The ultimate goals of Plant Genetic Conservation Project Under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn are development of personnel and conservation and development of plant genetics resources for the advantages of Thai people. The objectives of this project are (1) to promote understanding and awareness of personnel and organization about the importance of plant genetic conservation; (2) to create links between various organizations including government agencies and private sections on virtue foundation; and (3) to build a plant genetics database system that is accessible around the country. The master plan has been distributed over a period of five years. The current operations are in the fifth year of the plan. The operation had three frameworks and eight supporting activities that focused on three resource bases: physical resources biological resources and cultural and wisdom resources. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) realizes the importance and the advantage of these resources. Thus RMUTP has followed the royal initiation with several activities that supported the royal initiative since 2005. These projects were conducted within the frame of the master plan with emphasis on utilization framework as well as establishment of good conscience.

The aim of this research is to review the environmental management to analyze the potential of sustainable management and to develop the strategies for developing the sustainable management of at Wat Takien Floating Market. The research is conducted at Wat Takien Floating Market Bangkuvieng subdistrict Bangkruay district in Nonthaburi Province with twenty local authorities including Temple abbot members of the Temple committee and market manager via observations interviews and questionnaires by using Descriptive Analysis Means Standard Deviations Factor Analysis and Canonical Correlation Analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Not far from Bangkok Wat Takien Floating Market is located inside Wat Takien temple area with a nice natural view across the canal. The community around the market have been well corporating with the temple. Visitors can enjoy shoping local product learning local traditional sightseeing temple architecture and making merit at the same time. The floating market is mostly manage by the market manager. In some point the management system is found not to be well arranged. To facilitate a lot of visitors plenty of toilets and many alternativers parking space will be provided. The products inside the market seems to be well known by serveral media. 2. The potential of sustainable management of Wat Takien Floating Market come from variety of strength and opportunity factors. The opportunity elements includes currect economic circumstance community around the market local houses along the canal side Bangkuvieng Canal geography while the strength factors composed of temple policies the way market mananger managing the participation of each members temple architecture inland walkway live Thai classical music band and a resonable price of local product. 3. The strategies for developing the sustainable management of Wat Takien Floating Market can be classified as follow; Strategy for developing the floating market along with Buddhist traditional Strategy of setting reasonable price for local goods and Strategy of boat trip activity. The suggestions were that the Wat Takien Floating market can be a lot improved by using the strategies for developing the sustainable management. In particular it can be done by rearranging the organization structure raising the corporate networks developing the market management systematically expanding an advertising channel Instralling the market banner to draw visitor attention improving the walkway along the canal side releasing regulations for on-boat food vendors promoting local dishes that can be found in a market hosting a fair and activity that related to Buddhist traditional providing boat trip activity creating social responsibility and environmental friendly activity along the canal side.

The purposes of this research are 1) to desired level of services University of Technology Phra Nakhon Library Using LibQUAL+TM 2) to evaluate the quality of services University of Technology Phra Nakhon Library Using LibQUAL+TM 3) to investigate the respondent’s suggestions for improving the service quality of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Library. This research survey by questionnaire topics showed that minimum-acceptable service level desire level of service and Perceived level of service. Questionnaires were collected 390 users from 191 undergraduate students 73 graduate students and 121 teachers in University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Then data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows for percentage mean and standard deviation The results revealed as follows; 1. The opinion of user about the services of the library it was found that the minimum acceptable level and the perceived level of services were at a moderate level while the desired level of services were at a high level. 2. On basic of the services quality it was found that mean of the perceived services was in zone of tolerance. The adequacy gap was positive. It meant that the services quality was acceptable. However that was not precisely the respondent’s expectation. The superiority gap was negative; it meant that quality of services did not equal the level of the respondent’s expectation. 3. Their suggestions were 1) Affect of service; including there were no enough library staff 2) Information control; including there were the books whose contents match the subjects offered is minimal not enough demand 3) Library as place; including there were restrictive library. Should provide enough space for the number of active users .

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the company’s Opinion on the potentials of Co-operative Educational Programs of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP). The samples of this research were the 253 companies’s staffs in Bangkok Metropolitan Region that looked after the students who were attended to the Co-operative Education project. The research tool was questionnaire and the data was analyzed by using frequency percentage mean standard deviation T-test Independent One-way ANOVA and analysis of the difference with the method of Sheffe by determining the level of significance statistic of 0.05. The results of the study showed that the company’s Opinion on the potentials of Co-operative Educational Programs of RMUTP was at the high level in every issue: their success in work knowledge responsibility and characteristic. The test’s results found that the differences corresponding with the hypothesis were the position of company’s staffs and the kind of businesses where the student worked. Conversely the gender of company’s staffs weren’t different and the experience of company’s staffs weren’t different which discord with the hypothesis. This result therefore Should be a guideline to improve and develop the Co-operative educational program of RMUTP in order to develop the student’s potentials corresponding with the company’s demand. It will make the employer more continuously accept the students to work for them.

The research aims to study the Conditions and Problems of Internal Educational Quality Assurance in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample population included 320 staffts from RMUTP. The questionnaire was a research instrument. Analysis statistics was done by percentage arithmetic means standard deviation and frequency. The research results can be summarized as follows: 1. Overall Conditions and Problems of Internal Educational Quality Assurance in Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was highly rated. 2. Problems and obstacles encountered in the implementation of quality assurance which are related to standards such as the quality of graduates standards of research productive standard of service standards Institute and Personnel Development. The problem in preservation of cultural standards standard curriculum and academic and standards of quality assurance is not found in the operation.
