การวิจัยเรื่องแนวทางการพัฒนาวินัยนักศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาวินัยนักศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร 9 คณะ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในปี 2555 จานวน 230 คน ได้มาจากตารางกาหนดขนาดตัวอย่างตาราง Krejcie&Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรสายวิชาการเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาวินัยของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการแต่งกาย ด้านการตรงต่อเวลา ด้านความสะอาด ด้านการแสดงความเคารพ และด้านการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับของ มทร.พระนคร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางการพัฒนาวินัยของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร 4 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านการแต่งกาย ด้านการตรงต่อเวลา ด้านความสะอาด ด้านการแสดงความเคารพ และด้านการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับของ มทร.พระนคร ตามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรสายวิฃาการโดยภาพรวมควรมีการพัฒนาวินัยของนักศึกษาในทุกด้าน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่ควรมีการพัฒนาวินัยของนักศึกษามากที่สุด คือ ด้านความสะอาด รองลงมา คือ ด้านการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับของ มทร.พระนคร ด้านการตรงต่อเวลา ด้านการแสดงความเคารพ และด้านที่ควรมีการพัฒนาวินัยของนักศึกษาต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการแต่งกาย ตามลำดับ

The research paper is considered as quantitative work which has the following objectives: 1) to study Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon staffs A Study of behavioral factors associated with the use of online registration via the website.2) to study the relationship between their attitude and behavior towards using the registration system via the website. And 3) The compare problems in the system register online the website. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The subjects of the study are 51 in-service teaching staff and 349 undergraduate students from 9 faculties. The instruments in this research consisted of questionnaire which the data were analyzed by using percentage mean standard deviation X2 t-test oneway analysis of variance and Scheffe’s method were utilized for data analysis. The results of the study revealed that: 1. The behavioral factors associated were age status and experience of used internet that related with behavior towards using the registration system via the website. In the objective of using the registration system via the website the time and location was statistically significant at 0.05 levels. 2. A good attitude in using the registration system via the online website had related with behavior of using the registration system via the website. The objective and the time of using the registration system via the website were different. 3. The behavioral factors associated were gender status and learning center which had related with different problem in using the registration system via the website.

The research purposes were design and develop the style of hand-woven fabric with Thai Song Dam style at Khaoyoi District in Phetchaburi Province. It can promote the new design by native woven fabric. There were 3 study issues in this research such as the characteristic of Thai Song Dam native woven Khaoyoi District Phetchaburi Province the attitudes of sample group towards to Thai Song Dam native woven and the requirements for pattern styles of Thai Song Dam native woven clothes. Research tool was a questionnaire what it measured the attitudes and the requirements in the pattern styles of Thai Song Dam native woven clothes. The sampling group was female about 25 -30 years old. The selected sample was female in 25-30 aged. They moderate chosen the native woven fabric for their lifestyle. In addition utilization of native woven was not only developing their personality but it also conserve the nation heritage for keeping the native woven to the next generation. The casual wears were an appropriated style for this research.The design refer to 2014 fashion trend what it used the basis structure and using the quilting style combined with Sinhs tangmo pattern (Laos skirt fabric). The results can make the modern style corresponding to the target group. The main colors were black and blue what it the main color of Sinhs tangmo pattern. Moreover the quilting technique made the opening area and the different view from the other hand-woven clothes. For the results it can apply to design and develop the other native woven fabric style in the future.

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการออกแบบลวดลายผ้าทอแบบร่วมสมัยสาหรับการประยุกต์ใช้กับผลิตภัณฑ์เคหะสิ่งทอ ชุมชนทอผ้าวัดไผ่หูช้าง อำเภอบางเลน จังหวัดนครปฐม ที่สอดคล้องกับภูมิปัญญา และศักยภาพทางการผลิตของชุมชน ซึ่งประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างในงานวิจัยเรื่องนี้คือ ชุมชนทอผ้าวัดไผ่หูช้าง อำเภอบางเลน จังหวัดนครปฐม ผลการวิจัยเรื่องนี้พบว่า ประชากรส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมเป็นอาชีพหลัก และทอผ้า พื้นเมืองเป็นอาชีพรอง กลุ่มชุมชนทอผ้าวัดไผ่หูช้าง มีความต้องการพัฒนารูปแบบตามแนวคิดลวดลายผ้าทอแบบร่วมสมัย ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันระหว่างกลุ่มทอผ้ากับผู้วิจัยเพื่อส่งผลให้เกิดการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแสวงหาแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหา ซึ่งพบว่าลวดลายผ้าทอแบบร่วมสมัย ต้องมีรูปแบบที่ผลิตง่ายไม่ซับซ้อน มีลักษณะการทอผ้า เป็นลายขัดที่เหมาะสมกับการทอผ้าพื้นบ้านของชุมชน และบ่งบอกถึงเอกลักษณ์ของชุมชน ลักษณะลวดลายของผ้าทอใช้แนวคิดการออกแบบลวดลายเน้นแนวคิดด้านการใช้ชีวิต หรือถิ่น กำเนิดของรากเหง้าชุมชน ประกอบไปด้วย ลวดลายเฉียง ลวดลายเกร็ดปลา ลวดลายดาว ลวดลายน้า ลวดลายภูเขา โดยเน้นเอกลักษณ์ที่เด่นของผ้า “ลายแตงโม” ของกลุ่มทอผ้าพื้นเมืองตำบลไผ่หูช้าง ในลักษณะการมัดหมี่ โดยการมัดด้ายพุ่งเพื่อสร้างช่วงของสีต่างๆให้เกิดขึ้นในเส้นด้ายพุ่ง โดยใช้สีดาหรือสีกรมท่า เป็นสีหลักในการออกแบบลวดลาย

This research is An Influence Study of the Korean Fashion to Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) Students. Its aim is to study Influence Study of the Korean Fashion to Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Students. The sample is 9 students of RMUTP. Research methods by using a questionnaire to find out answers about their passion for fashion and Entertainment Korea. Then go in-depth interviews . Korean news tracking and contact between Korea band fan club of RMUTP divided into two groups is using the information technology by instragram and facebook. Most are open to the same user group is a group of artists including web site belongs. Influenced the fashion of Korea to RMUTP most is music follow by a dress that represents their favorite groups like the shirt that represents their favorite artists. The collection of memorabilia relating to artists such as photos tickets. The dress has a little artist. A dress like a Korean is less. Because students have the opinion that they are more mature. But nfluential of hairstyles is most. Send to influence student favorite is committed Korean intentions Creative quality work and professionally.This is Send a good influence on students Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon.
