This research was aimed to analyze work performance classified by personal information to investigate internal factors of support personnel work performance and influence of internal factors affecting work performance of the support personnel at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The population used in this study was 693 staff working at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Bangkok. The sample size was determined by Craig and Morgan method to draw out 250 samples. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher to collect data manually. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using percentage mean standard deviation and T-test F-test ANOVA Pearson coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The research revealed the results as follows. Work performance of the support personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the overall was at high level with the mean Organization factors of the support personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the overall was at high level with the The results of the study on personal factors agreed with the overall performance of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel. It was found that the status salary and educationhours and working centers were significantly different .

The objectives of the study were to produce 3D virtual reality media production for public relations of Rajamangla University of Technology Phra Nakhon and to study the satisfaction of the 3D virtual reality Media. This research was research and development. The data was collected from a sample of 400 samples. Data was analyzed by mean and standard deviation (S.D.). The results showed as follows: the sample group had the satisfaction to 3D Virtual Reality Media for Public Relations of Rajamangla University of Technology Phra Nakhon was at a high level.

Guide line to promote Decision for occupation choosing: Hospitality Students in faculty of liberal arts Rajamangkala University of technology Phra Nakhon for factors education that was effected to make decision for occupations and Guide line create to promote decision making for hospitality student. The population of the study are 70 hospitality student. Objective 1: The study of general information of respondents showed that the majority of the respondents were female they were study communicative achievement for seven semesters representing 3.00-3.49 They stayed in Bangkok the most parent occupation of respondents was merchants and private business. Moreover A monthly income less than 30000 baht. They need to get job certainly after graduated. The majority of the respondents chose to work in hotel and lodging. Finally the organization factor most effected with students. Objective 2: From an interview with 3 hotels that present the wisdom skill after employment the student have quickly energetic learning; In personality there are properly personalize with appropriate best grooming and always follow an office regulation In the human relationship and responsibility the students were adjusted to live with others and keep responsible very well. They always finished his job even over time.

This research aims to study 1) to develop listening and speaking English students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon provide higher efficiency 2) to compare the achievement of listening. English speaking students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon before and after the experiment 3) to enhance the students self-learning of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon using correct sentences to communicate in daily life 4) To produce teaching materials to be used by English language instructors or support staff within the Faculty of Liberal Arts. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in preparation for the ASEAN Community in 2015. Experimental study was conducted by using the selfaccess multimedia computer program to practice listening and speaking English skills. The researcher created 3 lessons to take the test in 8 weeks 3 lessons for 1st year Tourism students in Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. There are 30 students enrolled in English 2 in the second semester of academic year 2013. The instruments used in this study were 1) to practice listening and speaking English skills 2) achievement test listening and speaking English. The data were analyzed by percentage. The results showed that the attitude of the students towards self-access computer multimedia practice in listening and speaking English skills. Overall found the average level of attitudes that influence decision making was good in 87.6%. After using the multimedia computer program students have well 84.71% in listening and the attitude of the students towards computer multimedia speaking was good in 85.23%.

This research has focused on the efficiency of using online media computer graphics based on concepts and theories of learning networks for students in computer science faculty of science and technology Rajamangala University of technology Phra nakhon because at present the network access can be accessed anytime the researcher has the idea to measure the effectiveness of learning in computer graphic courses. that students will have much interest 1) The population of this study consisted of 30 undergraduate students who attended the Computer Education and Training subject. The instruments utilized to design the lesson included. Tools used to develop lessons consist of a system LMS 2) The tools employed in evaluating quality of the online lesson consisted of the learning management plans a 20-item pre-and post-test an authentic assessment with rubric scores and a students’ satisfaction questionnaire. The results revealed that 1) The efficiency of the online lesson constructed was at 85/84 which was higher than the criterion set (80/80) 2) The students’ learning achievement was higher at .05 level of significance 3) The students’ satisfaction on the online lesson was at high level 4.31
