Heavy metal adsorption of waste waters from chemical laboratory using firebrick. Case study : Faculty of Science and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

The purpose of this research is to study the heavy metal removal from wastewater from laboratory by using adsorption process with firebricks. Waste water was collected among three courses of laboratory such as analytical chemistry principle chemistry and chemistry for engineers. The optimized absorption efficiencies of multi-elements with stirring time volume ratio and temperature were 2 hours 10 g/100 mL and room temperature respectively. It was found that absorption efficiencies of lead (Pb) copper (Cu) zinc (Zn) chromium (Cr) were 65.1 54.8 63.4% and ND respectively.

Satisfaction of the students in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon on the administration of student affairs

The purpose of this study was to study and compare satisfaction of the students in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon on the administration of student affairs. Each task as follow guidance art and culture sport education loan fund student activities welfare and health development discipline morality and ethics and alumni and community. In this research the students which study in ninth faculties of the academic years 2012 were classified by gender faculties and academic years. The questionnaires of rating scales was used as the research instrument. Percentage mean standard deviation T - test for independent sample F - test for analysis of variance one-way : (ANOVA) were statistical method to analyze data and using Fishers Least - Significant Different (LSD) for comparison the average paired difference. The results were as follows : 1. The satisfaction of the students RMUTP in overview to the administration students affairs were in great levels. When the considered separately each task in student affairs. welfare and health was the highest student activities and development discipline morality and ethics education loan fund Art and culture alumni and community guidance academic soldier and sport was the lowest 2. Classified by gender there was significant difference for satisfaction of the students at the 0.05 level. When considering satisfaction each task there was significant difference for satisfaction of the students in guidance and sport at the 0.05 level among students in different gender. 3. Classified by faculties In overview there was significant difference for satisfaction of the students at the 0.05 level. And when considering satisfaction each task there was significant difference for satisfaction of the students in guidance art and culture sport education loan fund and the student activities at the 0.05 level among students in different faculties. 4. Finally there was non significant difference for satisfaction of the students in each task and whole task at the 0.05 level among students in different academic years.

Knowledge and management of software requirements
Knowledge and management of software requirements

In software engineering requirements from customers users and stakeholder are initial information for software development process. The requirements elicited and gained are defined classified refined and stored systematically according to needs management principles. Therefore the requirements would be correct and ready to be used in the next step of development process. This process is called Software Requirements Engineering. If the gained software requirements are incorrect lack quality or are managed unsystematically they could lead to project failure and low-quality software product which cannot meet the needs of users and stakeholders. For these reasons this article proposed an overview of software requirements and an approach for software requirements management level of software requirements quality of software requirements and understanding of quality aspect common problems of requirements elicitation and awareness of impact and damage due to incorrect or low quality requirements. Success factors of software requirements management and 1-10-100 rules are also discussed. Finally the article addresses roles and goals of software requirements management team.

Productivity improvement of washing tables by setting standard time: a case study of stainless manufactories
Productivity improvement of washing tables by setting standard time: a case study of stainless manufactories

The purposes of this research are to study and improve the productivity process of washing tables by setting standard time a case study of stainless manufactories. Nowadays the manufacturers don’t know the production capacity. That leads to the problems of manufacturers’ work control and late product delivery to the customers. The study is proposed to improve work procedures by designing operation process chart (OPC) the setting of operation stations Operation process chart time (OPC TIME) and finding the standard time in product manufacture. As for the operation process and the standard time setting the research revealed that the standard time of welding station in assembly process for the frame table sink tap nozzle high neck sink flick and welding station of all assembly parts were the first the second the third and the fourth respectively. The researchers’ suggestions were to add 2 welding machines and 2 workers in assembly process so as to work more efficiently so that it can decrease the total processing time from 855.24 minutes/set to 645.91 minutes/set or 24.47 % reduction.
