The pproduct was accepted at medium to high level. For instant Kanom Krour (Coconut Rice Cake) it was foumd that 3 recipes of them were singficantly different for texture likung at p<0.05. 100 and 90 gram of rice flour werw studied for producing Kanmon Krok. it was found that there was no statistically significant difference for overall liking attributes (p>0.05). Because of indifferent quanity of flour. Kanom Krok was sliggtly different. However Kanom Krok made by 90 gram rice flour rice was less firming when comprared to 100 gram rice flour and the product quantity obtained was also less. There was no statistically singficant difference for overall liking attributes. Tge reseaferred this knowledge and technology to the target private organisation. the frist time held on Thai Dessert Products Course in Lopbunce between 12-13 may 2008. the result of the technology transfer was found thay 80% of the participants satisfaction was accepted and affer yhe course was finished the target groups applied this knowledge and technology for their careers to increase community income. It is regarded that this project was accomploshed according to its success in the goal objectiver.

The purposes of this research were 1) the comparison of tie-dye methods; Binding technique folding technique and stitching technique and 2) three kinds of fabric dyed; cotton linen and rayon comparison and 2 pattern design groups; geometrics and naturalistic patterns. There are 8 motifs were used; quadrangle trianglecircle heart form flower leaf butterfly and worm. The research tools were used; The assessment for 15 connoisseurs (connoisseurship model). Data were analyzed by the statistical package for the social science program and using mean percentage standard deviation one-way ANOVA and chi-square.The result of the study were that binding technique had mean 4.20the second was stitching technique had mean 4.10 and the last was folding technique had 3.69. The result of the tie-dye technique suitability comparative ranking for massproduct that the best technique is binding. The second was stitching technique and the last was folding technique. In this study there were comparative in 5 parts as follows 1.tie-dye method 2. pattern design 3. colour of fabric dyed 4. overall image of fabric dyed 5. capability of techniques.Binding technique folding technique and stitching technique on Cotton were much points in tie-dye method and capability of techniques. Binding technique and stitching technique on Cotton were much points in pattern design and overall image of fabric dyed. Binding technique and stitching technique on Linen were much points in 5 parts. Folding technique on Linen were much points especially in tiedye method and capability of techniques. Binding technique and stitching technique on Rayon were much suitable in 5 parts. Folding technique on Rayon were much especial points in 5 parts except overall image of fabric dyed. Comparison of three kinds of fabric and two pattern groups were that cotton linen and rayon fabrics in geometrics and naturalistic patterns had average the best in binding technique. To compare tie-dye techniques and fabrics and pattern groups had different for some parts statistically significant at level of .05

The purposes of the research on soy milk product mixed with carrot were to study the preparation of soy milk carrot juice extraction appropriate ratio of soy milk to carrot juice and sugar content shelf - life and consumers’ acceptance of the product. The study was focused on the product’s physical quality chemical composition sensory quality and micro-organism content. The results of the research revealed that soy milk with soy bean : water at 1:4 (by dry soy bean weight)used in extraction process; blanching of carrot prior to extracting which yields 70.31% of the juice and 4580 μg . (763.33 R.E) beta - carotene per 100 grams of carrot which is a higher amount than extracting fresh carrot ; the ratio of soy milk to carrot juice at 70:30 and 5% of sugar content by weight are appropriate in soy milk mixed with carrot production. The L*value a*value and b* value were 66.79 25.24 and 39.25 respectively. The viscosity was 17.33 centipoint; total soluble solid was 11.67 brix; and pH was 6.25. The acceptance scores on color flavour texture and overall preference were 7.98 8.00 7.93 and 8.05. This means preference on color and texture was moderate; the preference on flavour and texture was very high. For chemical composition it was found that there were 71.08 kcal. energy 4.40 g. protein 1.56 g. fat 9.86 g. carbohydrate and 1378 μg.(229.67 R.E.) beta-carotene per 100 grams. The cost of raw materials was 6.41 baht per 180 ml./bottle. The study of consumers’ product acceptance showed that most consumers had knowledge on nutrition; they accepted and had preference on the product at the moderate level.
