The purposes of the research were to create computer assisted instruction for Basic Engineering Training Subject (Unit 1-4) to find out the efficiency validation of computer assisted instruction based on the standard of 90/90 and to analyse the learning achievement of the students after using the computer assisted instruction. The subjects in the study were 17 first-year diploma engineering students enrolling at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The researcher made the experiment by baving the students pretest. Then they studied by using the computer assisted instruction. After the students had posttest the efficiency of the computer assisted instruction was calculated as well as the leaming achievement was analysed. The research result revealed that the efficiency of the computer assisted instruction was at the standard of 90/90 Moreover the learning achievement after using the computer assisted instruction was different at the significant level of 0.05.

The results we found that among the requirement to change their certification and to improve their knowledge on professional to require more of the subjects on industrial management field Human relation and the advanced technology subjects on a top of requests. The most requirements from the alumni want to change the certifications to Mechanical engineering to require Mechanical mechanics I Air-conditioning. The highest requirement from the alumni want to change the certifications to Computer engineering field to require the subjects on Data communication Computer network and practice. The more requirements from the alumni want to change the certifications to Electronics and Telecommunication field to require the subjects on Electronic analysis Microware engineering and practice. The highest requirements from the alumni want to change the certifications to Industrial engineering field to require the subjects on Engineering management Maintenance engineering and Production and planning. On remarks among requirements to further study from all participants they want to study on higher degree of education 131 persons or 43.7 percentages of population to improve their performance 93 persons or 31.0 percentages and want to get more benefit from further studies is 76 persons or 25.3 percentages. The purpose of this research was to developing of teamwork ability for students of industrial education faculty major electronic engineering. By study was to team work ability for students. This research was developing questionnaire team cohesiveness inventory and teamwork inventory by Thurstone. The target population of the study was students of Rajamangala University of Technology Pha Nakon Faculty Industiral Education Major Electronic Engineering. The representative sample of 19 students were proportionally and simple random sampling by draw lots methods. Data were collected by means of questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics presenting in form of tables. The findings of the study were that students major Electronic Engineering have team cohesiveness or teamwork. As students have thinking qualities of positive. The developing of teamwork ability decisive. The portion teamwork have qualities more than half good and developing teamwork must aspect support and to rest assured. And then aspect cooperate and used contradict in good.
