Strong positive correlations exist among management of upstream factors services or midstream factors and the level of satisfaction of tourists of downstream factors. Upstream factors have the following conelated coefficient with each of the midstream factors respectively: 0.656 for accommodations 0.593 for transportation 0.610 for the handling of excursion and activities on the ground and 0.552 for foods and crafts. Midstream factors correlate with downstream factors with a correlation coefficient of 0.815 And upstream factors have a correlated coefficient of 0.811 with downstream factors. The upstream factors of values and culture have the most direct effect on midstream factors and downstream factors. Middtream factors have the most direct effect on downstream factors by accommodation.

The objective of this study was: to experiment the activity using the (P) SPC2PAS model for Business Administration Undergraduates in Rajamangala university of Technology Phra Nakhon in (1) a comparison of achievement test of post-scores with pre-test scores of the first phase; (2) a comparison of post-test scores with pre-test scores of the second phase; (3) the result of the activity’s self-reflection of knowledge attitude and performance of learners; and (4) learners’ attitude towards an (P) SPC 2 PAS model. The research procedure was comprised of two phases. In Phase 1 there was the adjusted (P) SPC2PAS Model which was applied to use with Business Administration Undergraduates in Business Finance at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. In Phase 2 there was the experimentation of (P) SPC2PAS Model with Business Administration Undergraduates in Business Finance at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The experimental group was the forty first-year financial undergraduates in the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2010. The research instruments were: the business finance achievement test the self-reflective learning checklist and the attitude questionnaire analyzed by percentage mean standard deviation and the t-test. The result of the study showed that: (1) the mean scores of the sample group in the first phase of business finance comprehension’s post-test was significantly higher than of the pre-test at the statistical level of 0.05; (2) the mean scores of the sample group in the second phase of business finance comprehension’s post-test was significantly higher than of the pre-test at the statistical level of 0.05; (3) The learners’ spiral-learning development of the all activities’ self-reflection of knowledge attitude and performance of learners was 100 percentage; and (4) learners’ attitude towards using (P) SPC2PAS Model of Business Finance for Business Administration Undergraduates at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the areas of the activity model teacher’s role instrument and learning evaluation was in mean scores at good to very good level-positive attitude.

A Study of Requirement and Factors Influlence Purchasing Decision
A Study of Requirement and Factors Influlence Purchasing Decision

The purposes of the study were 1) to investigate factors influencing the needs and purchasing decisions of Malaysians to buy processed foods 2) to study the relationship between the variable factors affecting Thai entrepreneurs decision making and 3) to examine the goodness of fit of the causal model of the factors affecting the needs and purchasing decisions of Malaysians to buy processed foods with empirical data. The study applied mixed research method. The research samples selected through Simple Random Sampling were Malaysians buying Halal processed food products from Thailand. The research data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research findings were as follows that 1) the factors affecting the needs and purchasing decisions to buy processed foods of Malaysians consisted of cultural factors perceived marketing mix factors past behavior factors quality confidence factors and factors regarding purchase intention on Thai processed foods. 2) Confirmatory Factor Analysis was administered and the findings revealed that every factor applied was appropriate. Even though the number of the variables decreased structural reliability remained acceptable and could suitably be applied to Thai export businesses. 3) The model explaining the relationship between the factors according to the hypothesis analyzed by Linear Structure Equation Modeling yielded direct influences consistent with the five hypotheses having been proposed. The research result showed that Malaysians were confident in Thai Halal Products Standard Certification with high reliability of 80
