The purposes of the study were to 1) investigate opinions towards the personnel development activity model 2) explore opinions towards the personnel development and 3) examine the personnel development activity model towards Bangkok Central Crown Property Bureau personnel capacity development. The samples of the study were 330 employees working at Bangkok Central Crown Property Bureau selected by proportional stratified random sampling. The data collected were analyzed by the percentage distribution mean and standard deviation; and t-test F-test and multiple regression analysis resulted at 0.05 statistical significance. The results revealed that most of the samples were single females ranging from 31 to 40 years of age holding bachelor degrees. Their average income salaries were 20001 to 30000 Baht. They were working in practical and administrative operational positions and had been working for five to ten years. In general most of the participants reflected that the personnel development activity model which included administrative activities training activities professional planning activities and teamwork activities had high impact on the personnel capacity development. It was also found that personal factors concerning differences on the employee’ age education status tenure range position resulted in different capacity development outcome. In addition most of the participants revealed that the personnel development activity model which included administrative activities training activities professional planning activities and teamwork activities had influence on the personnel capacity development.

The purposes of this research were :1) to construct the achievement test in The Development of Principles of Food and Nutrition Test for Home Economics Technology of Rajamangala University of Technology Students 2) to assess the quality of test in the aspects of validity item discrimination item difficulty and reliability Research and Development; R&D was used for research method. There were 4 step as follows: 1) Research to study the basic data and need of achievement test construction 2) Development to construct the achievement test 3) Implementation to tryout the achievement test and 4) Evaluation to assess and revise the achievement test after that bring to create the normalize of achievement test sample of Food and Nutrition Test for Home Economics Technology of Rajamangala University of Technology Students enrolled suubjects Principles of Food and Nutrition Acedemic Years 2559 on 30 peoples. Tools for use in researching the achievement in Principles of Food and Nutrition kinds 4 choices 100 items. The findings were as follow: 1.The development of achievement test in Principles of Food and Nutrition for Home Economics Technology major of Food and Nutrition which constructed 100 items results revealed that the test gained content validity value index balance during 0.67-1.00 2.Quality of achievement test in Principles of Food and Nutrition for Home Economics Technology major of Food and Nutrition. Achievement test Principles of Food they also have the difficulty (P-value) of 0.15-0.80 and the discrimination (R-value) of 0.20-0.80 and reliability of 0.20. The normalize T-score was T46.39-84.26 achievement test Nutrition they also have the difficulty (P-value) of 0.15-0.80 80 and the discrimination (R-value) of 0.20-0.80 and reliability of 0.20. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการออกแบบและสร้างเว็บไซต์เพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดสำหรับสินค้า OTOP ศึกษาวิธีการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์เพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดสำหรับสินค้า OTOP และเพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์เพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดสำหรับสินค้า OTOP ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยเรื่องนี้จะศึกษาถึงปัจจัยส่งผลต่อการออกแบบและสร้างเว็บไซต์เพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดสาหรับสินค้า OTOP โดยทำการวิจัยจากผู้ผลิตสินค้า OTOP ในจังหวัดสระบุรี ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับสำนักพัฒนาชุมชนจังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 35 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามวัดความพึงพอใจ เป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับความพึงพอใจ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านประโยชน์และการนำไปใช้ 2) ด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและการสืบค้น 3) ด้านเนื้อหา 4) ด้านการออกแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่าเว็บไซต์เพื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดสำหรับสินค้า OTOP ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการพัฒนา พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อบริการเว็บไซต์เป็นอย่างมาก โดยมีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x = 4.1 ) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจด้านการออกแบบ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (X = (X = 4.13) รองลงมาคือ ด้านประโยชน์และการนำไปใช้ ด้านข้อมูลที่นำเสนอบนเว็บไซต์ ด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและการสืบค้น (X=4.12 4.08 (X=4.12 4.08 (X=4.12 4.08 (X=4.12 4.08 และ 4.01 ตามลำดับ)
