จากการทดลองวิจัยพบว่าจากผลการทดสอบ ตัวอย่างทดสอบมีกาลังอัดมีค่า 75 ksc. มากกว่า 70 ksc. เป็นไปตามคุณภาพคุณสมบัติของบล็อกประสาน วท. ดินซิเมนต์ที่มีคุณภาพได้มาตรฐาน ขนาดของเครื่อง เป็นแบบไฮดรอลิก อัดบล็อก 1 ก้อน รูปแบบการทางานแบบต่อเนื่อง ใช้ไฟฟ้า 220 V ขนาดเครื่องยนต์มอเตอร์ 5 แรงม้า ขนาดเครื่อง กว้าง 55 ซม. ยาว 55 ซม. สูง 110 ซม. น้าหนักเครื่อง 800 kg. ใช้วัสดุเหล็ก พ่นสี ผลการทดสอบความเร็วในการอัดขึ้นรูป จากผลการทดสอบความเร็วในการอัดขึ้นรูป ได้ 89 ก้อนต่อชั่วโมง หรือ 712 ก้อน ต่อวัน (8 ชั้วโมง) สูงกว่าการผลิตโดยแรงงานคนที่ 100-500 ก้อนต่อวัน และสูงกว่าเครื่องอัดไอดรอลิกทั่วไปขนาด 1 โมลที่ 500-700 ก้อน ต่อวัน จากผลการทดสอบวิจัยพบว่าการพัฒนาเครื่องอัดดินซิเมนต์สามารถนาไปผลิตในเชิงอุตสาหกรรมชุมชนได้เป็นอย่างดี

This research is designing and construction an apparatus of deflection of fixed end beam under uniformly distribution load. SolidWorks program is used for structure designing and CosmosWorks program is used for strength of structure analysis. Deflection and strain of beam were compared with the result of mathematical model according to function stress principal. Error of mathematical model result does not exceed 10%. Therefore this apparatus can be used as prototype and produced for education purpose.

Soybeans are a crop that can be utilized especially in terms of food rich in protein and fat as the human and animal needs. For using the soybeans must be processed to obtain the desired physical characteristics. The process is mostly a grinding and extraction. However these two processes are completely different applications. This research aims to study and create the soybeans grinder machine become to flour the quantity of grinding the variable that affect to the amount of grinding and economic analysis for guiding to investment. The researchers have designed the grinder unit by the coarse grinding and mill grinding unit. For the coarse grinding unit is similar to a disc and in case of grinding mill will be used the roller set. Base on the power train of bolt grinding unit the electric motor with 2 HP. at 1450 RPM are used for the experiment. For the grinding mil process the rough material is feed into grinding mil chamber for reduce the size of material become to the flour. The results of the research found that the suitable speed of the coarse grinding and mill grinding unit was 480 and 725 RPM respectively. In case of these relationships the average quantity of grinding for the coarse grinding and mill grinding unit was 271.8 and 150 kglhr respectively. Furthermore the results of experiment discover the materials that are not accounted of the coarse grinding for 13.9 percent. For the economic analysis for guiding to investment found that the breakeven point and pay-back period was 110378 kg and 0.0067 year respectively.

The objective of this research is 1) to develop Phajok designs by computer sewing machine 2) to study the opinions of consumers towards Phajok designs which have been developed by way of computer sewing machine and 3) to study the satisfactions of consumers towards lady hand bag products with Phajok designs developed by way of computer sewing machine. Sampling groups are 400 ladies in Bangkok Metropolis and its perimeter who are interested in Thai fabrics. Tools used are Questionnaires and 15 models of lady hand bag product prototype; data analysis by using statistics on percentage mean and standard deviation with the actions by conducting the study on the original 15 Jok Designs and then developing the sewing by computer on 3 designs for decorations on lady hand bags in 5 different designing models whereby 15 developed modeling bags are obtained. Result of the research finds that most of the consumers are 41 years old and over; their educations are in Bachelor Degree level or its equivalency; their marital status are married; occupations as the private enterprise staffs earning incomes ranging from 15001 Baht to 20000 Baht and buying Thai clothing goods from tourist attraction places; reasons for buying are to take them for giving as souvenirs and have ever bought Phajok products; thing for consideration in buying Phajok is the designs; Phajok are utilized in making dresses or decorating the dresses; interested in Phajok designs developed by computer sewing machine and are of the opinions Phajok can be used as the products in dress decorating. On the selections in buying the lady hand bangs consumers are found to consider the aspect of the model with the likes on the decorations with the designs sewn by silk threads and are of the opinions that the model of the lady hand bags decorated with Phajok designs developed by way of computer sewing machine is suitable. Result of the analysis on the satisfactions of the consumers towards lady hand bags sewn with Phajok designs developed by way of computer sewing machine of all models are in high level.
