignition 3.43 % การกระจายตัวของขนาดอนุภาค 28.42 μmขนาดรูพรุน 42.62 μm และพรุน ตัว 47.74% การขึ้นรูปตามอัตราส่วนของ ดินลูกรัง – พลาสติก ที่ดินลูกรัง 100% 90% และ80% ไม่สามารถอัดขึ้นรูปได้เนื่องจากดินมีมวลที่ละเอียดเมื่อขึ้นรูปจะไม่เกิดการยึดเกาะระหว่างมวลกับพลาสติกดังรูปในตารางและอัตราส่วนดินลูกรังตังแต่ 70%-0%สามารถขึ้นรูปได้สมบูรณ์ ตัวอย่างทดสอบดินลูกรัง-พลาสติกที่มีกำลังอัดสูงขึ้นตามเวลาที่ทำการกำ เนื่องจากวัสดุ HDPE มีความเหนียวและยืดหยุ่นทำให้วัสดุทดสอบไม่มีการแตกหักแต่จะเปลี่ยนรูปตามแรงที่กระทำ ซึ้งพบว่าดินลูกรังผสมพลาสติกเมื่อเพิ่มปริมาณพลาสติกมากขึ้นกำลังรับแรงเพิ่มตามสำดับผู้ใช้ควรเลือกใช้ตามความเหมาะสมกับงาน ปริมาณดินลูกรัง 50% ขึ้นไปตัวอย่างจบน้ำและปริมาณดินลูกรังตำกว่า 50% ก้อนตัวอย่างทดสอบลอยน้ำ ตัวอย่างสามารถดูซึมน้ำได้น้อยกว่า 30% ทุก ตัวอย่างที่สามารถขึ้นรูปได้ ซึ้งสามารถนำไปใช้ในงานก่อสร้างได้ ดินลูกรังผสมปลาสติกไม่เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงปริมาตรหรือเกิดน้อยมาก ซึ้งเป็นคุณสมบัติที่ดีของวัสดุก่อสร้าง ผลการทดสอบด้วยกล้องขยายกำลัง 50x พบว่าดินลูกรังสามารถขึ้นรูปได้ด้วยการประสานของพลาสติกโดยยิงมีอัตราสวนของพลาสติกมากยิงทำให้มีความสามารยึดเกาะขึ้นรูปและกำลังได้ดีตามไปด้วย
