Canonical Correlation Analysis Between some Factors and Motivation on Producing Academic Papers of Instructors in The Office of Rajamangala University of Techlnology Phra Nakhon

The purposes of this research were to study the canonical relationship between some factors and motivation on producing that relative contribute to academic papers and to study the canonical weights of some factory motivation on producing academic papers. The Sample were the 222 instructors in the office Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon who work during the first semester of Academic year 2005. The stratified random sampling technique was used for selecting the sample. The instruments were the questionnaire considering the salary work load working experience Attitudes toward producing academic papers Self development Internal control Academic ability Motivation on advancement Motivation on recognition and Motivation on environment of producing academic papers. The findings were as follow: 1. The canonical correlation between Salary Work load Working experience Attitudes toward producing academic papers Self development Internal control Academic ability Motivation on advancement Motivation on recognition and Motivation on environment of producing academic papers were .510 .231 and .134 respectively. The first canonical function was Statistically Significant at .05 level. The second and third canonical function were Statistically nonsignificant. 2. The canonical weights for Attitudes toward producing academic papersself development and Internal Control relative contributed to Motivation on advancement Motivation on recognition and Motivation on environment of producing academic papers in the first canonical function.

Combined Phytotoxicity of Endosulfan-Sulfate and Heptachlor on Seedling Growth of Various Crops
Combined Phytotoxicity of Endosulfan-Sulfate and Heptachlor on Seedling Growth of Various Crops

Combined phytotoxicity of endosulfan-sulfate and heptachlor at total concentration (ratio 1:1) ranging from 0.4-40 mg/kg dried soil on seedling growth of four crops was investigated. Oryza sativa var. glutinosa cv. RD6 Ipomoea aquatic. Vigna sinensis and Brassica alboglabra were selected as surrogate plant species. Results indicated that I. aquatic and V. sinensis were the most tolerant plants to endosulfan-sulfate and heptachlor mixtures. These organochlorine mixtures did not affect percentage of seed germination root length shoot length fresh weight and dry weight of these plants. Meanwhile endosulfan-sulfate and heptachlor mixtures reduced root length of O. sativa var. glutinosa cv. RD6 but did not affect other growth pattern. B. alboglabra was the most sensitive plant species to endosulfan-sulfate and heptachlor mixtures. Only 0.4 mg/kg dried soil of endosulfan-sulfate and heptachlor mixtures signif icantly reduced percentage of seed germination shoot length seed vigor index and fresh weight of B. alboglabra (P<0.05)

Automatic Malfunction Warning System for Photovoltaic Energy System
Automatic Malfunction Warning System for Photovoltaic Energy System

This paper presents the development of Automatic Malfunction Warning System (AMWS). The objective is to improve the performance of 5-kWp Grid-connected PV system with real time PC based monitoring system installed at Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi Nonthaburi Thailand. The system is able to measure electrical parameters and air condition with real-time display. The AMWS comprises of hardware and software. The software was developed by LabVIEW. The AMWSs function is to monitor important equipment in the PV energy system. If there is a malfunction or any detected faults the AMWS would directly warn the operator of the PV energy system instantly. Results showed that the AMWS can complete programmed operation according to specified condition. The AMWS can send the right details and the cause of malfunction by SMS and E-mail every time the system did not work properly. The benefit of this system is that the operator can get the system to run properly and fix problems in a short period of time

Font Design for Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon
Font Design for Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

The purpose of this research was to design and create fonts for Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Samples in this research were 50 staff of RMUTP and 50 outsiders or stakeholders - a total of 100 samples. Research methodology consisted of primary survey about attitude towards identity attitude analysis and conclusion design development and creation of font satisfactory test and evaluation of fonts eff iciency. Research tools were survey questionnaire satisfaction questionnaire and eff iciency evaluation form. Data were analyzed for using frequency percentage and standard deviation. Results showed that the identity of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was Lotus which is a symbol f lower of the university that signif ies virtue gentleness and wisdom. Relation analysis of identity connects to the Kobayashi concept based on theories of personality in elegant ref ined graceful delicate fashionable and feminine. Thus font design for Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was inspired from the blooming of lotus petals. Evaluation by font design experts was in very high level. The font was suitable for use in public relations and could communicate the universitys identity appropriately
